The Little Garden felt different from its name; it was unusually large.
On such a dangerous island, Nami didn't want to set foot there at all. She glared at him and said, "Wait, where do you want to go?"
"Adventure~" Luffy turned around with a smile, then turned back and urged, " Sanji, bento!"
"I know," Sanji replied casually, heading towards the kitchen.
Nami silently shed tears. No, seeing Luffy's energetic appearance, there was no way to stop him, and neither did Mr. Shiraishi. Why did he have to lead such a bad trend?
She wept silently.
Vivi spoke up, " Luffy, can I go for a walk with you?"
Nami immediately glared at her and said, "Even you say things like that? That's too dangerous."
"I'll start overthinking if I stay here. I'd better go to the island to clear my head before my records are full."
Vivi smiled brightly, "It's okay, it will protect me."
Karoo they were stunned.
"It's so scared it can't even make a sound," Nami remarked.
However, in the end, Karoo still carried Vivi, with Sanji's special drink hanging around her neck, and went on an adventure with Luffy.
Zoro had just woken up, stretched and said, "I'll go for a walk too."
"A walk?" Usopp's eyes widened. This island didn't seem like the kind of place where people could take a walk after waking up.
Sanji was upstairs, said to Zoro as he disembarked, "We're running low on food. Go get some more while you're at it."
"Hmm, I'll bring back some prey that you can't handle," Zoro replied casually, putting his hands in his pockets as he prepared to leave.
"Wait, you bastard!" Sanji yelled, "You mean you can get prey bigger than me?"
"Of course," Zoro answered without hesitation.
"Great! Let's hold a hunting competition." Sanji immediately changed his mind about staying, jumped off the ship, and followed Zoro into the forest, not forgetting to explain the competition rules.
In the blink of an eye, Nami and Usopp, their faces streaked with tears, remained aboard the Going Merry.
"Why are all these guys like this...?"
"I understand how you feel. Don't cry. I'm on your side."
Nami's words of comfort from her best friend Usopp prompted her to move to the side.
Usopp realized it too, "You're completely unreliable."
"That's my line!" Nami retorted, then squatted down to calm herself. "I think I remember hearing the name 'Little Garden ' somewhere before."
"What?" Usopp asked, his face full of confusion.
Nami decided to look for the book. After returning to her room and rummaging through everything, she finally found the relevant record.
For the residents of this island, this place is like a small courtyard, so let's call it Little Garden.
Explorers...
"Oh no!" Nami, without even checking the signature, rushed out of the cabin. "There's one on this island!"
Just then, the jungle next to the Going Merry suddenly parted to the sides, revealing a rather comical face with a helmet and a large beard.
"Aaaaaah!" Nami and Usopp's eyes almost popped out of their sockets.
"A giant!?"
"I'm going to be eaten!"
Their legs were trembling.
The giant, as tall as a ten-story building, crouched down; his nostrils were a size larger than the two people's heads. "Do you have any wine? You two little devils."
"Yes, a small amount..." Usopp replied in a trembling voice.
"Really? Yes, there is." The giant smiled, then was suddenly bitten by a dinosaur. "Ouch!"
He yelled, Nami was even more desperate, "A dinosaur?!"
Creatures that should have been extinct appeared here. However, an even more terrifying scene unfolded: the giant turned and chopped off the dinosaur's head with an axe, shouting, "Haha, I, Brogy, am the strongest warrior of Elbaf!"
"We have wine and meat, so let me properly entertain you, my guests!"
The two of them immediately fell to the ground and pretended to be dead, rolling their eyes back.
On a Shiraishi, Shiraishi was contacting Retsu Unohana, "Have you arrived in Alabasta?"
"Yes, I'm currently with Robin. Crocodile is also mobilizing people to search for Aizen's whereabouts. I'm thinking of seeing if I can make use of him. How's the situation on your end?"
"Nothing found. I explored the entire island and only found a few small fry. Contact me if you need anything."
Shiraishi replied, hanging up the call, glancing at Luffy still atop the dinosaur's head, a smile spreading across his face, "As for the battle of the giants, let me find a place to watch the show."
"Puhahaha,"
Even seated, the bearded giant, still as massive as a skyscraper, enthusiastically handed Nami and Usopp a house-sized chunk of meat, "Hahaha, it's cooked, eat up!"
"I,"
"No appetite." The two of them said one sentence at a time, and even in this desperate situation, they developed a new skill: telepathy.
Usopp gave him a look, "Hey, Nami, see those human bones over there?"
"I know," Nami thought to herself.
Right next to the two were piles of human skeletons.
"Don't be shy, dinosaur meat is very delicious," Brogy continued to persuade.
"We don't want to eat," they both answered in unison.
Brogy had no choice but to start eating by himself.
"This giant."
Nami mustered her courage and asked, "How long will it take to fill up all the data on this island?"
"One year!" Brogy replied with a smile. "No need to rush, just wait patiently."
Nami collapsed like a sickly beauty, while Usopp slumped to the ground, his face filled with despair.
"Hahaha~"
On the other side of the island, Luffy, without any hesitation, devoured the house-sized chunk of flesh at the invitation of Dorry, a giant with a beard that reached his waist.
"It tastes good, Giant Uncle."
"Hahaha, I'll accept this bento box from you, even though it's too small."
"This food was carefully prepared by my companion. If you dare say it's bad, I'll beat you up!"
"Hahaha, you're such a funny little guy!"
Watching the two chat like old friends, Vivi sat upright, as if afraid of leaning forward and angering the giant. "They've become so familiar with each other so quickly."
"Giant Uncle, what are you doing here all alone?" Luffy asked casually after taking a bite of meat, "Don't you have a village?"
"Yes," Dorry, patting his knees as he sat on the ground, his eyes filled with nostalgia. "It's a place called Elbaf, somewhere along the Grand Line."
"However, our village has a rule: if someone gets into a conflict and neither side is willing to back down, the conflict will be resolved through a duel, and the great God of Elbaf will protect the victor."
Dorry Lidton paused, then said, "I also had a dispute with someone, and this island will be our duelground."
"But a hundred years have passed," Dorry laughed heartily, "And we still haven't decided who won, hahahaha!"
Luffy asked in surprise, "You guys have been fighting for a hundred years?"
Dorry didn't seem to care. "Hmm, don't be surprised. Our giant race lives three times longer than you humans."
Vivi glared and said, "Even if it's three times our strength, it's been a hundred years. Shouldn't the fighting have cooled down by now?"
Boom! The volcano on the island erupted.
Dorry couldn't remember when it started, but every time the volcano erupted, it meant a duel between the two of them. He stood up and said, "Then I should go."
"Isn't that just killing each other?!" Vivi shouted, unable to understand why such a barbaric method would be used. "What grudge do you have against each other?"
Luffy stopped her, "That's not the reason."
"Yes, this is for glory!" Dorry grinned, seeing Brogy walking over from the other side.
The two giants, one on the left and one on the right, each wielding their own weapon, strode toward each other.
The many ferocious beasts living on the island, even the dinosaurs, scattered and fled at this time.
Before these two giant warriors, the so-called ancient overlords were nothing but food, and the towering jungle was nothing but weeds at their feet.
The two giants rapidly approached, assuming their fighting stances. Their eyes locked, burning with a fierce desire to fight.
boom!
"Hahaha, such a soft and limp sword, is it starting to miss its homeland?"
In response to Brogy's provocation, Dorry laughed maniacally and replied, "Hahaha, that's why I'm going to defeat you and then go back to Elbaf."
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The two fought without any mercy; every move was made with their full strength, and every strike was aimed at a fatal wound.
Usopp, watching from afar, was so intimidated by the ferocity that he took a few steps back in fright.
"Wow, this kind of battle has lasted for a whole hundred years!"
Nami looked surprised, but didn't seem too concerned, calling out, "This is a good opportunity for us, Usopp, let's go."
Usopp didn't leave, staring blankly at the scene, his initial fear turning into a burning excitement, "Amazing!"
There was absolutely no reason for the fight to be so intense.
"What a noisy and boring battle," Nami scoffed. What could possibly be worth fighting for a hundred years?
"You're so stupid, this is a real man's battle."
Usopp crossed his arms, his face full of anticipation. "To give you an example, both of them have a warrior's flag planted in their hearts, a flag that is more important than life itself."
None of them wanted to break that flag, so they fought with all their might for a hundred years to protect it!
This is a battle for the glory of true warriors!
"I'm not interested in this, let's run for our lives!"
Nami turned around, looking completely indifferent.
"No, I want to watch a little longer. The kind of sea warrior I admire is a man with such a strong sense of honor."
Usopp's face was full of anticipation.
Nami glanced at him, but didn't give up. She simply sat down on the ground, crossed her legs, and propped her cheek with her right hand, saying, "I see, so you want to become a giant."
"No, listen to me properly!" Usopp roared.
·····
Just then, the battle turned. As two massive shields slammed into each other's faces simultaneously, the two towering figures fell to either side.
"Ci, Ping," they said in unison.
"Hahaha, I got some good wine from some little guests."
"Hahaha, share some with me, I haven't had any wine in ages."
The battle ended, and the two giants returned to their own territories, awaiting their next duel.
Dorry returned to Luffy with the sake, where the long-bearded giant, who had also received the sake, slapped his knee and laughed loudly, "Hahaha, I heard that among my crew, there's a girl and a long-nosed one. Is she also one of your crew members?"
He happily held the Gragas in his hand; the Gragas, large enough to hold an adult, looked like a small wine glass in his hands.
"It's Nami and Usopp. What's with them? They say they don't want to get off the ship, but they still really love adventure."
Luffy grinned, thinking to himself, "Just as I thought; no one can resist the allure of adventure."
Weiwei was more concerned about something else, "Mr. Dorry, you just said that it takes a year to reach full magnetic power here, is that true?"
"Didn't you notice those tiny human skeletons over there? They were all people who died before the records were full."
As Dorry spoke, a smile appeared on his face. "Some people were eaten by dinosaurs, some couldn't withstand the heat and hunger, and some attacked us."
"For tiny humans, a year seems like a rather long time."
Vivi was devastated by this fact, covering her face with her hands. "What should we do? Even if we survive this year, who knows what the kingdom will become?"
"Yeah, you'd get tired of it after a year. Isn't there a better way, sir?"
Luffy shouted something.
Dorry laughed, "There's a permanent Log Pose here, but it points to our hometown, Elbaf Village. Want to try and steal it?"
"No, that's not our next destination."
Luffy shook his head and refused.
Vivi also looked distressed. "If we can't get to Alabasta, there's no point in continuing."
"Hahaha, in that case, you can try to keep going. Who knows, if you're lucky, you might reach your destination."
Dorry said something that completely contradicted the principles of navigation.
Luffy was somewhat surprised and asked, "Is that possible?"
"Hahaha, anything is possible! These little humans are so interesting."
With that, Dorry popped the Gragas into his mouth, wanting to savor the fine wine.
Boom!!
A violent explosion, accompanied by billowing smoke, erupted from Dorry's mouth. This internal explosion instantly and severely injured the giant who had just endured a fierce battle.
"What happened? Why did the liquor explode?" Luffy suddenly stood up. "Isn't this the liquor from our ship?"
"The alcohol exploded in his stomach, that's too cruel," Vivi said, covering her face as she looked at Dorry, whose eyes had rolled back. "It's too cruel. Could it be that the giant he fought was using explosives?"
"Impossible! They've fought for glory for 100 years, they would never do that!" Luffy roared.
Snap!
The enormous figure rose to his feet, the blood trickling from the corner of his mouth unable to quell his rage. "Who on earth is that...?"
The enormous, blood-red eyes fell upon Luffy and Vivi.
"Could it be you...?"
The more Dorry thought about it, the more likely it seemed. Brogy and he were both Elbaf warriors with noble spirits; they couldn't possibly be so despicable.
Luffy shoved the straw hat into Vivi's hands, his face serious. "Hold this for me. I feel a little bad for the giant, but..."
He assumed a fighting stance.
I want him to be quiet!
