Shinsei Hand Seals and slammed it onto the ground. Sealing runes spread from his palms, enveloping the entire room. He then took out a slip of paper from his pocket, handed it to Wood Kite, and asked:

"Keep a close eye on them; they might make a move soon."

If Konoha hasn't made any official announcements, surely they'll believe the messages coming from their spies?
If all else fails, Shinsei will spread the news throughout the Shinobi World, and naturally someone will go to the Land of Rain to verify it.
After bidding farewell to Wood Kite, Shinsei arrived at the Senju Clan's territory.

Naruto stared at the Chakra slowly spinning in his hand, its Rasengan gathering like a snail's crawl, his face turning bright red with frustration.
"Idiot!" Kushina's red hair flew wildly with anger as she stretched out her right hand and reassembled a rapidly spinning Rasengan. "That's it, that's perfect!"
