After Mo Qi pursued him, Lin Heng traveled to Heavenly Gate Star, where he entered the Heaven-Gazing Courtyard and began uncovering its hidden opportunities.

• Lin Heng destroyed Mo Qi’s Saint Law Soul Fragment, defeated the Han brothers, forced Yao Rao to open the Great Yin Sect’s secret realm, and gained two Saint Law Baptisms.
• Lin Heng brought Liu Ling'er, Yue Linglong, and Duanmu Yunshang through Saint Law Baptisms before leaving the Langya Star Domain to avoid Mo Qi.
• Lin Heng reached the Heavenly Fire Sect, gained access to the Illusory Law Wall, and arranged Saint Law trials for his companions.
• The Void Race invaded while the Ninth Elder prepared to break through, and Liu Ling'er fought beside the Heavenly Fire Sect’s defenders to protect Lin Heng.

Lin Heng allied with the reborn Evil Emperor, entered the Heavenly Gate World with his companions, and fought through its dangers while they gained new powers. The arc left Lin Heng battling the mutated Flying Heavenly Sparrow amid the Sand Fire Demons.

• Lin Heng discovered that Miao Xiyin was the reborn Evil Emperor, and after she killed Lu Yuanqing, he learned why the Saint Alliance had pursued her and stayed on Heavenly Gate Star to sign in.
• Mo Qi attacked Lin Heng and the Evil Emperor, but Lin Heng suppressed her inside the Evil Emperor Netherworld Pearl and grievously wounded her before the Evil Emperor devoured her cultivation.
• Lin Heng and the Evil Emperor swore to become siblings, and he left Heavenly Gate Star with her in the Qiankun Ring as Saint Alliance Great Saints began investigating their actions.
• Lin Heng registered for the Heavenly Gate World selection on Blue Radiance Star, obtained the Heavenly Gate Secret Key, and entered the world with his companions rather than wait for the gate to appear.
• Lin Heng and his group fought Tiger Crocodile Beasts and Aoke, explored the Illusory Law Waterfall, and adapted to the Great Yin Magnetic Force while the Evil Emperor devoured a Saint Realm beast.
• Lin Heng and the Evil Emperor fought off a large demonic beast attack, and their companions completed baptisms that advanced their cultivation while the Evil Emperor fused her two consciousnesses.
• Lin Heng mastered Great Yang Magnetic Force as his group traveled to desert ruins, where they fought Sand Fire Demons and a mutated Flying Heavenly Sparrow that emerged from the ruins’ pit.
• Lin Heng destroyed one of the Flying Heavenly Sparrow’s wings with his Annihilation Heavenly Eye and attacked it with the Human Emperor Sword.

Lin Heng gained treasures and allies while surviving the Heavenly Gate World, then was expelled from its summit trial and returned to Blue Radiance Star. The arc ended with the Saint Alliance’s Great Saints surrounding him as he fought Wang Teng under their combined pressure.

• Lin Heng defeated the Flying Heavenly Sparrow with the Taiji Heavenly Magnetic Pearl, and the Evil Emperor devoured it and gained control of its Heavenly Fires.
• Lin Heng entered the Illusory Heart Tomb, obtained new illusion techniques, and helped the Evil Emperor devour Aoke and Jifuli before capturing the Illusory Heart Grass.
• Lin Heng fought the lake’s demons, claimed the Heavenly Essence Earth Marrow Flower, and took control of the giant wolf Great Saint Puppet.
• Ye Ruyan killed the turtle demon and fought Lin Heng at the stone hall, but Lin Heng paralyzed her with the Taiji Heavenly Magnetic Pearl and escaped with his prize.
• Lin Heng and his companions climbed Heavenly Pillar Peak, where Duanmu Yunshang and Liu Ling'er gained Saint bodies and inheritances, but the summit array expelled Lin Heng from the Heavenly Gate World.
• Lin Heng returned to Blue Radiance Star and prepared for Liu Ling'er and Duanmu Yunshang to break through, while Wang Teng and Tai Chen arrived with other Great Saints to confront him.
• Lin Heng fought Wang Teng as Wu Gang and two wolf puppets faced the other Great Saints, breaking Wang Teng’s spear and badly injuring him before the Great Saints’ domains weakened Lin Heng’s Netherworld Space.

Lin Heng fought the Saint Alliance while searching for the Three Evils, who were possessed by Nirvana Soul Flames after seeking power in the Primal Secret Realm. He joined them aboard the Netherworld Ship, where they escaped Kou Yan and descended toward the ninth level as Kou Yan encountered Kong Rong.

• Lin Heng defeated Ye Ruyan at Heavenly Pillar Peak, gained the Heavenly Eye Double Pupils and Heavenly Dao laws, then returned to find Liu Ling'er and Duanmu Yunshang missing.
• The Evil Emperor led Liu Ling'er and Duanmu Yunshang into a secret realm, where three Nirvana Soul Flames took control of their bodies and declared the Three Evils had returned.
• Lin Heng learned that the Three Evils had reached the Primal Secret Realm, defeated the Saint Alliance, and entered the Yellow Springs Sea to summon the Netherworld Ship.
• After killing Great Saint Wang Teng and other Saint Alliance fighters, Lin Heng boarded the Netherworld Ship and tracked the Three Evils through its haunted cabins.
• Lin Heng suppressed the Netherworld Black Lotus's blood-seed domain and found the Three Evils, but they attacked him before Liu Ling'er briefly regained control and explained their possession.
• Lin Heng agreed to accompany the Three Evils through the ship as they sought a way to free the women, and he obtained the Nether Marshal’s Scepter on the eighth level.
• Kou Yan confronted Lin Heng and the Three Evils, forcing them to retreat into the Nether Marshal's cabin as their enemies pressed the attack.
• Lin Heng used the scepter to command the dead, and he and the Three Evils descended to the ninth level while a Nether Marshal zombie drove Kou Yan back, and Kou Yan then met Kong Rong.
