Super Saiyan: can be achieved with a base combat power of at least 3 million. A 50-fold multiplier.
An initial transformation, such as Son Goku's first, is the first stage. Although combat power increases fiftyfold, the user cannot fully wield that power. An apparent 150 million might actually be only 130 or 140 million. The same applied to the great king back then: after transforming into his final form, he could not fully control that power. However, at the cost of a large amount of ki, he could briefly unleash a combat power of 150 million.
The second stage is what Vegeta reached when he first came out of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. At that point, he could use nearly all his strength, but the drain on ki and stamina was still considerable. The third stage is not worth mentioning: strength increases, but speed decreases, making it useless.
Full Power grants perfect control over the power provided by the 50-fold multiplier, while greatly reducing the drain on ki and stamina. As long as the user is not fighting, the form can be maintained almost indefinitely.
Super Saiyan 2: a 100-fold multiplier. It also has a Full Power state, but drains slightly more ki and stamina than Super Saiyan Full Power.
Super Saiyan 3: a 400-fold multiplier. It drains an enormous amount of ki and stamina. Training reduces the drain somewhat, but it remains substantial, making the form unsuitable for prolonged use.
Mystic Form: an 800-fold multiplier. It drains the same amount of ki and stamina as Super Saiyan God, but transformation requires a certain amount of stamina remaining.
Super Saiyan 4: a perfect evolution of the bloodline, with a 4,000-fold multiplier. It drains very little ki and stamina, even less than Super Saiyan Full Power. The transformation can even be maintained when the user has no ki or stamina left.
Super Saiyan 4 Full Power: a 100,000-fold multiplier.
Super Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker: a Super Saiyan 4 with Godly Aura, a 600,000-fold multiplier, and hair that changes from black to red.
Dimensions: mortal, Kami, King Yemma, King Kai, Grand Kai, Divine Dimension. Once the Divine Dimension is reached, further training will rapidly raise combat power to the first stage of Divine Power. A higher dimensional level also means faster growth in combat power.
Combat power: anything above one trillion is considered Divine Power.
Divine Power: divided into five stages. The third stage is the God of Destruction Realm, and Beerus is at the fourth stage. The difference between each stage is roughly 400-fold.
More on what lies beyond the Divine Realm will be added later.
Super Saiyan God: a 4,000-fold multiplier. It drains even less ki and stamina than Super Saiyan Full Power. It possesses Godly Aura.
Super Saiyan Blue: multipliers of 100,000 and 200,000, divided into Leaking Blue and Full Power Blue. The latter is the state used against Fused Zamasu in the manga, with all ki locked inside the body. This Full Power differs from the earlier Full Power states. If someone has not reached the Divine Dimension and forcibly locks all their Godly Aura inside their body, it will place tremendous pressure on their body. But in the Divine Dimension, the drain on ki and stamina is the same as Super Saiyan Full Power.
Deep Blue: a 400,000-fold multiplier, with an even greater drain on ki and stamina.
Ultra Instinct Sign: because it is a Divine Technique, its multiplier is applied to Super Saiyan God, which possesses Godly Aura. It is 300 times Super Saiyan God. Evasion is nearly maxed out, making the user difficult to defeat unless the gap in strength is too great.
Perfected Ultra Instinct: 600 times Super Saiyan God. Evasion is nearly maxed out, making the user difficult to defeat unless the gap in strength is too great.
I know many people think Ultra Instinct is a martial art, not a transformation, but have you considered how someone in their normal state could injure Jiren without a multiplier?
So in my setting, Ultra Instinct is both a transformation and a realm of martial arts.
Actually, it might not count as a transformation. It further draws out all the hidden power within the body.
Ultra Ego: a God of Destruction's Divine Technique. It greatly increases defense and grants 500 times the power of Super Saiyan God. Taking hits further increases hidden strength, but there is a theoretical limit: the point beyond which the body cannot bear it. If this differs from the manga, consider it a separate setting of mine. After all, the manga isn't finished yet, is it?
Both Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego are Divine Techniques. If the user is in the Divine Dimension, using them places no pressure on the body and drains very little ki and stamina.
