The white-haired girl tilted her head slightly, her soft hair falling onto Lynn's cheek.

A hint of doubt flashed in her eyes.

[ Nurgle?]

While on Brevis, she read extensively about humanity's enemies.

She knew of the existence of the Chaos Gods, as well as the power they wielded and their modus operandi.

But she had never heard of the name " Nurgle ".

[Is it that Chaos Gods who represents life and disease? I've seen it in the materials; they call him ' the Grandfather ' and ' the Plague God.']

[right.]

Lynn answered in the mind link.

[ Nurgle is his real name, a name far more accurate than any of those false titles.]

Rena nodded thoughtfully.

[It's quite accurate, really, Nurgle...]

There was a hint of disdain in her tone.

As Tyranids, she has a natural aversion to anything that contaminates biological matter.

The plague of Nurgle was undoubtedly the thing she abhorred the most.

Lynn's brows furrowed deeply.

He's at his wit's end.

First came the Orks invasion and the Chaos attack, then the mysterious resurrection of Ragnar, and now the Nurgle plague has emerged.

Has the Brevis System violated some heavenly law?

Why are there so many problems, one after another?

The Calixis System is such a remote, desolate galaxy that it rarely even has any Xenos.

Now things have gotten even worse. Not only has a bunch of Orks broken out, but followers of Slaanesh and Tzeentch have also appeared, and even Nurgle has joined in the fun.

Anyone with a brain knows that Nurgle's target is definitely Brevis.

Dorito was just something I happened to pass by.

But why?

The Thirteenth Black Crusade is in full swing, with the main forces of Chaos concentrated at the Cadian Gate.

What are the Nurgle doing here in this remote star system instead of fighting on the front lines?

Countless thoughts flashed through Lynn's mind.

Is it because of me and Rena?

impossible.

They have only been in the Brevis System for six months, and have kept a very good secret.

Apart from Sorine and a few others, no one knew their true identities.

It's impossible for Nurgle to have noticed their presence so quickly.

Why is that?

Lynn's gaze fell on an inconspicuous metal instrument on his wrist.

Could it be because of that STC chip?

But what appeal could a STC (Special Treatment Treasure) used to reinforce shields have for Nurgle?

Nurgle desires is to spread plague, rot, and death.

An STC chip is worthless to him.

Lynn was completely baffled.

But the only thing he was certain of was that a massive storm was brewing in the Brevis System.

The Orks, Chaos, the Imperium, and the Tyranids —multiple factions are about to converge here.

The days that follow will definitely not be peaceful.

"It seems we must be fully prepared."

Lynn turned around, looked at Rena, and said firmly.

" Rena, it's time to take it a step further. We need to continue expanding the Zerg swarm's strength."

Upon hearing the words "expand the swarm," Rena's eyes lit up instantly.

Her face lit up with joy, like a child who had received candy.

"Really?!"

"Are we finally allowed to expand in the Dead World A?!"

Rena's tone was full of anticipation.

She had wanted to do this for a long time.

The resources of the Dead World B are almost exhausted, and the size of the swarm has not increased significantly for a long time.

The Dead World A is the second dead planet in the Calixis System, twenty times the size of the Dead World B, and almost the same size as the planet Brevis.

The area above has richer mineral resources and a greater diversity of native organisms, enough to support the swarm to grow to an unprecedented scale.

Moreover, the Dead World A is closer to the planet Brevis, so if anything happens to Brevis, the swarm can arrive in the shortest possible time.

Lynn couldn't help but smile as he looked at Rena's excited expression.

"Right."

"Send half of the Zerg swarm from Dead World B to Dead World A."

"Establish a new main hive there and incubate combat units on a large scale."

"But it must be done discreetly."

Lynn's expression turned serious again.

"We must not let the people of Brevis notice anything amiss."

"All incubation and construction work is best carried out underground."

"Try to avoid large-scale alterations to the Earth's surface environment."

"The humans in Brevis are currently preoccupied with their own problems, but we still cannot let our guard down."

"Once the existence of the swarm is exposed, we will be in another dilemma."

Don't worry!

Rena patted her chest and said confidently.

Don't you trust me to handle things?

"I will have the advance team establish concealed hatching pools underground in the Dead World A, and then slowly transfer the swarm, leaving absolutely no obvious traces."

"Besides, like you said, the humans of Brevis are too busy dealing with their own troubles to care about what's happening on a dead planet."

Rena had already planned everything out.

She had even mentally rehearsed countless scenarios of building a Zerg hive on the Dead World A.

Lynn nodded.

He still had great faith in Rena's abilities.

"That's good."

"I'm leaving this to you. Get it done as soon as possible."

"I have a feeling that we'll be using this swarm soon."

Lynn's eyes deepened.

He looked at the distant Carl II Space Station and said in a calm tone:

"If Brevis's situation really deteriorates to the point of no return."

"Then we'll take matters into our own hands and clean up the mess."

"It's better for us to benefit than for the Orks and Chaos."

"At least, we can erase all traces completely, leaving no future problems."

This is Lynn's final bottom line.

He did not have a strong sense of belonging to the Imperium; it was only his human morality that compelled him to temporarily shelter the common people and fulfill his duties as governor.

Everything he did was primarily for himself and Rena, and for their Zerg swarm.

If the Imperium truly cannot hold onto Brevis, then he wouldn't mind taking matters into his own hands and seizing all the biomass on the entire planet.

Rena nodded vigorously.

"Okay, I'll do whatever you say!"

Her eyes gleamed with excitement.

The thought of being able to devour biomass from an entire planet filled her with excitement.

"So what do we do now?"

Rena took Lynn's hand and asked curiously.

"Return to Carl II."

Lynn smiled.

"Get rid of those abandoned Ork Boyz."

"And don't disappoint our little tax collector too much."

Although he had no fondness for this proud noble general, Dominic was now an indispensable and powerful human force.

Before the threat of Chaos is fully exposed, he will need Dominic and the Tithe Fleet to defend him against the Orks and other enemies.

"Okay!" Rena nodded obediently.

"Let's go quickly, I haven't had a proper workout in ages."

There was a hint of expectation in her voice.

Like Lynn, she had a natural thirst for battle.

The shuttle's engines roared to life once more.

The silver figure changed direction and flew towards the Carl II Space Station.
