Yunyi investigated the Parasites and the threat they posed to the Thesis Competition while reshaping the Public Morals Committee and preparing his allies. After a Parasite outbreak endangered Lina and STARS, Yunyi brought her home and began assembling a team to capture the creatures.

• Yunyi defeated Lina in their practical match, introduced her to Mayumi Saegusa, and later revealed that she was Angie Sirius, a STARS commander sent to recruit him.
• Yunyi became Public Morals Committee chair, recruited Lina, Kanon Chiyoda, and Mikihiko Yoshida, and removed Isao Sekimoto after finding him abusing his position.
• Yunyi investigated Gu Jie’s Parasite network, assigned Lina to protect the Thesis Competition, and warned Mayumi Saegusa as attacks and blood-drained victims appeared around Tokyo.
• Zhou Gongjin recruited Isao Sekimoto and Chiaki Hirakawa to target the Thesis Competition, while Yunyi uncovered their plans and coordinated with Tatsuya Shiba, Miyuki Shiba, and Katsuto Jumonji.
• After Kei Isori and Kanon Chiyoda were attacked, Yunyi and Miyuki drove a Parasite out of Kanon and Yunyi banished it to Imaginary Number Space.
• Yunyi tracked Parasites to a park, where he found Lina and STARS members fighting infected teammates and bound the Parasites with magic.
• The Parasites fused and attacked Yunyi and the STARS members, but Yunyi disrupted them with Gravity Core and a hypnotic spell, forcing them to flee.

Yunyi and his allies destroyed the Parasites in Japan as Gu Jie and the American military prepared for a possible conflict. As Mayumi Saegusa protected her sisters and the Ten Master Clans learned Yunyi’s identity, Yunyi took a role guarding the Thesis Competition while Maya Yotsuba prepared to meet him.

• Yunyi, Miyuki Shiba, and Yuuka Tsukuba attacked the Parasites, and Yunyi used Spatial Collapse to destroy their merged group while Tatsuya Shiba confronted Miyuki afterward.
• Yunyi learned that Zhou Gongjin’s Executors had attacked his home, warned Lina that her military was using her, and told Tatsuya that he might fight him if their sides became enemies.
• After Shun Morisaki died, Yunyi warned Tatsuya and Lina about possible Japanese military action, while Maya Yotsuba began investigating the military’s plans to recruit Yunyi by force.
• Yunyi and Mayumi Saegusa investigated signs of a possible American invasion involving Gu Jie and Parasite-possessed magicians, and Yunyi told Tatsuya he would stay out of a war between Japan and America.
• Mayumi warned Yunyi that the Saegusa Family might sacrifice Kasumi and Izumi, so Yunyi arranged protection for the sisters as Katsuto Jumonji revealed Yunyi’s identity to the Ten Master Clans.
• Koichi Saegusa explained why his family had concealed Yunyi’s identity and tried to bring him closer to Japan, while Maya Yotsuba disclosed the Yotsuba connections of Tatsuya, Miyuki, and Yuuka and prepared to meet Yunyi.
• Yunyi accepted Katsuto’s invitation to train students and guard the Thesis Competition, helped recruit Azusa Nakajo as an assistant, and learned that Maya would arrive in Tokyo that evening.

Yunyi exposed his power to Japan’s clans, left the country with Mayumi and her sisters, and drew Japan and the Great Asian Alliance into war. After destroying the Japanese fleet, he advanced on Tsushima Fortress while Miyuki joined the Ten Master Clans as Maya’s chosen successor.

• Yunyi sparred with Tatsuya Shiba and Hagane Tomitsuka, then told Mayumi Saegusa that he had joined the guard team and learned the clans were withholding news of their conference.
• Yunyi confronted Maya Yotsuba at the Shiba residence, dispelled her Night magic, and explained his plans and his history to Maya, Tatsuya, and Miyuki.
• After nearly thirty people attacked his home, Yunyi brought Lina and the Saegusa sisters aboard his mother’s research ship, where Mayumi learned that Yunyi’s Kotodama Curse might influence her sisters’ feelings for him.
• Mayumi told Kasumi and Izumi about the curse, but the sisters admitted they loved Yunyi and chose to stay, while Katsuto Jumonji advised his family against fighting Yunyi.
• Yunyi learned that Japan’s fleet had gathered at Tsushima and was heading for Jinhae Naval Port, so he ordered Liu Yunde to mobilize and advance on Tsushima after dealing with the fleet.
• Yunyi stopped Mio Itsuwa’s Abyss, destroyed the Japanese fleet with Serpent That Devours the World, and fired Light Phosphorus at a military satellite as the Great Asian Alliance fleet advanced.
• Miyuki joined the Ten Master Clans’ online meeting as Maya’s chosen successor, while Yunyi told Liu Yunde to hold near Tsushima and said he intended to dye all of Japan in his color.

Yunyi helped drive Japan and America into open conflict while pursuing Gu Jie, then used Miyuki Shiba to force Tatsuya Shiba into attacking the Itsuwa Family. After returning Miyuki, Yunyi moved the Great Asian Alliance fleet toward Kyushu as Japanese forces came under missile attack.

• Yunyi crushed the Japanese defenders at Tsushima Fortress with Fool’s World and a blizzard, while the Ten Master Clans learned that Maya Yotsuba’s hidden Strategic-Class Magician was her son.
• Yunyi returned to Tokyo to hunt Gu Jie, abducted Kyoko Fujibayashi to track him, and confronted him after Gu Jie sent corpse puppets to attack First High School.
• As Gu Jie vanished through a spatial rift, American forces invaded Japan, and Tatsuya Shiba used Material Burst to destroy most of the American fleet.
• When Shen Yi’s plane disappeared, Yunyi returned to Japan, found Shen Yi and Mayumi Saegusa safe, and brought Gu Jie back from Imaginary Number Space.
• Yunyi restrained Tatsuya, took Miyuki, and demanded that Tatsuya wipe out everyone connected to the Itsuwa Family in exchange for her release.
• Yunyi agreed to help Lina rescue unpossessed STARS members, then confronted the Qiao Family over its treatment of Xiaoxue and secured a promise that they would leave her alone.
• Yunyi destroyed the Kudou residence and made the attack resemble Material Burst, while Maya Yotsuba ordered action against survivors linked to the Itsuwa Family.
• Tatsuya returned Miyuki after fulfilling Yunyi’s condition, but Yunyi warned them to leave Japan before returning to Tsushima and ordering Liu Yunde to advance toward Kyushu, where missiles struck Japanese forces.
