"Hey, Bulma, time to get up!" Goku shouted, pounding on her door.
Bulma woke up groggily and felt a little angry. But her face turned slightly red a moment later. Why? Because she had had a sex dream the night before.
After washing up, Bulma opened her door, glanced at Son Goku, and walked out, occasionally stealing a look at his face.
Will Goku really be that handsome when he grows up?
Bulma felt that if Goku really did grow up to be as handsome as he was in her dream, she wouldn't mind.
"Hey, Bulma, what's going on with you? Why do you keep spacing out?"
Goku was a little puzzled to see Bulma spacing out again. Was Bulma like this in the original story?
"N-no, it's nothing. Oh, right, Goku, what do you want for breakfast?" Bulma asked, coming to her senses.
"Huh? What do I want for breakfast? You can cook?"
Goku looked at Bulma doubtfully. He couldn't remember whether Bulma knew how to cook in the original story. He was worried she might make some dark cuisine and force him to eat it, so for the sake of his own safety, it was better to ask.
"What's that supposed to mean? You think I can't cook? Don't underestimate me, okay?"
Bulma rolled her eyes and walked into the kitchen.
Goku chuckled and shrugged.
While Bulma made breakfast, Son Goku started training.
"456."
"696."
"891."
"Goku, come eat!" Bulma called from inside the house. Goku, who was doing one-finger push-ups, was startled and nearly fell to the ground.
He pushed off with one finger and got to his feet. He had done fewer than a thousand push-ups, which counted as nothing more than a warm-up for him.
When Goku entered the house, he smelled the food and couldn't help breathing a sigh of relief.
"Bulma, I didn't expect you to be such a good cook."
"Of course. Did you think that just because I'm a rich young lady, I wouldn't know how to cook at all?"
Bulma couldn't help feeling a little pleased at the compliment.
A few minutes later, Bulma put down her chopsticks, having eaten her fill. As she watched Goku still wolfing down his food, the corners of her mouth twitched.
"Whoever ends up as your girlfriend is going to be really unlucky. Unless she doesn't cook, she'll have to spend at least three times as long cooking as a normal person." Bulma couldn't help complaining about Son Goku's appetite.
"Haha, I can't help it. I was born with a big appetite."
Hearing Bulma's complaint, Goku scratched his crab-shaped hair a little sheepishly.
Because of Goku, it took a full half hour before Bulma had everything tidied up and the two of them could finally set off in search of the Dragon Balls.
"Nature really is the best. Look at all the flowers and grass. Staying in West City was so boring."
As the motorcycle traveled along a country road, Bulma couldn't help marveling at the beautiful scenery around them.
"Yeah. This beautiful Earth is something I need to protect, too!" Goku said, looking at the scenery as his gaze gradually grew distant.
A few days later, a village appeared in their sight.
(The reason old Sea Turtle didn't appear was that Goku found him during his six months of training and took him back.)
"Goku, look! There's a village up ahead. The Dragon Radar shows there's a Dragon Ball in the village!" Bulma said to Goku, a little excited.
"That's great!"
Goku looked at the village ahead. If he remembered correctly, this should be where Oolong appeared, right? The Dragon Ball seemed to be with an old woman.
The two rode into the village and got off the motorcycle, only to find that there was no one around. It was eerily quiet.
Bulma started and asked fearfully, "Goku, don't you think this village is a little too quiet?"
"Yeah, it's a little too quiet. Could there be a monster?"
"Huh? A monster! Don't scare me!" Bulma clung to Goku, her face full of fear.
"How am I scaring you? It's possible, you know."
"Don't be afraid. Even if there is a monster, I can beat it easily. Trust me."
Hearing Goku's reassurance, Bulma remembered how he had stopped a car with one hand and gradually felt a little more at ease.
"Is anybody there? Anybody?"
Bulma called out to the surroundings, but no one answered.
"That's strange. The Dragon Ball is clearly showing up right here." Bulma was a little puzzled.
"We'll find out if we knock." With that, Goku walked up to the door of a house and knocked. Knock, knock, knock.
"Hey, is anybody there? We're here to get rid of the monster." After a while, there was movement inside the house.
Hearing that they had come to get rid of the monster, the person inside opened the door, stuck his head out, and looked them both up and down.
"Y-you're here to get rid of the monster?"
"Yeah. What's the monster around here like? Can you tell me about it?" Goku asked the middle-aged man with a smile.
"Come on in first. Everyone, you can come out! It's not Demon King Oolong!" the middle-aged man called out. Quite a few people then emerged from the surrounding houses.
"I told you, it couldn't be Oolong. It's too early." Murmurs of conversation came from the crowd.
The middle-aged man led the two of them into the house.
"H-hello." A cute girl greeted them.
"Hello."
"This is my daughter," the middle-aged man said.
"What's this Oolong you're talking about?" Bulma was curious to hear how afraid they were of Oolong.
"Oolong is a very frightening monster who lives near here. He can turn into all sorts of monsters, and no one has ever seen his true face." The middle-aged man held the little girl in his arms as he explained to Goku and Bulma.
"Yesterday, Oolong came to the village disguised as a ghost. Then he took a liking to my daughter and said he'd come to marry her at twelve today."
"Oolong is very lecherous. He's already taken several girls from the village, and he said that if we resisted or ran away, he'd kill everyone in the village," the middle-aged man said fearfully.
"What's the problem? We just have to take him out. Leave it to me." Goku patted his chest.
"But Oolong is very powerful." The middle-aged man looked doubtfully at the boy before him.
"Trust me."
"Has anyone seen a ball like this?"
Just then, Bulma took a Dragon Ball out of her bag and asked the people around her.
The middle-aged man looked at the Dragon Ball and shook his head, saying he had never seen a ball like it.
"I've seen a ball like that. I have one myself." An old woman stepped out of the crowd.
"Granny Paozu," the middle-aged man said to her.
The old woman took a Dragon Ball out of her clothes. Bulma walked over and saw that it was the Six-Star Dragon Ball.
"Granny, how about you give us this ball, and we'll get rid of Oolong for you?"
Bulma crouched down and spoke gently to the old woman.
"If you can get rid of Oolong, I can give it to you. But can you do it, young lady?"
"I'm not the one who'll get rid of Oolong. He is!"
Bulma closed her eyes and pointed proudly at Goku.
"Goku, show them what you can do."
Goku looked at Bulma, a little speechless. Over the past few days, she had picked that up from him.
Although he was rather speechless, he still gathered an energy ball in his hand and aimed at a rock not far away.
"Biu."
The rock instantly shattered into countless small pieces, which scattered in every direction.
The people around them watched in astonishment.
"That's wonderful! We're saved at last!"
After a brief silence, countless people burst into joyful cheers.
