Diana took a hot spring bath too
Li Qi and Diana chatted enthusiastically for a long time. In his descriptions, the wonders of the dazzling outside world slowly unfolded like a brilliant painting, successfully stirring Diana's deep curiosity.
This simple, kindhearted young woman, who had lived in a closed-off world since childhood, was like a little bird longing to fly, deeply drawn to the interesting, vast world Li Qi described.
Like an innocent child, she eagerly grabbed Li Qi's arm and gently stamped her feet as though acting spoiled. Her eyes filled with anticipation and her voice pleading, she demanded that once this incident was over, he had to take her out to see the world and have some proper fun.
Li Qi naturally agreed readily, his smile indulgent. Hearing this, Diana was filled with joy, her eyes shining brightly. She kept clutching his arm and, in her excitement, even involuntarily pulled him into an embrace.
At that moment, Diana nestled against him like a little bird. Li Qi gently wrapped his arms around her in return, distinctly feeling the coolness of her war god armor, the texture of her ancient battle attire,
and the warmth radiating from the delicate, silky, creamy skin of her exposed shoulders and arms. The contrast further accentuated Diana's gentleness and softness.
At this moment, Li Qi had his own calculations. He did not intend to use his golden finger-his mind-control ability-to rashly take Diana as his female follower.
He understood well that haste made waste and planned to wait until he had completely eliminated Ares and resolved the external crisis before winning Princess Diana over in a more suitable way.
In fact, Li Qi had another carefully devised, self-serving plan in mind.
He wanted to win over Paradise Island's queen, Hippolyta, first, then take Princess Diana as things naturally progressed. He had no intention of changing that order. This was the plan for the current stage that he had just settled on after careful consideration while resting with his eyes closed in the warm spring water and clearing his mind.
Thus, he had to stick to his plan and first rack his brains for a way to approach and win over Hippolyta.
After gently releasing Diana from his embrace, Li Qi casually asked a few simple questions about the deployments on Paradise Island.
Nearly ten thousand Amazon warriors had all been mobilized and stood ready for battle. In the North Sea waters surrounding Paradise Island, the artificial intelligence JARVIS, too, had been closely monitoring every movement like a loyal guard.
Making full use of his powerful capabilities, JARVIS mobilized military reconnaissance satellites, Sky Eye satellites, weather satellites, and the various scanning and information-gathering devices aboard passing commercial vessels.
This vast, intricate system was like a huge, invisible net. The slightest movement from Ares or his forces would be keenly intercepted by the enormous land, sea, and air intelligence network controlled by JARVIS.
This was the largest reconnaissance operation the artificial intelligence JARVIS could mobilize and carry out since Li Qi had upgraded him.
Li Qi had complete trust in this capable assistant and also shared all the intelligence he had learned with the young princess Diana without reservation.
On Paradise Island, the Amazon Tribe still maintained its traditional, rustic way of life. No modern information transmission devices had been installed on the island, and cell phones, radios, and the like were nowhere to be seen.
Li Qi privately considered that he had to turn Paradise Island into a second Ta Lo Village, one of his future "harems," so modernization and construction would naturally be essential. Of course, he kept this thought buried deep in his heart and did not reveal any of it to Diana.
Looking at the young princess in full battle attire, her figure upright and valiant, her firm waist and long legs tracing perfect lines, Li Qi liked her from the bottom of his heart.
But a plan was a plan. He had to proceed step by step and get Hippolyta first.
Diana turned her head slightly and glanced at the warm underground spring water murmuring through its many twists and turns. A trace of weariness showed in her eyes as she softly told Li Qi,
that she had just gone through the fierce battle on the shoals and then traded verbal blows with the council members in the council chamber. She was already exhausted in body and mind, and now she only wanted a good hot spring bath to soothe her taut nerves.
With that, she made no attempt to hide from Li Qi, elegantly and naturally removing her war god armor, war god boots, the exquisite, ornate crownlike hair ornament on her head, her thin, close-fitting underwear, and everything else one by one.
In an instant, her smooth, flawless body, like creamy white jade, was fully revealed. Every inch of her skin carried a soft, captivating sheen, as though kissed by moonlight, without a single blemish.
Her beautifully contoured body, white as jade and glowing with health, moved forward naked with elegant, unhurried steps. She walked a short distance, rounded two bends in the water, reached a hot spring pool giving off scalding steam and bubbles, and gently stepped inside,
intending to recover her strength in the warm spring water and enjoy a moment of peace.
Li Qi watched Diana's elegant, unhurried steps and her calm, composed expression, as though worldly taboos between men and women simply did not exist for her.
Her slender waist, firm, lifted buttocks, and long, straight legs brimming with strength formed the flawless curves of her figure, all fully displayed before Li Qi.
Diana sat down naturally in the hot spring, leaving only her fair neck and exquisitely perfect face above the water.
Just like that, the man and woman chatted face-to-face. As Diana listened to Li Qi describe the various entertainment venues and wondrous electronic devices of modern metropolises, her eyes brimmed with curiosity, as though she had discovered a new continent.
It was a beautiful, tranquil, harmonious scene, and Li Qi wanted to admire this picture of a perfect beauty bathing in a hot spring a little longer.
Just then, an ill-timed voice abruptly came from outside the palace doors, like a pebble dropped into a still lake.
It was the voice of Antiope, Paradise Island's great general. "Mr. Li, are you bathing in the hot spring in there? I'm coming in now. Please come out of the spring first. The queen wants to see you now and ask about the intelligence you have."
The somewhat rough yet commanding voice brought a discordant ripple to the quiet, cheerful conversation.
Hearing that her aunt had come to take Li Qi to see her mother, Diana hurriedly stood up in the hot spring pool. Water quickly streamed down every part of her shapely, exquisitely curved body like a curtain of sparkling beads. This perfect sight was displayed before Li Qi without reservation.
At that moment, the great general Antiope rounded the bend and found the place where they were talking. The moment she appeared, she saw her niece presenting herself like this before a man from outside the island.
The sight, which defied an ordinary person's worldview, immediately filled Antiope with anger.
As an Amazon general who had lived for thousands of years, Antiope had little experience living in human society, but she still understood well that men and women should maintain proper boundaries. A woman absolutely could not speak to a man like this unless the two were married.
Clearly, the young Amazon princess and this outsider did not have that sort of relationship. They had never even met before. By the customs of human society, this was already an extremely serious matter.
Antiope's face darkened, and she shouted, "Mr. Li Qi, how can you remain in front of the princess while she is bathing, and stare at her with such blatant disregard for the rules? Step away at once!"
In the end, Antiope still restrained herself and did not say anything too harsh. She still treated Li Qi as a benefactor and did not immediately resort to force.
Diana looked at her aunt, her eyes full of confusion. Not quite understanding why she was so angry, she hurriedly explained,
"Aunt, Mr. Li Qi and I were just discussing the intelligence we had gathered. There was nothing else, so please don't be so angry, all right? We were purely discussing tactical matters."
Back in Ta Lo Village, Ying Nan and Ying Li had already explained to Diana that men and women should maintain proper boundaries and could not face each other completely naked. However, Diana did not care about such things. Or rather, although she understood these principles, she did not consider them particularly important. In her heart, perhaps she placed greater importance on the intelligence she exchanged with Li Qi.
After emerging from the hot spring, Diana walked forward to the place where she had just removed her armor and clothes.
Her aunt Antiope hurried forward and stood in front of Diana, blocking the line of sight between her and Li Qi. She carefully helped Diana put on the armor, underwear, and other items from the ground, then turned back and glared fiercely at Li Qi again, her gaze seeming to pierce right through him.
