Jiang Yantian took the Hongmeng Sword Embryo from Wang Yan, then entered the forbidden zone with Luo Biling and defeated Dao Ancestor Xuanji. He joined Su Ruoqing’s group on a search for medicine, and they reached the Great Rift Valley as Nether Baleful Intent Heaven began.

• Wang Yan reached Qiankun Capital, but Jiang Yantian and Qingli Yingyue drugged him, leading him to cause a public scandal and sever his manhood with his broken sword.
• At the Stone-Breaking Assembly, Wang Yan sensed the giant stone’s resonance, but Jiang Yantian secretly blocked his strike and then shattered the stone himself with the God-Slaying Spear.

• Jiang Yantian joined Su Ruoqing, Luo Biling, and the disciples on their search for medicinal herbs, and the party reached the Great Rift Valley as Chen Yao’s miasma remedy proved ineffective against the evil spirits.

Jiang Yantian manipulated Su Ruoqing and humiliated Chen Yao while leading the group to the Nether Baleful Intent Nether Lotus, where he revealed himself as the Imperishable Devil Emperor. He reached the Blood Gu Sect with Su Ruoqing, renewed Wang Poxu’s strength, and prepared to surprise Chen Yao.

• Jiang Yantian led Su Ruoqing and the others through the Great Rift Valley, while Chen Yao’s attempt to warn them turned his fellow disciples against him.
