The stretch ended with Li Qiang accepting a Law Treasure contest against Bei Shifeng to help Hua Meiniang and Mei Jingjing.

• Li Qiang entered the Great Illusion Buddha Realm, claimed the Illusory Devil Pearl, and learned from Wu Chen and Elder Zhi how to use the Demon-Extinguishing Buddha Beads and other Buddha treasures.
• Li Qiang destroyed the Overwhelming Annihilation Devil Wand and, with the cultivators’ help, imprisoned the Overwhelming Annihilation Patriarch in the Devil-Trapping Grand Array.
• Li Qiang brought the Buddha Sect disciples to Ladu Kingdom, escaped the palace after the empress tried to keep him there, and helped Paben avenge his daughter.
• Qi Junsha reunited with Li Qiang and took him to the Ancient Sword Academy, where Li Qiang agreed to help its declining fortunes before returning to Heavenly Court Star.
• Li Qiang defeated Lei Tianxiao’s group while protecting a caravan, then returned to Star Palace and guarded Mo Huaiyuan through his Loose Immortal transformation, which left Li Qiang gravely injured.
• Mo Huaiyuan and Yun Yu helped Li Qiang recover, and Mo Huaiyuan then led him through the Cosmic Azure Field Grand Formation to find the Heaven-Defying Treasure Mirror and escape the destroyed Star Palace.

Li Qiang pursued the Wrath of the Heavenly God, was stranded on Goulan Planet, and freed the captives of Lonely Old Immortal Tianshi before finding a route back to civilization. On Linming Planet, he entered Wondrous Dragon City’s elite circles and recognized a Browning pistol that might lead him to its owner.

• Li Qiang completed the Heavenly Recommendation Scripture’s twenty-seven realms and began cultivating godhood as the Wrath of the Heavenly God erupted on Heavenly Court Star.
• Li Qiang chased the Great Flame Spirit Beast into space, where Qian Shanyong and Dainan Fengyu captured it and pursued him for the scripture.
• Dainan Fengyu robbed Li Qiang and left him on Goulan Planet, where he joined Tufu’s hunting battalion and learned that Lonely Old Immortal Tianshi had turned cultivators into Nascent Soul Puppet Bodies.
• Bi Wuzi trapped Li Qiang in the Brilliant Swift Immortal Formation, but Li Qiang refined its Heavenly Fire, took the Star-Fixing Disc, and freed the captives across Battle Circle Continent.
• Li Qiang entered the Spirit Ghost Realm with Gu Mei'er, battled its rulers, and persuaded Spirit King Grand Venerable and Ghost King Grand Venerable to accept Mei'er as their shared disciple.
• Li Qiang found an ancient teleportation formation between the armies of Chelie Kingdom and Mengzhan Kingdom, used it to leave Goulan Planet, and Tufu destroyed the site afterward.

Li Qiang resisted the Azure Emperor’s order to detain him, reunited with Mo Huaiyuan and Qi Junsha, and traveled with Gu Xing through the perilous passage to the Illusory God Hall. After gaining control of Devil Venerable Chiming, he reached Crimson Planet, where news of spreading devil mist and sealed teleportation arrays left him organizing crystal prospecting amid a growing crisis.

• Li Qiang met Yu Hong, learned that Fu Shan and Mo Huaiyuan were searching for Qian Shanyong, and later agreed to stay in Wondrous Dragon City after Feng Qianbao and Xia Yuntao enforced the Azure Emperor’s decree.
• Li Qiang traveled toward Snow Dragon City with Xuanyuan Yiqing, Bai Shengzhen, Dan Boyu, and Xuan Long, fought off the Loose Immortal’s attack on the city, and reunited with Mo Huaiyuan and Qi Junsha.
• Li Qiang and his companions helped contain the Devil Blood Baleful Intent Mist, fought the Great God and Devil and Devil Venerable Chiming, and joined Gu Xing on the route to the Illusory God Hall.

• Li Qiang built a maze formation to hold the devilized people, gave Qian Shanyong and Dainan Fengyu copies of the Heavenly Recommendation Scripture, and fought Qian Shanyong before Little White subdued him.
