Background

Huo Yuhao was born carrying the Douluo Continent’s destiny as its Child of Destiny. This destiny was originally sufficient to make him an Overgod King, but Sea God Tang San targeted him, seized that destiny, and reduced Huo Yuhao’s eventual fate to that of an ordinary God King. 10 86

His mother, Huo Yun’er, died during his childhood. Tang San took her soul to the God Realm, intending to use her as leverage to control Huo Yuhao. 10 414 Huo Yuhao later learned that Dai Hao, the White Tiger Duke, was his biological father; Dai Hao’s neglect had allowed Huo Yuhao and Huo Yun’er to suffer abuse in the White Tiger Duke’s Mansion. 433 434
