Ch. 176The Nine Soul Pearls Secured

Andrew killed Molder and his Divine Clones to obtain the Nine Soul Pearls, then spent centuries preparing for the coming war between the Four Divine Beasts Clan and the Eight Great Clans. He arrived in the Skyrite Mountains and confirmed to Gaiseresen that he had broken through.

  • Andrew captured Bonin to lure Molder into the Yushi Mountain Range, then killed Bonin and defeated Molder to take the Nine Soul Pearls.
  • Andrew killed Molder's Light God Clone with his Lightning Divine Clone and safely bound Molder's interspatial ring, while leaving behind the Material Defense Sovereign Artifact to avoid the Blood Peak Sovereign's notice.
  • After a hundred years of studying the Nine Soul Pearls without discovering their secrets, Andrew put them away and waited through the passing years.
  • As the thousand-year agreement neared its end, Gaiseresen and the other clan leaders discussed their prospects and awaited Andrew's arrival.
  • Andrew entered the Skyrite Mountains and met Gaiseresen at the top of the Dragon Path, where Gaiseresen realized Andrew had broken through.

Ch. 177Preparing for the final battle

The Four Divine Beasts Clan and the Eight Great Clans prepared for a decisive war, while Deen arranged to enlist two estranged Sovereign's Emissaries against Gaiseresen. Three months into the standoff, Andrew and the others gathered with their Asura-level allies, confident in Andrew’s strength as Beirut set out to meet him.

  • Gaiseresen and the other Four Divine Beasts Clan leaders assembled their forces and agreed to face the Eight Great Clans in a decisive battle.
  • Nether Serpent, Edric, and the other Eight Great Clans leaders debated the threat posed by Andrew, and Deen revealed he had contacted Lairdman and Hoss to recruit them against Gaiseresen.
  • Gaiseresen recalled that only Castled had fought for the Four Divine Beasts Clan, while Andrew privately considered the reasons the other Sovereign's Emissaries had abandoned the clan.
  • Beirut learned that war was approaching and decided to visit Andrew in person after Andrew had failed to come to him.
  • After three months of restraint, the clans formed a large-scale standoff, and Pusluo urged Andrew and the Four Divine Beasts Clan to attack the Eight Great Clans.

Ch. 178The final battle begins

Andrew confronted the Eight Great Clans alone as the final battle erupted, quickly killing Barbary and overpowering Nether Serpent and the clan leaders. While Andrew fought their strongest warriors, the Four Divine Beasts Clan gained the upper hand in the battlefield’s bloody melee.

  • Andrew sensed that Hoss and Lairdman had joined the Eight Great Clans but dismissed the two additional Asuras as little threat.
  • Five days later, the Four Divine Beasts Clan and the Eight Great Clans assembled their forces and began the final battle.
  • Andrew killed Barbary, wounded Nether Serpent, and called the warriors of the Four Divine Beasts Clan to attack.
  • Saint-Nair, Edric, Deen, Wenner, Reynalds, and Bolin coordinated their attacks against Andrew, but he drove them back and nearly banished Nether Serpent before Edric intervened.
  • Gaiseresen, Pusluo, and the other leaders led the Four Divine Beasts Clan's smaller force as it gained the upper hand and swept through the Eight Great Clans' ranks.

Ch. 179The outcome was sealed

The Four Divine Beasts Clan fought the Eight Great Clans while Gaiseresen and his allies confronted their former Sovereign’s Emissaries. Andrew overwhelmed the clan leaders, killed Deen, and left the remaining opponents without their only Soul Defense Sovereign Artifact.

  • Hoss and Lairdman arrived to aid the Eight Great Clans, and the Black Tortoise Clan Leader accused Lairdman of betraying Castled and the Four Divine Beasts Clan.
  • Gaiseresen attacked Lairdman while the Black Tortoise Clan Leader engaged Hoss, and Pusluo returned to fighting the Eight Great Clans’ elders.
  • Blu and Garvey fought together as the enormous battle devastated the Skyrite Mountains, while Beirut told Donia that Andrew was close to Paragon strength.
  • Gaiseresen killed Lairdman, and Hoss fled the battlefield as the White Tiger Clan Leader pursued him.
  • Andrew used his Innate Divine Ability to immobilize his opponents, shattered Deen’s body, and collected his Divine Spark and Soul Defense Sovereign Artifact.
  • Edric and the remaining clan leaders panicked after Deen’s artifact was lost.

Ch. 180Searching for the Redbud Diamond

Andrew helped the Four Divine Beasts Clan destroy the Eight Great Clans, then secretly searched the Muya Continent for the Redbud Diamond. He left the search underway through controlled bandits while weighing his future plans, including the Planar War and whether to become a Sovereign.

  • Andrew killed Wenner, Bolin, Edric, Saint-Nair, Reynalds, and Nether Serpent, ending the Eight Great Clans' resistance.
  • The Four Divine Beasts Clan wiped out the Eight Great Clans after three days of slaughter, and Andrew returned to Bloodflame Prefecture with Pusluo.
  • After news of Andrew's strength spread, his Lightning Divine Clone traveled alone to the Muya Continent to search for the Redbud Diamond.
  • Andrew found nothing in the Kodesen Mountains, so he used Soul Control to make bandits search the region and Kelo Prefecture for the diamond.
  • Andrew considered Beirut's request to return to the Yulan Continent and decided he still intended to participate in the Planar War for military merits and Sovereign Artifacts.

Ch. 181A Mix-up

Andrew prepared to enter the Planar War, mistakenly sought a Purgatory Commander’s token, and fought Farnath before learning his Infernal Realm prefect’s token was sufficient. He reached the spatial gate to the Planar Battlefield and was asked which side he wished to join.

  • Andrew checked the Planar War schedule, left his companions, and traveled to Purgatory to enter the ongoing war.
  • Andrew went to Farnath’s castle for a Purgatory Commander’s token, then realized his Infernal Realm Commander’s token would work.
  • Farnath attacked Andrew with his tentacles, but Andrew broke free, crushed one tentacle, and left Farnath unharmed.
  • Andrew showed his prefect’s token to the guards at the spatial gate and was escorted into the castle.
  • A voice at the spatial gate asked Andrew which side he wished to join.

Ch. 182Entering the Planar Battlefield

Andrew entered the Planar Battlefield on the Lightning Element Divine Plane’s side, hoping to encounter Paragon Baie. After crossing the Star River, he ambushed a Wind Element Commander, took her badge, and then searched for another target.

  • Andrew chose the Lightning Element Divine Plane after learning that Paragon Baie had joined the opposing side, and Pusiluo gave him a Commander Badge.
  • Andrew entered the Planar Battlefield, tested the limits of his divine sense, and flew toward the Star River.
  • Andrew crossed the Star River and detected a Wind Element ambush, but he dissolved its attack and pursued the green-haired Commander.
  • Andrew killed the green-haired Commander despite her threat that Baie would avenge her, and took her Commander Badge.
  • Andrew left the area near the enemy camp, hid on a mountain, and set out after another lone Commander he had detected.

Ch. 183Encountering Baie

Andrew secretly hunted Commanders from the Wind Element Divine Plane on the Planar Battlefield, then spent decades cultivating the Water Law. After sensing the exceptionally fast Baie approaching, Andrew recognized him as a target and prepared to fight.

  • Andrew avoided killing Luoximu because his many powerful friends could retaliate.
  • Andrew arrived as Bennett killed Luther, then killed Bennett and took his Commander Badge.
  • Andrew caught and returned a fleeing Commander's Sovereign Artifact, killing him with it and gaining another badge.
  • Over a hundred years, Andrew secretly killed eight Wind Element Commanders, then stopped hunting and cultivated the Water Law for fifty years, fusing two mysteries.
  • Andrew sensed Baie approaching at incredible speed and eagerly prepared to fight him.

Ch. 184Battle with Baie

Andrew Lance fought Baie, the Wind Divine Plane’s Paragon High-God, and endured his attacks while exploiting Baie’s momentary inability to withdraw his Sovereign Artifact. As both prepared to continue their clash, the battle’s spatial rifts drew Nuodelang toward them.

  • Baie confronted Andrew over hunting Wind Divine Plane Commanders, and Andrew introduced himself as the Prefect of Bloodflame Prefecture.
  • Baie overwhelmed Andrew with his speed, Willpower, and azure Sovereign Artifact, piercing Andrew’s chest while restraining him with spatial pressure.
  • Andrew clamped his dragon claw around Baie’s embedded sword and nearly struck Baie with his purple sword, forcing Baie to kick free and retrieve his weapon.
  • Andrew recovered and challenged Baie again; Baie recognized Andrew as a Soul Mutation User, and both secretly drew on Sovereign’s Might.
  • The enormous spatial rifts attracted Nuodelang, a Lightning Divine Plane Prefect who had infiltrated the Wind Divine Plane.

Ch. 185Growing Stronger in Battle

Andrew fought Baie and discovered that his strength was held back by poor application of the Mysteries, then rapidly improved during their battle. Baie failed to kill him and tried to banish him into Spatial Turbulence, but Andrew used Dragon Roar to escape and counterattack.

  • Andrew realized Baie’s superior combat skill exposed his weak control and application of the Mysteries despite his powerful body and fused Laws.
  • As Baie battered him, Andrew gained insight into the Fusion Law and unleashed dense ripples that dissolved Baie’s sword energy and drove away his duplicates.
  • Andrew challenged Baie again, resisted his Soul Attack, and exchanged blows with him that shattered the surrounding space.
  • Baie admitted he could not kill Andrew and tried to restrain him and knock him through a spatial rift into Spatial Turbulence.
  • Andrew summoned his golden dragon phantom and used Dragon Roar to slow Baie, escape the rift, and sweep his tail toward him, but Baie quickly broke free with his Willpower.

Ch. 186An unexpected find: the Redbud Diamond

Andrew ended his battle with Baie and returned to cultivate after Baie killed Nuodelang’s Lightning Divine Clone. On the Muya Continent, Andrew finally found the Redbud Diamond, leaving the Crown of Life as the last Overgod Token he needed to locate.

  • Andrew took Nuodelang’s spatial ring, then returned to the Lightning Element Divine Plane’s base camp to study his battle with Baie.
  • Nuodelang’s Earth Element Divine Clone spread word that Andrew had contended with Baie, prompting Sisman to order his forces not to offend Andrew.
  • After nearly two hundred years of searching the Kodesen Mountains, Andrew discovered the Redbud Diamond inside a Saint-level tiger and spared the beast.
  • Andrew sent his Seven-Star Fiend subordinates to Bloodflame Prefecture and had his Lightning Divine Clone return to the Planar Battlefield, while recognizing that the Crown of Life remained difficult to find.

Ch. 187The Final Battle on the Planar Battlefield Begins

After absorbing the power released by the Redbud Diamond and Nine Soul Pearls, Andrew spent centuries growing his soul and mastering a force similar to Willpower, bringing his strength to at least a tenth of Baie’s. As the final battle between the Wind Element Divine Plane and the Lightning Element Divine Plane began, Baie challenged Andrew across the battlefield.

  • Andrew used the Redbud Diamond and Nine Soul Pearls together, triggering a mysterious power that strengthened his golden dragon soul and expanded his divine sense to a million kilometers.
  • Andrew spent more than two hundred years mastering the soul-derived power, which let him control some of heaven and earth’s power and resist part of Baie’s Willpower.
  • Andrew killed a Commander from the Wind Element Divine Plane with a punch and took the Commander Badge, Divine Spark, and interspatial ring.
  • After secretly killing six more Commanders, Andrew held fifteen Commander Badges and left the Star River as the final battle approached.

  • Beirut chose Andrew to inherit both the Water and Fire Element Sovereign Sparks, and Andrew began fusing the Water Spark with his Water Element Divine Clone.

Ch. 191Progress of the soul

Andrew absorbed the power of faith and fused with a second Fire Element Sovereign Spark, gaining a physical, soul-jindan-stage soul and strength approaching an ordinary Highgod Sovereign. He entered seclusion to examine his transformation and began wondering whether he could advance his soul beyond the limits of the Coiling Dragon Universe.

  • Beirut watched as Andrew absorbed the power of faith, which transformed his golden dragon soul into a physical form.
  • Andrew fused his Fire Element Divine Clone with a second Fire Element Sovereign Spark that Beirut had originally set aside for Bluefire.

  • Leisjing taunted Montero, who decided to attack despite suspecting Andrew might be nearby.
  • Montero’s companions surrounded Leihong, but Andrew appeared and stopped Uman’s mace before killing Uman and the other four attackers.
  • Andrew’s intervention allowed Leisjing to trap Montero, and Andrew severely wounded him as he tried to flee.
  • Montero begged for his life by offering information about the Crown of Life, saying Magnus possessed it.
  • Andrew released Montero, who fled, while Leisjing and Leihong stayed behind.

Ch. 194Taking It to His Door

Andrew confronted Magnus to reclaim the Crown of Life, but Magnus refused and challenged him to fight. Their battle left Magnus shocked when Andrew unleashed his Divine Clone’s full strength.

  • Andrew gave Leisjing all five Commander Badges, allowing him to exchange them for a Sovereign Artifact, and Leisjing returned to the Dark God Plane.
