Upon hearing Miss Justice's suggestion, Klein for a moment and said:
"The dream is guided by the history of the Second Age, the Elf King ' Queen of Calamity ' Cohinem, the lifestyle of the Elf race, their oldest language, and the legendary Western Continent."
"... Okay." Audrey's eyes flickered slightly, revealing a thoughtful expression as she processed the hidden information in Mr. "World's" words.
Then she walked over to the Elf Singer.
Guided by her, Mobett's figure in the garden quickly blurred and disappeared into Siatas's dream.
Audrey's emerald eyes once again rippled with deep emotion, and her lips moved as if she were silently reciting something.
The entire dream world began to shake, and the garden, like a reflection on a lake, was smashed into shimmering fragments by an invisible stone that flew in from nowhere.
These fragments quickly coalesced, but what was restored was no longer a garden, but a palace that seemed to be made of coral.
Every detail of the palace is exceptionally ornate, and the whole structure is tall and magnificent. However, because it is situated beneath layers of azure seawater, the sky is completely obscured, making it appear dark and gloomy.
Inside, massive coral pillars support an exaggerated dome, and the walls and ceiling are covered with murals depicting the terror of Storm.
On these murals and corals, streaks of silvery lightning seem to come alive, following certain trajectories as they wander around, eventually converging at the nine-tiered steps inlaid with pearls, diamonds, emeralds, and sapphires.
Siatas stood there, surrounded by several Elf opposite and beside her.
At the top of those nine steps were two enormous chairs that seemed to be made of pure electric light. One occupied the most central position, like the ruler of this palace and this world, while the other was on its left, appearing less conspicuous.
On the throne in the very center sat a man dressed in a simple, loose robe. He had pointed, high-set ears, a soft facial contour, and thick, black and blue hair. His features were outstanding on their own, and together they made him handsome. However, he gave off a tyrannical feeling, as if he would pick up the electric spear leaning against the armrest and throw it forward if he said the wrong thing.
Sitting next to him was a beautiful woman with jet-black, glossy hair styled in a high bun. She had slightly pointed ears, delicate features, and deep brown eyes like the ocean. In her hand, she was playing with an intricately patterned gold wine cup.
Without any introduction from Siatas, Klein and the others could easily tell that the man and woman were the Elf King, the Ancient God Soniathrym, and the Elf King, the " Queen of Calamity," Cohinem.
" Ormir, you traitor!" Suddenly, a huge, loud voice, like thunder, rang out, shaking the entire palace violently, causing the servants, including Siatas, to lower their heads in fear.
The roar came from that ancient god.
Ormir, isn't that the name of the Giant King? I even drank a red wine named after him recently, and I must say, the quality is indeed superior to others, though it's a bit expensive... Klein listened with lingering ringing in his ears as his thoughts wandered aimlessly.
He remembered that Little "Sun" had once said that the three ancient gods, who were somewhat humanoid, namely the Giant King Ormir, the Elf King Suniasolem, and the vampire progenitor Lilith, were allies against the faction composed of the "Imaginary Dragon" Angorweid, the Phoenix Progenitor Gregari, and the Alien King Kvasitun. The "Demon King" Fabuti and the "Destroyer Wolf" Fregra were lone wolves who wanted to corrupt everything and overturn everything.
So, the alliance of the three ancient humanoid gods ultimately broke down? Klein collected his thoughts and waited for the dream to unfold further.
Because of the existence of " The Sun " Derrick, " Justice " Audrey was not unfamiliar with the history of the Second Epoch. Without hesitation, she immediately allowed Siatas's dream to continue:
Despite the terrifying roar, the " Queen of Calamity," Cohinem, remained completely unaffected, her expression cold and relatively calm as she spoke:
Isn't this a fact that has already been established?
"His reputation is the exact opposite of his physical stature."
At this moment, the ancient god Soniathrym's body was enveloped in streaks of flamboyant lightning, and his voice boomed like thunder:
"I thought that after hundreds of years, He would have a better understanding of the world situation. I overestimated His intelligence!"
"If He hadn't betrayed her, how could Lilith have fallen?"
Huh... Lilith, the progenitor of the vampires, died so young? Klein's eyelids twitched, and his attention quickly focused.
After the Elf King finished roaring, " Queen of Calamity " Cohinem maintained her previous posture and said:
"That's not necessarily a bad thing. At least Kvastir and Flegrea were dragged down with Lilith, and all the gods no longer trust each other. Even without allying with any side, we can still rule the seas, lakes, and rivers."
Upon hearing these words, even Audrey, the " Justice " " Spectator," could hardly contain her astonishment and had to try to Placate herself down.
This... means that Lilith, the progenitor of the vampires, Kvashithun, the alien king, and Fregra, the "Destroyer Wolf," perished in the ancient gods' own divine war, due to the betrayal of the ancient gods such as the giant king Ormir, and actually had nothing to do with the ancient sun god?
Is this why Lilith, though dead, is still alive and can occasionally issue divine pronouncements? And is it because of this that Antigonus and the " Mother of the Sky " of the Hornacis Mountain Range were able to survive into the Fourth Age... Klein became increasingly convinced that the history recorded in City of Silver also contained many forgeries or ambiguities. Fortunately, he had not yet fully digested the " Bizarro Sorcerer " Potion and did not need to consider advancing to " Scholar of Yore " for the time being; otherwise, the "history" he was using might not be true.
In ancient times, the progenitor of the vampires, Lilith, and the mutant king, Kvasithun, perished because of each other... Recently, however, the vampires have been cooperating with the temperance faction among the mutants. Time truly is the greatest magician... Heh, if "Moon" Emlyn knew about this, I wonder what his expression would be... "Star" Leonard listened with a touch of melancholy. (Mobile version:)
As the three were deep in thought, the ancient god Soniathrym snorted and said:
" Ormir recently wanted to cooperate with some Concealment cults that have emerged among humans to deal with us. It is said that this matter is led by ' Harvest ' and ' Dawn '."
"I'm even thinking of teaming up with Ankewelt to destroy the Giant ' royal court. But every time I see that dragon, I want to skewer it and put it on the grill. It's an attraction that comes from the core of my being, the most irresistible delicacy!"
As soon as he finished speaking, the ancient god's figure suddenly vanished, and the entire palace shook violently, causing cracks to appear.
Before all this had subsided, a flash of lightning appeared, Soniathrym was back on the enormous throne, holding a spear made entirely of lightning.
"You went to the ' Giant King's Court '?" Cohinem asked.
"We taught Ormir a lesson," Soniathrym replied without any attempt to hide his true feelings.
The Elf servants, including Siatas, lowered their heads even further, vaguely seeing slippery tentacles, thicker than their own bodies, swaying on the ground, flashing with silvery-white electric lightning.
Then, they even closed their eyes.
The dream then changed, Siatas "remembered" her interactions with the other Elf.
Through their conversations and interactions, Klein, Leonard, and Audrey learned that the era in which Siatas lived was a relatively peaceful period in the Second Age, where five major races —Giant, Elf, Dragon, Devil, Phoenix —coexisted and divided the dominion over the Northern Continent and the five great oceans. Vampire, Demonic Wolf, tree people, sea monsters, Mutant species, and humans were all attached to different forces and occupied the middle and lower classes.
"This bears no resemblance whatsoever to the history recorded by the church, nor is it mentioned in the myths and legends of City of Silver. 'The Star, ' Leonard sighed, ' the Old Man probably didn't even know this much.'"
"That's not necessarily true." Klein shook his head almost imperceptibly. "Many beings from the Second Epoch lived into the Fourth Epoch, and even into the present."
"Like that Angel of Wisdom?" Leonard asked back, somewhat speculating.
"Probably." Klein didn't give a definite answer, but instead smiled and said, "When you spoke to Mobett, I thought you would ask Miss ' Justice ' to leave."
Leonard glanced at him immediately, yawned, and said:
"You mentioned before that there might be a being behind me who has seen the second ' Blasphemy Slate,' and then when I was talking to Mobett Zoroast, I deliberately had Miss ' Justice ' stay away. Wasn't that intentionally making that connection to her?"
"Furthermore, you also mentioned that when dealing with all of Amon's clones in Backlund, Miss ' Justice ' was involved in the final stages. For a Sequence 5 ' Spectator,' that's enough information. With a little more understanding of the Zoroast Family, the truth is practically laid bare. In that case, why should I waste time bringing up things I should avoid? It's too much trouble. It would be better to have Mr. ' The Fool ' as a witness afterward, and everyone swear not to reveal each other's secrets."
"If Miss ' Justice ' were to step aside, it would be harder for you to bring up the oath to keep it a secret..." Klein nodded slightly.
At this moment, Siatas continued:
"After the fall of the Progenitor of the Sanguine, the ' Demonic Wolf of Destruction,' and the Mutant King, some of their followers were killed, some joined other ancient gods, and some disappeared, lurking in the shadows."
Audrey, who had "transformed" into an Elf, immediately asked:
"Who defected to whom? And who were killed?"
Siatas thought for a moment and said:
"I've never seen them either. Uh, the Sanguine's ' Goddess of Life ' and the ' God of War ' of the Mutant King were killed, and nobody even remembers their names... Salinger, the ' God of the Undead ' of the Demonic Wolf of Destruction,' has allied with the Phoenix Ancestor, and the Sanguine's ' Goddess of Beauty,' Olkina, has allied with us... Tolzna, the ' God of Spirits ' of the Mutant King, Amanises, the ' Goddess of Misfortune ' of the ' Demonic Wolf of Destruction, ' have disappeared..."
Salinger... Olkina... Klein's forehead twitched at the mention of those two names, and he instinctively used his " Clown " ability to maintain his facial expression.
Olkina is the Blood Moon Queen, the wife of the Night Emperor of the Fourth Age, and the Empress of the Trunsoest Empire!
Salinger was the founder of the Balam Empire, the Death Emperor and Death of the Fourth Age!
