" Dragon Vein energy! Haha! Finally got it." Shinsei patted his belly, and Xiaobai poked its head out from his shoulder, its bright eyes staring at the white Chakra floating on the scroll.
"This is Dragon Vein energy! Not the Dragon Vein energy within me, but the Dragon Vein energy cultivated by the Ryūchi Cave people," Xiaobai said.
Since hearing about the Uchiha's governance, Shinsei knew that the world connected to the Dragon Vein energy cultivated by Ryūchi Cave was different from the world connected to his own Dragon Vein energy. This magical energy could connect parallel worlds, but each Dragon Vein energy pointed to a different timeline. The world where Shinsei's Dragon Vein energy was located was after World War II, and the Third Shinobi World War had not yet completely ended; while the world that Madara Uchiha and his group went to was in the Warring States period.
Without the Chakra before him, Shinsei couldn't reach the world of Madara Uchiha and his group, but with this Dragon Vein energy as a guide, Xiaobai could take him to the Warring States period. The reason he was so eager to obtain this Chakra was related to the enormous Demonic Statue of the Outer Path before him, which was also a good place to find for Otsutsuki Kaguya.

"Ancestor!" Shinsei said excitedly, "I've made all the arrangements. I've found a completely safe place."
Otsutsuki Kaguya frowned, her beautiful eyes filled with sorrow. "I am unwilling to hide any longer. I must go and explain things to Hagoromo."
Shinsei said anxiously, "Ancestor, it's not too late to talk to your son after you've regained your strength! If you don't leave now, it will be too late when your son, the Sage of Six Paths, comes looking for you and seals you away. Are you willing to be sealed away for thousands more years?"
Otsutsuki Kaguya lowered her head, tears welling in her eyes. "My son! Why have you treated me like this?"
Seeing that his words had worked, Shinsei pressed on. "Ancestor, regaining freedom wasn't easy. Do you still have a dark side to your side?"
Otsutsuki Kaguya looked over with her beautiful eyes. "Do you know him? He is my will."
Shinsei knew from his successful Otsutsuki Kaguya yesterday that Black Zetsu hadn't yet made contact with her. Otherwise, his clumsy lies would have been exposed long ago. Furthermore, the area outside was filled with the Hyuga Clan members to prevent Black Zetsu Otsutsuki Kaguya approaching the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path. Shinsei recounted the situation to Otsutsuki Kaguya in detail. "So it was your will? He's already been captured by your son, the Sage of Six Paths."

Emerging once more from the mental space of the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path, Shinsei Hand Seals, and countless black runes converged from the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path's body into his palms. The massive Demonic Statue of the Outer Path began to struggle violently.
Shinsei shouted at the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path beneath him, "Ancestor, it's enough! Quickly cut off the power!"
The enormous Demonic Statue of the Outer Path ceased its struggle, its massive size continuously shrinking until it was the size of an ordinary Tailed Beast.
A figure appeared above the head of the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path; it was Otsutsuki Kaguya.
She looked at the lush trees around her, her expression a mixture of sorrow and excitement:
"I'm finally out."
