"Welcome." The shop owner said weakly, "Just take a look."
Dean walked up to the shopkeeper, picked up a rubber chicken, and pressed it with an electric shock gripper.
"Zila--"
The rubber chicken was instantly burnt, emitting black smoke and giving off an unpleasant smell.
The shopkeeper screamed in fright, backed away and almost fell to the ground. "I didn't do it! I swear! These things are ordinary toys!"
Bai Haorui patted Dean on the shoulder and raised his eyebrows. He walked up to the shop owner and said in a gentle tone, "We believe you. Who have you sold the itching powder and electric shock handheld device to recently? Is there anyone who particularly likes to hang out at your place?"
The shopkeeper gasped and nodded. "There is a boy about 11 years old, named Jessie. He often comes here to look at these things, but he has never bought anything."
"Jessie?" Sam frowned, "What's his last name? Where does he live?"
"I don't know his last name." The shopkeeper shook his head, "I only know that he lives over there at Oak Street."
The three of them walked out of the store. Sam took out his mobile phone and started searching for Alliance City's recent strange things.
"There are even crazier things." Sam's face became more and more solemn, "A man's face froze because he had been making faces for too long; two children had gastric ulcers because they drank popping candy and cola together; and there was a father who had all 32 teeth pulled out and 32 quarters under his pillow."
Dean took a breath. "Tooth Fairy?"
Bai Haorui nodded. "That's right. The tooth fairy, popping candy and Coke, the electric handshake that can electrocute people... these are all lies that children believe. Now, they have all become reality."
Sam opened the map on his phone and marked the locations where all the strange things happened. "Look, all the incidents happened within a two-mile radius. The center is a house, which is Oak Street."
Dean suddenly raised his right hand, which was covered with thick black hair. He scratched his head awkwardly. "Uh... I was so boring in the hospital just now... so I tried that 'hair-growing cream'..."
Sam looked disgusted. "You know this is disgusting, right?"
Bai Haorui couldn't help but laugh. A trace of True Gang popped up from his fingertips and gently brushed Dean's palm. The black hair disappeared without a trace in an instant.
"Okay, stop playing." Bai Haorui said, "Let's go to that house and have a look."
At 3:45 pm, the three people came to the house located at Oak Street.
The house is an ordinary two-story building with white paint on the exterior walls and some flowers and plants planted in the yard. It looks no different from other ordinary family houses.
Dean was about to pick the lock when the door opened.
An 11-year-old boy stood at the door, looking at them warily. He had brown hair, clear blue eyes, and was wearing a simple white T-shirt and blue jeans. He looked a little thin.
Dean took out the fake ID: "We are from the FBI and want to talk to your parents."
The boy took the certificate, looked at it carefully, and then raised his head. "Why don't you knock on the door?"
Dean and Sam were a little embarrassed and looked at each other.
Bai Haorui took a step forward and showed a gentle smile, "Sorry, we are rude. Can we go in and sit for a while?"
The boy hesitated for a moment and turned sideways to let them into the house.
The living room was very neat and tidy. There was a pot of heated soup on the table, which was still steaming. It was obviously dinner that he had cooked himself.
"You cook by yourself?" Dean pointed at the soup and asked in surprise.
The boy nodded. "My parents are very busy at work."
"My name is Robert, and this is my partner." Sam introduced himself.
"My name is Jessie." the boy said.
Dean noticed a painting on the refrigerator, depicting a fat man with wings wearing a pink tutu.
"Did you draw this?" Dean asked, pointing to the painting.
"It's the Tooth Fairy." Jessie nodded, "My dad told me. He said that when children lose their teeth, the Tooth Fairy will put coins under the pillow in exchange for their teeth."
Dean turned around and winked and whispered to Sam, "Has your father ever told you the story of the Tooth Fairy?"
Sam smiled, "My dad? He told me different stories."
Bai Haorui: There is a very strange aura about this child, half human, half demon, but very pure. His power is so powerful that it is unimaginable, and can even block my Divine Sense investigation. This is the source of all strange things.
"The Tooth Fairy is not a story, it's true." Jessie said seriously, "Itchy powder will make you scratch your brain out, and drinking popping candy mixed with Coke will send you to the hospital with stomachache. Everyone knows it."
Dean Pick up the electric shock handshake on the table.
Jessie looked at Dean nervously. "You shouldn't hold this, it will electrocute people."
"Actually no," Dean shook his head, "This is just a wind-up toy, completely harmless. Look." He pressed the button and pressed it on Sam's chest.
Nothing happened.
Sam looked at Dean with an unhappy expression. "Are you childish?"
Jessie's eyes suddenly widened. "How could..."
"See? That's it." Dean said proudly to Sam, then turned to look at Jessie, "Whatever Jessie believes in, will become reality. As long as he believes that these things are useless, they will turn back into ordinary toys."
Jessie's face turned pale. He took a step back, his eyes full of fear and confusion. "Was it me... was I the one who killed those people?"
"No, Jessie, this is not your fault." Bai Haorui quickly stepped forward, squatted down, and looked into his eyes, "You just didn't know you had this ability. You never thought about hurting anyone, right?"
Jessie's tears fell. "I didn't mean it... I really didn't mean it..."
"We know, Jessie." Sam also squatted down and looked into his eyes, "We are not here to arrest you. We are here to help you."
At 5:10 p. m., the three returned to the motel.
Sam sat in front of the computer and began to investigate Jessie's background. Dean leaned against the wall, drinking beer. Bai Haorui sat by the window, closing his eyes and relaxing.
"Found it." Sam said, "Jessie Turner, 11 years old, is in the fifth grade at Alliance City Elementary School. His grades are average. He won the Pinewood Contest last year. He was adopted and his birth record is sealed."
"Adopted?" Dean frowned, "This is interesting."
"I unblocked his birth record." Sam continued, "The father's name is not shown on it. His biological mother's name is Julia Wright and she lives in Elk Creek."
Bai Haorui opened his eyes and stood up. "We have to go see her. Only she knows Jessie's life experience and why he has this ability."
Dean nodded. "Okay. Sam, you and I go to Elk Creek. Haorui. You stay here and watch over Jessie. Don't let anything happen to him again."
Bai Haorui hesitated for a moment. "No problem. But you have to be careful. If Jessie is really a half-demon, there will definitely be traces of the demon in his biological mother."
It was silent all the way. At 7:30 in the evening, Sam and Dean arrived at the door of Elk Creek's Julia's house.
Julia's house is a dilapidated wooden house, surrounded by weeds. The curtains are drawn tightly, and it looks a bit spooky.
Dean knocked on the door.
After a long time, the door opened a crack. Julia Wright appeared behind the door. She looked haggard and in her thirties, her eyes were full of fear, her hair was messy, and she was wearing a faded pajamas.
"What do you want to do?" Julia's voice was a little hoarse.
"We just want to ask you a few questions about your son." Sam said.
"I have no son." Julia said immediately, wanting to close the door.
Dean stretched out his hand to block the door. "He was born in Omaha on March 29, 1998. You sent him to an adoption agency. His name is Jessie."
Julia's face instantly turned ugly. She suddenly turned around and ran into the kitchen, grabbed a handful of salt, and sprinkled it on the two of them.
Sam Dean looked at each other and smiled helplessly.
"Aren't you a demon?" She asked in surprise when seeing no reaction from the two of them.
Sam comforted, "We are not demons. We are hunters, who specialize in hunting monsters."
Julia dropped his guard and slumped down on the chair, took a deep breath, and shed tears. "I was possessed... A demon controlled my body for nine months, the entire pregnancy, and delivery... The night the child was born, I took back control, probably because of the pain. I wanted to kill him, but I couldn't... He was so small, so cute... so I sent him to an adoption agency."
"Who is the father of the child?" Dean asked.
Julia raised his head and looked at them with empty eyes. "My family believes in Christ. I was still a virgin at the time."
"Is he human?" Julia cried, "Is he a monster?"
"His name is Jessie and he lives in Alliance City. He is a good boy." Sam said.
When the two left Julia's house, it was already dark.
Dean took out his mobile phone. "We have to call Cas and ask. See if he has ever encountered this kind of situation."
At 8:45 pm, Sam and Dean returned to the motel.
Bai Haorui was meditating by the window. When he heard them coming in, he opened his eyes and said, "How are you doing?"
Dean told him what Julia said, "A virgin was pregnant and possessed by a demon for nine months..."
At this moment, Castiel suddenly appeared in the room. He was wearing the windbreaker that had not been changed for eight hundred years, with a cold expression.
"You are lucky to have found the boy." Castiel said.
"Yeah, so lucky." Dean rolled his eyes, "What should we do with him?"
"Kill him." Castiel said expressionlessly.
"Cas!?" Sam and Dean exclaimed at the same time.
Bai Haorui stood up suddenly, his eyes cold. "What are you talking about? Killing an 11-year-old child?"
"This child is half-human and half-demon, an anti-Christ." Castiel looked at him without any ups and downs in his tone, "If he is grown up by the devil, with just one word, he can destroy half of Heaven's army. So if he falls into the hands of Lucifer, we are all doomed."
"He is still a child! He is innocent!" Sam said excitedly, "He doesn't even know he has this ability!"
"A year ago, you would win this war at all costs." Castiel stared at Sam and said.
Sam's face suddenly turned red and he clenched his fists. "The situation has changed now."
Bai Haorui took a step forward, stood in front of Sam, and looked at Castiel: "Cass, I respect you as a warrior, but I cannot agree with your actions. Every life has the right to choose. Jessie has not done anything yet, and we cannot kill him just because of what he might do."
"You don't understand." Castiel frowned, "His power will become stronger and stronger with the rise of Lucifer. Soon, the demons will find him and twist him into Lucifer's tool."
"Okay, look, we're not going to kill him, okay?" Dean interjected, "But we can't leave him here. Let's take him to Bobby and he'll know what to do."
"You want to kidnap him?" Castiel asked.
"We want to protect him." Sam said firmly.
"I can't take this risk." Castiel finished speaking and disappeared instantly.
"Damn it!" Dean cursed, "He's going to kill Jessie!"
Bai Haorui immediately picked up the mahogany sword. "Let's go quickly! I'll stop him!"
At 9:20 pm, inside the living room of Jessie's house.
Castiel appeared in the living room, silently, like a ghost.
Jessie was sitting on the sofa, watching TV. When he heard the noise, he was startled and backed away.
"Don't be afraid, I won't hurt you." Castiel said, hiding the silver knife behind his back and slowly approaching Jessie. His eyes were cold and devoid of any emotion.
The moment he raised his sword, a purple-gold sword energy came through the air, flew past his shoulder, and hit the wall, leaving a deep ravine.
Sawdust flying.
Bai Haorui rushed in from the door holding a mahogany sword. The purple and gold True Gang stood in front of Jessie and was flowing around him.
"Cas, stop!" Bai Haorui shouted sharply.
"Haorui, get out of the way." Castiel said coldly, "This is the only way."
"Nonsense." Bai Haorui gripped the mahogany sword tightly, the purple-gold True Gang flowing around the blade, making a slight buzzing sound, "I won't let you hurt an innocent child."
Just as the two were confronting each other, Sam and Dean rushed in.
"Jessie! Are you okay?" Dean shouted.
Jessie had an expression of horror, fear and anger on his face. He looked at Castiel, his eyes full of anger. This man just wanted to kill him.
Dean followed Jessie's gaze and saw the whole process of Castiel turning into a doll.
Castiel's body suddenly began to shrink, his skin became smooth, lost its human texture, and turned into the color of plastic. His windbreaker turned into paint on his body, and the silver knife in his hand turned into a small plastic knife. His expression froze on his face, maintaining that cold look.
A few seconds later, a Castiel doll about 15 centimeters tall fell to the ground with a soft "snap" sound. The doll still held the plastic knife in its hand, in the same posture as before.
The whole process was eerily quiet, without any sound, as if it was just a simple magic trick.
Dean and Sam were both stunned, their mouths wide open and speechless.
"I did it," Jessie said tremblingly, "But how did I do it?"
Dean reacted immediately. He walked up to Jessie and patted him on the shoulder. "You are a superhero, Jessie. Just like X-Men. We are here to take you to a secret base, where you will receive training to fight against evil."
Jessie's eyes lit up. "Really?"
"They're lying to you." A voice came from the door.
Julia, who was possessed by the devil, walked in. Her eyes turned dark, with an evil smile on her face. She waved her hand, and Sam and Dean were pinned to the wall by an invisible force. Their feet were off the ground, and their throats were strangled by an invisible force.
Bai Haorui reacted quickly and moved lightly, stepping on Seven Stars Gang Steps. His body moved in front of Jessie like a flowing cloud. He pinched a Three Pure Ones Hand Seal with his left hand, and pointed the mahogany sword diagonally at the ground in his right hand, Lotus Seal between his eyebrows. glowed slightly. Three bright yellow Evil-Suppressing Talisman flew out of his sleeves, automatically and without wind, forming a triangular talisman array around him. The light golden Gang Qi flowed out from the talisman array, completely isolating the power of the devil.
He turned back to Jessie and showed a reassuring smile, "Don't be afraid, we are here."
The devil looked at the talisman array and Gang Qi circulating around Bai Haorui, and showed a surprised expression. "Oh? It's interesting. It seems that you are much stronger than these two trash. But it doesn't matter, Master Lucifer said that you can't hurt Sam, but you and Dean are encouraged to hurt you."
The devil waved his hand, and three black energy spikes shot toward Bai Haorui with a harsh sound of breaking through the air. The spikes exuded a strong Hell aura, and wherever they passed, the air was corroded to the point of making a "sizzling" sound.
Bai Haorui did not dodge or evade, and the sword technique in his left hand was slightly activated, and the three Evil-Suppressing Talisman burst out with dazzling golden light at the same time. The three golden lights shot out from the talisman array and accurately hit the black spikes, smashing them into pieces without even a trace of aftermath.
"That's all you have?" Bai Haorui said in a calm tone, but with a hint of disdain in his eyes, "Lucifer sent you here just to make you embarrassed in front of me, little brother?"
The demon was enraged and let out a sharp roar. He condensed a huge black energy ball with his hands and slammed it towards Bai Haorui. The surrounding air was distorted by the volatilization of the energy ball, and the walls began to vibrate slightly.
Bai Haorui's eyes narrowed, he pinched a Fire Thunder Hand Seal with his left hand, and shouted softly, "Emperor!"
The Three Altars Pure Yang True Fire in his body exploded instantly, and golden flames rose from his fingertips, fusing perfectly with the purple-gold True Gang to form a rotating fire lotus. The fire lotus rotated slowly, exuding warm and powerful power, and the surrounding Hell aura was instantly purified.
With a twist of his wrist, the fire lotus slowly flew out and faced the black energy ball.
The black energy ball hit the fire lotus, just like ice and snow meeting the scorching sun. It melted without a trace in an instant without causing even a ripple. The fire lotus continued to fly towards the devil without losing its power.
The demon's face changed with fright, and he quickly turned sideways to avoid it. The fire lotus flew past her shoulder, leaving a blackened lotus mark on the wall. Her shoulder was burned by True Fire, and bursts of black smoke came out, making a "sizzling" sound.
"Ah--!" The demon let out a painful scream.
Bai Haorui took a step forward, with Steps of Yu under his feet, appearing in front of the devil like a ghost. The peach wood sword in his hand had a faint golden light, pointing directly at the devil's eyebrows.
The devil didn't even have time to react before Bai Haorui pressed the peach wood sword between her eyebrows. She wanted to retreat, but found that she was firmly locked by an invisible force and could not move. Bai Haorui pinched Soul-Locking Hand Seal with her left hand, and a golden rune was pasted on her forehead.
The demon let out a shrill scream and his body twitched violently. Her face showed an expression of pain and fear. "No... impossible... how can you be so strong..."
Bai Haorui With his other hand, he took out a Salvation Talisman from his backpack and put it on the devil's chest. He slowly recited the "Tai Shang Cave Xuan Ling Bao Miao Sutra for Saving Suffering and Eradicating Sin". His voice was not loud, but it carried a strange power, as if it could purify all evil in the world.
"The Supreme Lord's decree is to transcend your lonely soul. All ghosts and ghosts will benefit from the four lives. Those with heads will be surpassed, and those without heads will be promoted. Kill with spears and knives, dive into water and hang on ropes..."
Golden runes emerged from Salvation Talisman, spinning around the demon's body. The demon's body began to smoke, and black smoke continued to pour out of her seven orifices. Her power was passing by rapidly, and her eyes were becoming more and more distracted.
Bai Haorui's tone was calm, but with undoubted power, "I have no relatives on the road, and I always associate with good people. This is the reason why you failed, little trash."
Just when Bai Haorui was about to completely purify this demon, Jessie suddenly shouted, "Stop it!"
Bai Haorui immediately stopped and took back the peach wood sword and Salvation Talisman. He raised his left hand, Soul-Locking Hand Seal was untied, and the golden runes dissipated in the air. He looked back at Jessie with questions in his eyes. "What's wrong, Jessie?"
Jessie walked up to the devil and looked at her with complicated eyes. "Is she my biological mother?"
The demon took the opportunity to gasp for air, took a few steps back, and looked at Bai Haorui warily. Her face was pale, and she was obviously seriously injured, and she was even a little unsteady when standing.
Bai Haorui did not look at the devil again, but turned around and walked to the center of the living room. He pinched a Heaven and Earth Purification Hand Seal with his left hand, waved his right hand lightly, and whispered in his mouth, "Xuanzong of heaven and earth, the root of Wan Qi. Cultivate for hundreds of millions of kalpas and prove my magical power."
Pale golden light flowed from his fingertips and spread over the entire living room like gentle water. The ravine split by the sword energy on the wall slowly healed, and the blackened lotus mark disappeared without a trace; the glass shattered by the energy wave automatically spliced together and returned to its original state; the overturned tables and chairs straightened themselves out, and the scattered books and toys returned to their original positions.
The whole process was quiet and magical, without any sound, as if the fierce battle just now had never happened.
Jessie was stunned, his eyes full of curiosity and admiration. He had never seen such a magical power.
Bai Haorui: Power is never used to destroy. Real strength is to be able to protect what you want to protect and to repair the beauty that has been destroyed.
The devil walked up to Jessie at this time, and his voice became gentle. "I am your mother, Jessie. Those people you call parents, they lied to you. You are not their child, and you never have been."
Jessie burst into tears. "But my parents love me very much."
"Really?" the devil sneered, "Then why do they leave you at home alone all day? Because they are afraid of you, Jessie. They know that you are different from other children."
