He opened the door.
Jiang Yan, Zhang Liqin, and his mother Zhang Fen were exhausted, yet none of them had gone to sleep. With the situation outside unclear to them, they could not help feeling anxious and had no mind to rest.

"Yang Jian? It's already over? That's wonderful. I knew it was only a false alarm." Jiang Yan immediately perked up, her face lighting with delight.
Zhang Liqin said, "So can we go home and sleep now? Jiang Yan and I don't mind staying up late, but Auntie is very sleepy. Still, she insisted on waiting for you."
"You can go back and sleep. Home is safe," Yang Jian said.
"Then I'll call Auntie out." Zhang Liqin turned and headed toward one of the rooms in the safe house.
