Trapped in the Mirror Sub-Universe, the survivors rebuilt their technology until Zu appeared, took half the Conquerors as hostages, and demanded the destruction of fifty supermassive black holes.

• Hu Yu staged his death to lure Li Shun into revealing his forces, then led the Conquerors and Bi Cha’s fleet against the mechanical insect swarm and Fish Horse Star Civilization.
• Hu Yu used two-dimensional Conquerors to plant bombs in Fish Horse Star warships and mechanical insects, destroying the forces on one battlefield before the Fish Horse fleet attacked the Solar System.
• Hu Yu’s fleet and the Tree Race tried to flee through the Mirror Sub-Universe exit, but the Fish Horse Star blockade trapped them in a spatial millstone.

• Hu Yu found that only sixty billion ships remained before Zu transported the fleet to a stable space and demanded the destruction of fifty supermassive black holes in exchange for abundant energy.
• Zu took half the Conquerors as guests until Hu Yu fulfilled the demand, while the remaining humans rebuilt their equipment and developed a way to synthesize Two-Dimensional Energy.

Hu Yu rescued Yan Xue and the Snow Tribe’s ancestral technology from Sextans, then returned to find the Milky Way’s defenses under pressure from the Fish Horse Star Civilization and a newly formed Justice League. The source of the enemy’s fleet remained uncertain, with evidence pointing toward the Boötes Dwarf Galaxy.

• Hu Yu concealed a fleet in the Mirror Sub-Universe, allied with the Star Ring Alliance, and began preparing for war against the Fish Horse Star Civilization.
• Zu warned Hu Yu that a powerful enemy beyond the Fish Horse Star Civilization was coming, while Yan Xue’s message prompted Hu Yu to lead an expedition to Sextans.
• Hu Yu destroyed the Giant General Civilization’s attacking fleets and rescued Yan Xue, but altered spatial rules trapped and weakened his forces.

Hu Yu fought to protect the civilizations from the Fish Horse Star Civilization and the Justice League while searching for the enemy’s hidden base. After finding it inside a star, he prepared the alliance for war and began outfitting Conquerors with Virtual Reversed State technology.

• Hu Yu prepared humanity and the Star Ring Alliance to attack the Fish Horse Star Civilization, while Zu gave him an energy sphere capable of powering a vast fleet and warned him not to underestimate the enemy.
• The Fish Horse Star Civilization attacked the Dark Moon Civilization’s hidden base, but the five Great Star Region Civilizations joined the battle and helped the Dark Moon fleet escape.
• Hu Yu moved civilizations into the Mirror Sub-Universe as the Fish Horse Star fleet opened a passage into it, then faced Guan Sengping’s Justice League as it blocked the Dark Moon fleet and demanded technology.
• Hu Yu exchanged technology for antimatter stars, then used two-dimensional fragments to destroy nearly fifty trillion Fish Horse Star warships and break apart the Justice League’s forces.
• Academician Xiao traced an unusually powerful consciousness field to the Crimson Flame Civilization’s territory, and Hu Yu concluded that the Fish Horse Star base was hidden inside a star.

Humanity breached the fortress with five-dimensional space, only for the Mechanical Civilization to intervene while a separate attack on the enemy’s researchers remained unresolved.

• Hu Yu and the allied civilizations moved pieces of Alliance Space into the Secondary Universe to gain time for research and fleet expansion.
• Hu Yu launched the allied invasion of Boötes, but the Fish Horse Star Civilization’s Super Fortress survived stellar explosions and repelled the fleets.
• Daozi revealed the fortress’s black-hole power source, while Yan Xue, Luo Zhigao, and Hong Lie brought reinforcements to Hu Yu.
• Hu Yu trapped the advancing fortress in Black Hole Space, and Zu agreed to create five-dimensional space for an attack on its interior.
• Number One discovered an Insect Race-like Consciousness Field in Li Shun’s modified citizens, and Hu Yu sent Wen Zhonghua to destroy the Fish Horse Star Civilization’s researchers near the central black hole.
• Wen Zhonghua attacked the research fleet with Slaughterers, but Ci Ma’s Space Millstone disrupted the strike and spared the research ship.
