Everyone says the protagonist's name is meant to be abandoned. "Mang" comes from the Book of Songs: "Mang's chī chī, trading cloth for silk." Mang means common people, implying the protagonist is just an ordinary person, without a system, and afraid of death. Mang also means outsider, hinting that the protagonist isn't from this world, and there will be explanations later.

Yes, as this is my first novel, my writing is indeed weak, and I'm afraid I haven't explained things clearly. I tend to ramble, so please just read it as a simple story.
