Uh, Shinsei wanted to say that only children make choices, adults of course... but he couldn't say that out loud, so he awkwardly changed the subject. "Teacher, I just remembered the lab lights are still on, I'll go first."
After saying that, Shinsei ran away without looking back.
Stepping out of the Hokage Building, Shinsei felt the air was fresher. Facing Inoichi Yamanaka just now had been incredibly awkward. He formed a hand Hand Seals and disappeared through the main entrance.
