A moment later, the Alchemy Commission
Yunli and Yanqing had just wiped out the last wave of savages around them. The two stood facing each other, blades drawn, slightly out of breath, but the fighting spirit in their eyes had not diminished at all. Clearly, the outcome was still an open question.
When everyone arrived at the chaotic "scene of the incident," panting heavily, they saw a lithe white figure already there.
A valiant Foxian- woman used only a few slender fingers to hold off Yunli's heavy giant blade and Yanqing's agile flying sword like iron clamps. No matter how hard the two exerted their strength, they could not budge them.
"This isn't right, we've already defeated all the monsters near the Alchemy Commission and there's still no clear winner?"
March 7th stared wide-eyed, her little mouth slightly agape, dumbfounded as she looked at the two people who had been easily subdued.
She couldn't help but click her tongue, looking at Xing and Dan Heng beside her. "Tsk tsk, these two generals' disciples are simply monsters of equal skill! So young and already so formidable, what will they be like after a few more years of training?"
Suddenly, on March 7th, she clapped her hands. "Ah! I understand! This is the unique advantage of the Long-Life Species!" Her gaze then turned to the Foxian- woman with awe.
"However... this woman seems even scarier..."
" Teacher Ye Yan, why are you just watching from the sidelines?" Xing looked at Ye Yan, who was leisurely standing to the side, with a hint of reproach.
"Fighting and killing ultimately damage harmony and are not the actions of a gentleman."
Ye Yan unfolded a folding fan that seemed to appear out of nowhere, and slowly waved it. His robes fluttered, giving him an air of extraordinary detachment. Fighting and killing would damage harmony.
"You two kids played very well."
The agile white Foxian- woman, with one hand on her hip, commented:
"However, both of you only know how to dodge, thinking you're agile; and you, with your great strength and ability to throw bricks, always dream of defeating the enemy in one blow... Your tactics and techniques are both flawed."
"Who are you?"
Yunli put away her weapon, looked up and asked, having blocked [ Old Iron ]'s attack with just two fingers.
"As for me, I'm just a patient who came to Alchemy Commission seeking medical treatment, and a passerby who happened to be passing by."
Feixiao loosened his fingers, casually patted away non-existent dust from his palm, his posture relaxed.
"Fei... Xiao?" Yunli murmured the name, "Could you be the one Grandpa often mentions..."
"... The Merlin's Claw of the Yaoqing Xianzhou?" Yanqing's eyes lit up immediately.
"Looks like I'm quite famous on the Xianzhou Luofu."
Feixiao raised an eyebrow, her fox ears twitching with pleasure. She looked at Ye Yan, appearing hesitant to speak.
"Ahem... I've been talking a bit too much."
"Huh? Teacher Ye Yan, but General Feixiao hasn't said anything yet..." March 7th asked, looking puzzled.
" March 7th, this is what we call social etiquette, everything is understood without words."
"The name of the ' Great Victory General ' is known to everyone in Luofu," Yanqing said excitedly.
"[ The Great Victory General ]?" Feixiao looked surprised and quickly waved his hand, "That title is too narcissistic. No way!"
"I've heard that there's a ' Dozing General ' in Luofu, so I've given myself the same humble nickname: ' The Three-Nos General' —No Worries, No Regrets, Invincible."
"Doesn't this sound much better?" Feixiao winked at everyone with his right eye.
"This has absolutely nothing to do with humility!"
March 7th muttered a complaint under her breath, and Xing patiently explained to her:
"The strong have their reasons, so let people say what they want."
"It is indeed a humble, low-key yet impressive title," Lingsha said.
Wow, is this what professional support looks like?
"I thought the upcoming Luofu Wardance would be a feast for the eyes, but I never expected to witness such a spectacular battle at the Alchemy Commission, a place for healing and saving lives. There are truly many strange things happening on Luofu..."
"However, I have a small suggestion. Rather than a private fight outside, I would prefer to see the two children take advantage of the Wardance to go up into the ring and beat each other half to death fair and square. That way, all grudges can be wiped clean."
"Huh, [beaten half to death]... that's a bit scary!"
On March 7th, a gasp escaped his lips. It's said that " Foxian are born merchants," but this saying doesn't seem to apply to General Feixiao.
"A grudge?" Yanqing quickly explained, "You misunderstand, Yunli and I were just sparring."
"Oh?" Feixiao tilted his head. "One uses a flying sword, the other wields a giant blade. I don't believe you two have no grudges between you."
This unexpected sparring session finally came to an end. Yanqing and Yunli were both intelligent people and knew that continuing in front of a Xianzhou General was by no means a wise move.
Before everyone left the Alchemy Commission, Lingsha specifically called Feixiao, her gentle face filled with gratitude:
"Thank you for your help, Lord Feixiao. If you had arrived any later, I would have lit some sleeping incense and knocked them both out."
"No need to be so polite. I've done what you asked. Consider it payment for the Dragon Lady of the Healer's Apothecary's consultation fee, okay?"
Lingsha promptly refused, "Sorry, even if you are a general, you still have to pay the bill, right?"
"Besides, the Alchemy Commission clinic always has fixed prices and never offers credit. Moreover, Lady Dragon Girl's waiting list is already decades ahead."
"Then send the bill to the Seat of Divine Foresight. Just say it's for the tuition fees I charged for tutoring those two kids."
"After all, I almost got serious trying to separate them just now, so let me find somewhere to get some fresh air..."
Feixiao had only taken a few steps out of the Alchemy Commission when he rubbed his temples in distress, looking quite exhausted.
"Ah~ At this moment, if only I had a cup of medicine that could relieve fatigue and quickly revitalize me..."
As soon as he finished speaking, Feixiao and Ye Yan disappeared from everyone's sight.
"Xing, I understand now! This General Feixiao came here specifically for Teacher Ye Yan's milk tea!"
Xing nodded in agreement, summarizing with a profound and enigmatic expression, "It seems that even the mighty Xianzhou General, who commands the entire starry sea, cannot escape the clutches of the Milk Tea Aeon."
"I never imagined that the person who just descended from the sky was Yaoqing's Cloud Knights General! She's so cool!"
After Feixiao left, March 7th transformed into a little fangirl, constantly mimicking the gestures with her hands:
" Yunli wielded such a large sword, yet this one light strike neutralized Yunli's attack!"
"As Yunli's opponent, the young swordsman Yanqing is also incredibly dashing and agile! We're all tempted to become his disciples and learn the Xianzhou Sword Technique!"
"Hey, don't you guys think so?" March 7th looked at Xing and the silent Dan Heng with anticipation.
Xing remained expressionless, delivering a monotone reply, " The Xianzhou Technique is amazing, truly amazing."
"Hey!" March 7th puffed out her cheeks in anger, rolled her eyes in her signature half-moon shape, and stomped her foot hard.
"Show some emotion!"
Central Starskiff Haven, opposite the [ Sleepless Earl ] Teahouse
Feixiao and Ye Yan returned to the milk tea shop. As soon as they entered, her attention was drawn to the eerie green chandelier on the ceiling.
"You turned a [ Lord Ravager ] into a small chandelier? That's a good idea."
