Li Ge awakened a power that let him design abilities, created Redstone and a virtual world, and joined the Xavier Institute. He solved Cyclops’s optic-blast problem and began discussing a dangerous solution to Jean Grey’s Phoenix Force and second personality.

• Li Ge awakened his design ability, created a soul-bound Divinity that absorbed energy, and returned to Midtown High School, where he befriended Peter Parker and Harry Osborn.
• Professor X and the X-Men approached Li Ge after discovering his energy signature had changed, and Li Ge confirmed he could help mutants control their abilities.
• Li Ge joined the Xavier Institute and absorbed Cyclops’s optic blasts to create Redstone, which could continually supply energy and fuel a growing soul-bound storage space.
• Li Ge created a card-based sealing ability and a virtual world inside his Divinity, but the effort left him unconscious until he awoke and explained the new dimension.
• Li Ge designed a Sharingan-inspired ability for Cyclops, who bound the card with his blood and gained controlled Demon Transformation and new ways to use his optic energy.

Li Ge separated Phoenix’s destructive personality, demonstrated his power to create a world, and began establishing Krakoa as a refuge for mutants. While he studied magic at Kamar-Taj, the X-Men and Magneto gathered living things for Krakoa, drawing S.H.I.E.L.D.’s attention and leaving Coulson questioning Li Ge about magic.

• Li Ge helped Phoenix separate Dark Phoenix into an independent clone, and Phoenix named her Cassie.
• Li Ge gave Shadowcat and Iceman telekinesis, earned the X-Men’s trust, and told Magneto and the Professor that mutants should build their own nation.
• Li Ge revealed his manifested Minecraft world and created the World Seed, which the Professor named Krakoa as Li Ge anchored it in a repaired fragment of Earth’s space.
• The Ancient One met Li Ge through a portal, recognized him as a Dimensional Demon God, and granted him access to Kamar-Taj’s magical library.
• The X-Men and Magneto’s Brotherhood gathered plants and animals for Krakoa, while S.H.I.E.L.D. investigated their activities and learned Magneto had stolen seeds from a seed bank.
• Nick Fury visited Professor Charles with Natasha and Clint to question the X-Men, and Li Ge arrived through a portal before leaving to sit outside.

Li Ge returned home, gave his parents Divinities, and began building a research institute to develop his Nine Heavens path. After Coulson tested a power Li Ge granted him, Peter came to the institute and learned how Li Ge planned to study supernatural abilities and structure the path to godhood.

• Li Ge met Coulson and warned him that Kamar-Taj defended the world from threats S.H.I.E.L.D. could not handle, then returned to Krakoa and expanded its plant life.
• Li Ge returned home and gave Li Chuang and Alice Divinities that let them develop abilities, then explained his plan to establish Nine Heavens and create a path to godhood.
• Li Ge visited Peter and Harry, told them about his powers and plans, and scanned Oscorp Industries before secretly saving the spider that bit Peter.
• Li Ge enlisted Coulson to help find a research facility, transformed the site with his world’s rules, and began building the institute while Coulson cleared the surrounding trees.
• Peter developed spider-like strength, reflexes, and adhesion after the bite, while Li Ge gave Coulson a card that granted him the power to become a Tyrant.
• Coulson transformed into a Tyrant and demonstrated his strength to Nick Fury, who judged the power controllable and considered seeking abilities from Li Ge.
• Li Ge finished the institute’s tree wall and brought Peter into his private world, where he explained the Nine Heavens levels and asked Peter to help him collect supernatural powers.

Li Ge recruited Peter, Bruce, Coulson, and Tony into his plans for the Path to Godhood, then took Tony to a parallel universe to rescue mutants from Stryker’s experiments. After freeing the captives, Li Ge revealed his immense Tathagata form above Earth and brought the world to a standstill.

• Li Ge named himself Immortal and Peter Spider-Man, then asked Peter to investigate Oscorp and collect superhuman powers.
• Li Ge met Bruce Banner, recognized Hulk as a separate consciousness, and helped Bruce bring Hulk out as a small green child whom Bruce chose to treat as his younger brother.
• Coulson transformed into Tyrant and defeated Abomination while Li Ge confronted General Ross, and Bruce agreed to join S.H.I.E.L.D. as a special technical consultant.
• Li Ge brought Tony into his world, explained the Path to Godhood, and gave him a blank divinity before preparing to travel to a parallel universe.
• Li Ge used Wolverine’s blood to open a portal, and Tony and Li Ge arrived in a universe where Jimmy had escaped Stryker’s adamantium experiments.
• Li Ge, Tony, Jimmy, and Professor X went to Stryker’s second facility, where Li Ge pulled the captive mutants out and Jimmy reunited with Kayla.
• Li Ge carried the rescued mutants and Tony away from Earth, stopped the world’s motion, and began enlarging his Tathagata form in space.
