Kenjaku brought Sukuna to the Zenin Clan, believing he had secured Megumi Fushiguro as Sukuna’s vessel, only to discover Igarashi Amaha had anticipated his scheme. Amaha offered Sukuna a choice between returning to suppression or incarnating in Satoru Gojo for a potentially fatal fight.

• Kenjaku captured Yuji Itadori and forced Sukuna to incarnate by feeding him twelve fingers.
• Sukuna recognized Uraume at the Zenin Clan and slashed Kenjaku for disrespecting him before following Uraume toward the Bath.
• Kenjaku found Igarashi Amaha, Satoru Gojo, and Suguru Geto waiting inside the room, and Amaha killed Uraume with a slash.
• Sukuna explained that Kenjaku had fallen for Amaha’s illusion and that the supposed Megumi Fushiguro was actually Dhruv Lakdawalla.
• Amaha gave Sukuna two choices: be defeated and suppressed by Itadori again, or incarnate in Satoru and face a fight that could kill them both.

Sukuna incarnated in Satoru Gojo and faced Igarashi Amaha in a battle that devastated the area. Amaha wounded Sukuna and slammed him to the ground, then brought a Black Flash down toward his forehead.

• Satoru Gojo swallowed Sukuna’s finger, and Sukuna took control while warning Igarashi Amaha that he would show no mercy.
• Sukuna unleashed his power, and Igarashi Amaha transformed into a regal, demonic figure and challenged him.
• Sukuna and Igarashi Amaha exchanged teleporting attacks as their battle drew the attention of Jujutsu Sorcerers across Shibuya.
• Satoru Gojo advised Sukuna through their shared connection, and Sukuna hurled rubble at Igarashi Amaha, who blocked it with Piercing Elephant.
• Igarashi Amaha took Sukuna’s Dismantle head-on, grabbed him, slammed him into the ground, and swung a Black Flash toward his forehead.

Igarashi Amaha and Sukuna escalated their battle by expanding their domains, then traded Hollow Purple and a fiery attack that destroyed the battlefield and cut off surveillance. When Mei Mei restored the feed, Igarashi stood amid the ruins, apparently unharmed.

• Mei Mei, Yuta Okkotsu, Kusakabe, Mirai Oreki, and Kinji Hakari watched the battle through Black Bird Manipulation as Kusakabe panicked and Mirai insisted her brother would win.
• Suguru Geto struck Kinji Hakari for insulting Simple Domain.
• Igarashi Amaha and Sukuna expanded their domains, and their slashes razed the surrounding area.
• Igarashi Amaha fired Hollow Purple at Sukuna, who survived the blast and retaliated with a fiery attack that demolished the skyscraper beneath Igarashi.
• Mei Mei restored surveillance after the attacks destroyed the nearby crows, and Igarashi Amaha appeared atop the ruins, smoking and seemingly unhurt.

Igarashi Amaha and Sukuna traded devastating attacks, with each briefly gaining the advantage in their battle. After Sukuna appeared to cut Igarashi Amaha in half, Igarashi Amaha suddenly stood behind him, revealing that the fight had taken an unexpected turn.

• Nobara Kugisaki, Toge Inumaki, Suguru Geto, and Kusakabe watched as Igarashi Amaha faced Sukuna.
• Sukuna unleashed a fully chanted Hollow Purple, but Igarashi Amaha cut it and Sukuna in half with Imperial Zenith-Horizon.
• Sukuna healed by using Reverse Cursed Technique and restarted his Incarnation, revealing his four-armed, four-eyed true form.
• Igarashi Amaha transformed with Cursed Technique release: Dragon, severed two of Sukuna's arms, and attacked at tremendous speed.
• Sukuna used a world-cutting Dismantle to split Igarashi Amaha in two.
• Sukuna approached Igarashi Amaha's apparent body, but Igarashi Amaha appeared behind him and pressed a finger to the back of his head.

Igarashi Amaha and Sukuna’s battle reached its climax as they unleashed devastating attacks and exhausted themselves. Igarashi Amaha recovered his injuries beneath a golden moon and sat upon a throne, leaving Sukuna beneath him as he asked whether he had enjoyed the fight.

• Igarashi Amaha and Sukuna expanded their domains simultaneously for the fourth time as Jujutsu High personnel watched.
• Suguru Geto realized Sukuna’s domain was a feint, and Sukuna struck Igarashi Amaha with Hollow Purple and Dismantle.
• Igarashi Amaha summoned Mahoraga to take the attacks, then launched Imperial Ultimate-Decree of Primordial Convergence against Sukuna’s slash.
• The attacks collided, shattering the barrier and leaving Igarashi Amaha and Sukuna wounded in a massive crater.
• Igarashi Amaha revealed a golden moon, used Maximum Technique: Reversal to heal himself, and sat on a black-dragon throne as he asked Sukuna if he had enjoyed the fight.

Two years after the Shibuya Incident, Igarashi Amaha, Satoru Gojo, Suguru Geto, and the Jujutsu High group gathered at a Hokkaido beachfront villa for a playful day and a meal. Geto finally drove Amaha and Gojo away from their banter and ordered everyone to eat.

• Geto told Gojo to stop taking undercooked meat and call Amaha and the others to eat.
• Gojo joined Amaha in the backyard, where Amaha directed Megumi Fushiguro, Yuji Itadori, Yuta Okkotsu, Aoi Todo, and Mirai Oreki as they played beach volleyball.
• Gojo and Amaha reminisced about their years at Jujutsu High and joked about Sukuna, Kenjaku, and how the conflicts had ended.
• Geto came over and struck Gojo and Amaha with a serving spoon, ordering them to go eat.
• The others laughed at Gojo and Amaha, but Geto threw the spoon toward them and shouted for them to eat too.

Aoki visited Igarashi Amaha with her daughter, Natsu-chan, and they shared dinner and drinks while catching up on their lives. As they reminisced about meeting in summer, Aoki reaffirmed their bond as brothers.

• Aoki arrived at Igarashi Amaha’s home with Natsu-chan, who eagerly ran to Amaha and called him handsome.
• Aoki and Igarashi Amaha ate dinner together while Natsu-chan clung to Amaha, then fell asleep on the sofa.
• Igarashi Amaha asked about Aoki’s work at Jujutsu High, and Aoki said Geto’s policy changes and Megumi’s help had made teaching easier.
• Aoki recalled meeting Igarashi Amaha in summer when she had lost hope, and Amaha insisted that she had saved him.
• Aoki raised her glass and declared that she and Igarashi Amaha were brothers.
