Jiang Xiaofeng created the Void Eyes, a new source of power, and explained to Diluc, Kaeya, and Diluc’s father how he planned to take Mondstadt. He intended to drive out the Fatui, replace the city’s defenses with his subordinates, and personally confront the Anemo Archon.

• Jiang Xiaofeng formed Void Eyes from his Void Power and caused them to appear among the people he had granted that power.
• Diluc’s father tested his Void Eye and warned Diluc that its power could win ordinary people’s allegiance and destabilize Mondstadt.

• At the Goth Grand Hotel, Saixiya identified the Favonius Sword used to kill a Fatui member as a blatant pretext, and Xisuo'en ordered reinforcements to attack the Knights of Favonius.
• Jiang Xiaofeng told the Lawrence Clan to welcome the Fatui and granted Ryan Lawrence a Void Eye, then decided the Gunnhildr Clan was the last obstacle to his control of Mondstadt.

As the Fatui demanded Favonius Swords from Jean, she sent Eula to investigate the Lawrence Clan, while Jiang Xiaofeng’s Royal Guards continued driving monsters away from Mondstadt.

After he escaped a crowd of bounty hunters and left Kiminami Anna in danger, Void Power erased witnesses and caused the accusers to die; later, Jiang Xiaofeng answered the revived women’s questions about their descendants and Inazuma.

• Kitsune Saiguu woke beside Mikoshi Chiyo, Hanasato, and Jiang Xiaofeng, who left them together so Chiyo could explain modern Inazuma.
• At Kiminami Restaurant, Jiang Xiaofeng overheard that Kujou Sara had issued a wanted notice for Arataki Itto and released a portrait of the mysterious man who had rescued the Arataki Gang.

After Jiang Xiaofeng frightened Yae Miko into a breakdown, Kitsune Saiguu and Hanasato reunited with her at the Grand Narukami Shrine and comforted her. While cleaning the shrine, Mikoshi Chiyo found disturbing traces that suggested Yae Miko had been alone there.

• Yae Miko woke after dark, panicked at the glowing sakura petals, and hid in fox form beneath her bedding until she fell asleep.
• Jiang Xiaofeng refused to let Kitsune Saiguu, Hanasato, and Mikoshi Chiyo stay at his place without explaining themselves, so the three left through the Starry Sky Gate.

• Jiang Xiaofeng absorbed the Perpetual Mechanical Array beneath the Araumi ruins and decided to collect the remaining Elemental Hypostases.
