Chaos City Lord is a veteran Universe Master and one of the Human Race’s principal protectors. He has lived in the Primal Universe for over ten billion years and witnessed the race endure countless crises 1 24 36.

During an earlier opening of the Primal Star, he discovered hidden canyon ruins sealed by an ancient God King-level restriction. His attempt to break it nearly trapped him in its counterattack, forcing him to withdraw. He later returned with Qin Yuan to attempt a coordinated solution 14.

Appearance

Chaos City Lord appears as a man in a loose black robe, with an indistinct face and an aura described as being as deep as an abyss 1 12.

Calm and authoritative, Chaos City Lord emphasizes preparation over bravado. He rebukes the Lord of Darkness for underestimating their opponents, organizes complementary two-person teams, and repeatedly places his companions’ survival above treasure hunting 12 14.

His treatment of Qin Yuan combines protection with opportunities for independence. He promises to safeguard the newcomer without restricting him, recognizes his contribution to their discoveries, and draws approaching enemies away so he can escape 13 15.

He also respects Qin Yuan’s private cultivation methods. When Qin Yuan offers to improve his Gene Level rapidly, Chaos City Lord asks what resources he needs rather than pressing him for the secret. His usually restrained demeanor gives way to tears when Qin Yuan returns as a True God 25 36.

Evaluating Qin Yuan

Chaos City Lord summons the newly promoted Qin Yuan to Chaos City and questions the irregular law fluctuations surrounding his breakthrough. Unable to see through his obscured fate, he nevertheless recognizes Qin Yuan as a new pillar of humanity. He assigns him to the Primal Star expedition to temper his weak foundation through dangerous combat 1.

Before the expedition, he warns the assembled Universe Masters of a possible Demon Race–Machine Race ambush. He organizes three pairs and personally takes Qin Yuan as his partner, promising independent opportunities once Qin Yuan demonstrates that he can protect himself 12 13.

Canyon Ruins

On the Primal Star, Chaos City Lord explains that the site originated from a fallen God King’s Divine Kingdom and leads Qin Yuan to the ruins he previously failed to open. Their synchronized use of Space Law and Time Law breaks the entrance restriction 14 15.

He takes the True Supreme Treasure fragment, while Qin Yuan receives the damaged World Stone and the Void God King’s inheritance scroll. When powerful auras approach, he intercepts them and sends Qin Yuan away 15.

Rescuing the Expedition

As the alien hunt intensifies, Chaos City Lord warns Qin Yuan to hide, saves Peng Gong and Ice Peak, and moves to intercept the Lord of Sky Wolf. He then reaches the ruins where Darkness and Huang Jian have been trapped 17 19 20.

Inside, he holds off a True God-level guardian but cannot approach the prisoners’ soul-sealing dome. Qin Yuan and Peng Gong arrive, and Qin Yuan helps free the captives. Chaos City Lord immediately teleports all four companions to safety, conceals their refuge, and reprimands Qin Yuan for risking death against the guardian 23 24.

Opening the Way to Void God Hall

After examining Qin Yuan’s advanced inheritance scroll, Chaos City Lord confirms that only the successful inheritor can enter the next trial site. He monitors enemy movements and learns that the Lord of Sky Wolf has reached Void God Hall but cannot open its gates 24.

He contributes his stored resources to Qin Yuan’s rapid strengthening, then leads the humans to the hall. During the ensuing battle, he suppresses the Lord of Silver Blades, leaving Qin Yuan free to defeat the Lord of Sky Wolf and enter the inheritance trials 25 26 27.

Supporting Qin Yuan’s True God Attempt

When Qin Yuan announces that his final trial requires reaching True God in the Space-Time Secret Realm, Chaos City Lord promises that the others will guard humanity in his absence. After leaving the Primal Star, he sends reassurance that the Human Race is safe and the injured companions have recovered 29 33.

He celebrates Qin Yuan’s return as a Peak True God. Qin Yuan, in turn, identifies Chaos City Lord as only one step away from the same realm. Chaos City Lord later joins the other leading experts in seeing him off 36 37.
