"Squeak~"
A sickeningly loud sound rang out as Shin'un pushed open the door and entered his room.
"Well..."
Upon entering the room, Shin'un immediately collapsed onto the large bed beside the room, covered her face with a pillow, and let out a deep sigh.
"It's been a long time coming; this tedious negotiation is finally coming to an end."
"Wandering around aimlessly every day, I feel like my body is getting rusty."
Shin'un lay quietly face down on her soft, large breasts.
Sleepiness crept in, my consciousness gradually faded, and I was about to fall asleep.
Suddenly, Shin'un, who was sprawled on the bed, remembered something, and his sleepiness vanished instantly.
With a forced smile, Shin'un tossed and turned in bed for more than ten minutes, but the sleepiness that had dissipated never returned.
So Shin'un sat up and turned to look at the small round table in the room.
"Sigh... I can't sleep."
With a sigh, Shin'un stood up and walked a few steps to the round table to sit down.
He raised his hand and picked up the two documents on the round table. Looking at the covers, Shin'un pondered silently.
" The Giant Puppet Prototype, Windmill Village, six giant craters..."
After a moment of silence in the room, Shin'un, who had been sitting blankly with the document in his hand, finally made a move.
The covers of the two documents read " Giant Puppet Prototype " on one and " Giant Craters from the Sky " on the other.
Shin'un opened the document he was holding in his right hand, codenamed " Giant Craters from the Sky."
With a quick glance, Shin'un finished reading the thin document in his hand.
"Smack!"
Shin'un closed the document in his hand, tidied it up, and put it back on the round table. He rubbed his temples and summarized the information in the document once again.
The six giant craters appeared in different locations, at different times.
"Similar traces of giant craters can be found in the Land of Birds, the Land of Water, the Land of Earth, the Land of Hot Water... all of which have similar features."
"The smallest of these giant craters is only a few dozen meters in size, while the largest can reach thousands of meters."
"And the times they appeared were quite different; the most recent giant crater appeared a year ago on a small island near the Land of Water."
"And the earliest giant crater dates back thirteen years."
Opening his eyes, Shin'un frowned as he looked at the two documents in front of him.
"Overall, the information about the giant pit is quite complete, but unfortunately, it lacks the information I'm most concerned about."
"Aside from the Giant Puppet Prototype that appeared in the giant pit in Windmill Village, what else is in the other five giant pits?"
Staring at the two documents in front of him, Shin'un frowned, paused for a moment, and then suddenly sighed and said:
"Never mind, the time interval is too long. It's already quite an achievement that Konoha was able to gather this much information."
"Furthermore, if there are things inside these giant pits, then information about them will likely be kept secret."
Standing up, Shin'un felt somewhat helpless.
"Really, how come there's never been a giant crater like this in the Land of Fire? This would confirm it immediately."
The next day, inside the negotiation room.
"Negotiations concluded."
As the Chunin summoned Chunin the Daimyo of the Land of Birds announced the end of the negotiations in a trembling voice, the six ninjas from the three villages in the meeting room breathed a collective sigh of relief.
The Konoha side, on the other hand, relaxed because the negotiations had ended smoothly.
The Sunagakure side, on the other hand, was annoyed by the massive compensation they would soon have to pay to Konoha.
Meanwhile, the Iwagakure side was happy that the negotiations were over, finally allowing their oppressed backsides to breathe a little better.
Nara Shikahito, Konoha's negotiating representative, swept his gaze across the room and turned to leave.
Suddenly, Nara Shikahito had just opened the door, seemed to remember something, turned around, and smiled at Ebizo, saying:
" Ebizo, according to the terms we agreed upon, Konoha must receive the first batch of compensation from Sand Ninja one month from now."
"We will give you a warm welcome when you arrive."
Upon hearing this, Ebizo remained silent with a cold expression.
Seeing this, Nara Shikahito smiled and turned to leave.
Stepping out of the negotiation room, Nara Shikahito led Shin'un directly towards the outskirts of town.
On the way, Nara Shikahito kept smiling, seemingly genuinely pleased with the conclusion of the war negotiations.
"Phew, the negotiations are over. We can finally breathe a sigh of relief."
Turning his head, Shin'un heard what Nara Shikahito said and raised an eyebrow, saying:
" Nara- senpai, if I remember correctly, you were also in charge of the Sand Ninja war reparations and the handover of Konoha afterward."
"Furthermore, it seems you'll have to manage two thousand Sand Ninja prisoners from the Land of Rain until the war reparations are fully settled."
"It seems the return of these two thousand prisoners will require your supervision..."
"Stop, stop, stop!" Nara Shikahito shook his head with a wry smile when he heard Shin'un's incessant chatter behind him.
"What you're talking about concerns returning to the camp in the Land of Rain. At least let me relax for a bit now..."
After speaking, Nara Shikahito looked at Shin'un.
"You're in a good position. After a month, when the Sand Ninja delivers the first batch of war reparations, we will also return the one thousand Sand Ninja prisoners as agreed."
"By then, the pressure of guarding prisoners won't be as great, and you should be able to receive your transfer order back to Konoha."
"I'm different. I'll have to stay in the Land of Rain for at least another six months."
Shin'un's eyes twitched slightly, and after a moment's thought, he said:
"Indeed, it's not good to be stationed in the Land of Rain indefinitely."
"The current Land of Rain Orochimaru- sensei, Senior Tsunade, and me, plus nearly three thousand Konoha Ninja. Such a force stationed in the Land of Rain is truly remarkable."
"Removing some unnecessary personnel is good not only for Konoha, but for the entire Shinobi World."
"Only..."
Shin'un turned his head and looked at Nara Shikahito.
"A month later, the first batch of war reparations from Sunagakure included the Giant Puppet Prototype, right?"
Nodding, Nara Shikahito said with a smile:
"Yes, you seem quite interested in it?"
"Certainly."
"Who wouldn't be interested in a puppet whose creator and origin are unknown, which appeared alongside an equally mysterious giant crater?"
That's correct.
Hearing Shin'un's words, Nara Shikahito smiled, turned his face to look at the Konoha team that appeared in his field of vision, and said:
"In the entire Shinobi World, which faction wouldn't care about these suddenly appearing things?"
After saying this, Nara Shikahito stopped talking and quickly walked to the Konoha team that had been waiting for him, preparing to set off back to the Konoha camp in the Land of Land of Rain.
Behind them, Shin'un followed closely behind Nara Shikahito, arriving at the front of the Konoha team.
After counting all the people in the group, he nodded to Nara Shikahito in the center of the group and gave the order:
"Set off!"
After saying that, Shin'un gathered his Chakra, used the Body Flicker Technique, and led the team towards the Land of Rain.
With a glint in his eyes, Shin'un felt a complex mix of emotions, a mixture of anticipation and hesitation.
"One month... in one month we'll see the Giant Puppet Prototype..."
