Qin Yuan acted at the same time. His hands formed a profound seal, and the power of the Time Law surged out like a tide, precisely covering the area of the wall occupied by the time runes.

Three objects floated in the very center of the hall.

The second was a scroll made from the hide of an unknown beast. Its surface was covered in the marks of time, but it remained completely intact.

The third was a palm-sized metal fragment engraved with intricate law patterns. The pressure it radiated made both Qin Yuan and Chaos City Lord's hearts tremble.

"That's..." Chaos City Lord stared fixedly at the metal fragment, his voice trembling slightly. "A fragment of a True Supreme Treasure!"

Qin Yuan's gaze was drawn to the fragment as well.

The system hadn't lied to him. There really was a True Supreme Treasure fragment in these ruins!

"City Lord, how should we divide these three items?" Qin Yuan suppressed his excitement and asked.

Chaos City Lord took a deep breath and calmed himself before saying slowly, "The True Supreme Treasure fragment goes to me. The black crystal and the scroll go to you. How does that sound?"

Qin Yuan thought it over, then nodded in agreement.

Although the True Supreme Treasure fragment was the most valuable of the three, it was only a fragment, not a complete True Supreme Treasure. "City Lord..." Qin Yuan started to say something.

"Don't worry. A mere handful of Universe Masters can't do anything to me." Chaos City Lord cut him off, his voice full of confidence. "You, on the other hand-this is your first time on the Primal Star, so you must be careful. Go on."

With that, he flashed forward, heading to meet the approaching auras.

Qin Yuan watched Chaos City Lord's retreating figure, a warm current welling up in his heart. This pillar of the Human Race might appear cold, but he truly treated his own people with sincerity.

I won't let you down, Qin Yuan said silently to himself. Then he turned and flew off in the opposite direction.

His main quest required him to kill three Universe Masters from Alien Races. Now it was time to look for prey.
