Background

Zhao Min was born Wei Minqing, the daughter of Wei Chongran and Zhao Zhi. Sent to the Wei Family as a child to cultivate its arts, she later returned to her parents distant and unwilling to communicate. She eventually left Small Bamboo Peak for Inseparable Peak and adopted her mother’s surname, becoming Zhao Min. 250

She grew up alongside Gong Chenying, who regards her as a childhood sister and understands the depth of Zhao Min’s guarded nature. 189 Zhao Min is also a direct descendant of a Spirit Transformation cultivator from the Barren Moon Continent who died protecting the Tianli Clan.
