Arc 8The Blade Ninja Village

Kyōai and his allies defeated Mizuki’s beastmen assault with the help of Gundams and an antidote, then founded the Blade Ninja Village. The restored rebels accepted the village’s supervision, while Chinchiku led artisans to rebuild Yamakawa Castle.

  • Akahoshi declared herself Hoshigakure’s next Hoshikage and allied the village with the Nuclear Ninja Village as Hongshi and his companions returned from Sunagakure.
  • Kyōai attended the meeting at Yamakawa Castle, where Mizuki revealed his plot, transformed the assembled leaders into beastmen, and forced Kyōai and his allies into battle.
  • Kyōai’s team fought Mizuki’s forces until a chakra missile from the Nuclear Ninja Village destroyed a mass of beastmen, and Kendon later developed an antidote for the transformed residents.
  • Kyōai gathered the factions and announced that the village would become the Blade Ninja Village after Mizuki’s defeat, and the Thirteen Nuclear Guardian Pillars chose him as its First Blade Kage.
  • Haidō and Mizuki mined Gelel Stone while Hieimon’s team built twenty Gundams, which Hongshi and other allies piloted into battle.

  • Kyōai’s allies deployed Gundams and attacked the beastmen, while Mizuki transformed his forces into stronger berserkers and Kyōai rescued Choji and Rock Lee.
  • Kendon trapped the battlefield in a Four Red Yang Formation and released antidote gas that subdued the beastmen, though the red-haired ones remained unaffected.
  • Kyōai offered the restored residents a choice, then required the rebels to remain under supervision as Chinchiku agreed to lead artisans in rebuilding Yamakawa Castle and Daiyama Ichirō announced the Blade Ninja Village’s founding.
Chapters 177–201 Vol. 2 Read

Ch. 177Mother insect

After resolving Hoshigakure’s crisis, Hongshi and his companions raced back toward Sunagakure, where Shino revealed a mutated Chakra Mother Insect that could supply him with chakra. The group began discussing training and the future potential of insects that could use ninjutsu.

  • Natsuhiboshi delivered the star to Hōryūsai, and Akahoshi announced that she would become the next Hoshikage as Hoshigakure ended Star Training and allied with the Nuclear Ninja Village.
  • Hongshi woke during the group’s journey through the desert, then used the Desert Boat to speed their return to Sunagakure.
  • Temari asked Hongshi how he had countered Dust Release, but he kept his methods secret, while Hōryūsai joked that daily basic exercises and a Scientific Ninja Tool training device made the Nuclear Ninja Village strong.
  • Hongshi invited Temari, Hōryūsai, and Shino to practice wind nature transformation as they traveled.
  • Shino showed the group a mutated Chakra Mother Insect that gathered chakra for him and explained his dream of enabling insects to use ninjutsu.

Ch. 178Five Release Rasenshuriken

Hōryūsai taught Temari and Shino about nature transformation while Hongshi demonstrated a devastating Five Release Rasenshuriken technique. In the Land of Rivers, Kyōai suspected the daimyo’s invitation to a conference was a trap as Nuclear Ninja Village prepared to move south.

  • Hōryūsai explained chakra, shape transformation, and nature transformation to Temari and Shino, then demonstrated a Fire Style Rasengan.
  • Hongshi created five Rasenshuriken with different nature transformations and used Senjutsu Chakra to throw them at a dune, reducing it to a crater.
  • Temari and Shino began practicing their own techniques while Hōryūsai trained in Senjutsu.
  • At the Katabami Gold Mine, Kyōai, Choji, and Kankuro examined the daimyo’s invitation for factions to discuss dividing their spheres of influence.
  • Kyōai warned that the invitation might be a trap because the daimyo had recently hired Nuclear Ninja Village to purge the country’s factions, just as the village was preparing to move south.

Ch. 179The Chili Pill was a little spicy

Kyōai tested Choji’s red Chili Pill and survived its effects by absorbing the chakra and converting it into vitality. Chinchiku concluded that the Land of Rivers’ daimyo was probably being controlled, and Kyōai prepared to attend the meeting with Choji and Kankuro to investigate.

  • Chinchiku judged the daimyo’s invitation to negotiate with rebels suspicious and asked Kyōai for information about the meeting’s attendees.
  • Kyōai swallowed Choji’s Chili Pill, endured its destructive effects, and healed himself with his Nuclear Ninja constitution.
  • Kyōai promised to have Kendon develop pills without side effects after studying how the Chili Pill worked.
  • Chinchiku concluded that the daimyo and senior officials were likely being controlled and advised Kyōai to attend the meeting with Choji and Kankuro.
  • Kyōai decided Chinchiku would oversee the village while Sōretsu, Ujin, and Kendon provided support, and Chinchiku urged him to bring his equipment.

Ch. 180Villains, every last one

Kyōai and his companions arrived in Yamakawa Castle for a meeting of the Land of Rivers’ factions, where he clashed with Crow Kuroha and discovered that every resident had disappeared. They headed to the meeting wary of a possible danger and prepared to alert Sōretsu and the others if trouble arose.

  • Kyōai, Choji, and Kankuro entered Yamakawa Castle and found its streets deserted except for faction representatives.
  • Crow Kuroha confronted them and threatened Nuclear Ninja Village, so Kyōai cut through his armor and vowed to destroy his faction.
  • Kuroha threatened to attack Nuclear Ninja Village after the meeting, but a bell called the factions to gather before they could fight.
  • Kyōai told Choji and Kankuro that his senses detected no residents anywhere in the city and warned that the meeting might be dangerous.
  • Kyōai instructed Choji to take the modified Chili Pill and alert Sōretsu and the others if a problem arose, then the three went to the daimyo’s residence.

Ch. 181An eerie atmosphere

Kyōai attended a meeting at Yamakawa Castle as a representative of the factions absorbed into Nuclear Ninja Village, while the daimyo, Ishidate Yasuki, requested that the leaders mark their territories on a map. Kyōai recognized that the map was poisoned and had Kankuro use a puppet clone, but the gathering remained tense.

  • Kankuro provoked the assembled leaders, and Kyōai warned him and Choji that a barrier was restricting sensory abilities.
  • Ishidate Yasuki arrived and questioned why several southern factions were absent, while Kyōai explained that they had joined Nuclear Ninja Village.
  • Crow Kuroha challenged Kyōai, who defended the village’s founding and agreed to visit the Crow Clan after the meeting.
  • Ishidate Yasuki asked the leaders to mark their territories on a freshly drawn map, and Kyōai detected poison that could paralyze them.
  • Kyōai told Kankuro to use a puppet clone, and Kankuro marked the southern territory before mocking the northern factions.

Ch. 182Mutation

Mizuki revealed that he had impersonated Daimyo Ishidate Yasuki and planned to take over the Land of Rivers by transforming its people into beastmen. As the leaders began changing, Kyōai ordered Kankuro to escape with Choji and prepare a signal, then unleashed his secret sword against Crow Kuroha.

  • Kyōai realized that Ishidate Yasuki was dead and that the person before him had no heartbeat.
  • Mizuki exposed himself, revealed the beastmen disguised as guards, and announced that the Land of Rivers would answer to him.
  • Mizuki killed Akatetsu Hoshi and sent red snakes into the gathered leaders, transforming them into red-haired beastmen.
  • Kyōai cut down the snake heading for him, while Kankuro protected Choji with Black Ant but was struck by another snake.
  • Kyōai ordered Kankuro to escape with Choji and send the signal, then released his limiter and attacked Crow Kuroha with Nuclear Ninja Secret Sword: Hakoku.

Ch. 183Over Ten Thousand Beastmen

Mizuki revealed Yamakawa Castle as the base for his beastmen army and tried to capture the Land of Rivers with over ten thousand transformed residents. Kyōai and three allies unleashed powerful attacks, but Mizuki empowered four beastmen with Gelel Stones and medicine, and one struck Kyōai out of the sky.

  • Kyōai cut down Crow, while Mizuki escaped with the transforming leaders and revealed the hidden beastmen massing in Yamakawa Castle.
  • Mizuki explained his plan to infect the Land of Rivers and use the leaders’ bodies to create stronger red-haired beastmen.
  • Kyōai unleashed Nuclear Ninja Secret Sword: Tornado, killing over a hundred beastmen and exposing four powerful guards protecting Mizuki.
  • Ujin, Sōretsu, and Kendon arrived with their strongest powers and swept devastating attacks across Yamakawa Castle.
  • Mizuki empowered his four guards with Gelel Stones and medicine, and Kyōai’s attempt to stop them was interrupted when the tiger guard punched him into the ground.

Ch. 184A sky full of blood rain

Sōretsu fought Wolf after Mizuki and his beastmen retreated from Yamakawa Castle, overcoming his rapid regeneration and escalating attacks. She killed Wolf with Blood Rain, leaving only the Gelel Stone behind.

  • Mizuki ordered the beastmen in Yamakawa Castle to retreat while Bat carried him away and Wolf engaged Sōretsu.
  • Wolf used his combat skill, Uzumaki blood, and Gelel Stone to regenerate and overwhelm Sōretsu at close range.
  • Wolf tore Sōretsu's haori and wounded her, but she blasted a hole through his chest with Twin Bones.
  • Wolf healed, formed bone armor, and charged Sōretsu, who summoned two Thermonuclear Blades and cut him repeatedly.
  • Sōretsu unleashed Blood Rain, slicing Wolf into fragments and leaving the Gelel Stone on the ground.

Ch. 185Interception

Kyōai defeated Guard Tiger while Mizuki and the beastmen retreated from Yamakawa Castle. As Ujin and Kendon intercepted the fleeing beastmen, Kyōai and Sōretsu hurried to help before the two allies’ bickering turned into a fight.

  • Mizuki ordered the beastmen to evacuate Yamakawa Castle, leaving Guard Tiger and the other guards to fight Kyōai and his companions.
  • Guard Tiger’s Beast Seal Transformation and Uzumaki Clan bloodline regenerated his shattered arm, but Kyōai defeated him with Eightfold Slash and killed him.
  • Sōretsu joined Kyōai after killing Guard Wolf, and they saw Kankuro and Choji gaining the advantage over Guard Leopard.
  • Ujin and Kendon coordinated to intercept nearly two thousand beastmen, but their attacks and arguments over Kendon’s divine insect disrupted each other’s efforts.
  • Kyōai asked Sōretsu whether she had gone berserk, then hurried with her toward Ujin and Kendon before they started fighting.

Ch. 186Machine Machine Three Shots

Kankuro and Choji defeated Guard Leopard with a combination of puppetry and Choji’s new pill-enhanced attack, though the fight destroyed Kankuro’s puppets. With Kyōai and Sōretsu surrounded by more than a thousand beastmen, Kankuro and Choji rushed to help them.

  • Kankuro used Black Ant as a clone to trap Guard Leopard, then pierced him with poison-coated blades in the Black Secret Technique: Machine Machine Three Shots, but Guard Leopard broke out of the puppet.
  • Choji paralyzed Guard Leopard with Lightning Push Hands while Kankuro pinned him down with Zaku Type One.
  • Choji took Kendon’s Meng Medicine Pill, concentrated his chakra into a lightning-charged punch, and destroyed Guard Leopard’s upper body as Zaku Type One cut through the rest of him.
  • Choji recoiled from killing Guard Leopard, while Kankuro reminded him that the transformed beastmen were dangerous and complained that the Nuclear Ninja Village should pay for his ruined puppets.
  • Kankuro and Choji saw Kyōai and Sōretsu surrounded by over a thousand beastmen, then flew toward Kyōai to help.

Ch. 187Calling for Air Support

Kendō, Ujin, Kyōai, and Sōretsu fought to contain the overwhelming beastman horde at Yamakawa Castle. Kyōai signaled for air support, while Choji’s giant attack bought the others time to prepare a stronger counterattack.

  • Ujin refused Kendō’s suggestion to retreat and continued fighting as the beastmen wore down his earth-and-stone warrior.
  • Kyōai and Sōretsu joined the battle, using wind and lightning techniques to cut down groups of beastmen and noticing that some grew larger by absorbing natural energy.
  • Kyōai launched a signal into the sky, drawing startled reactions from Ujin and Kendō as they fought toward different positions.
  • Choji took a second Meng Medicine Pill, became skeletal, and used Super Multi-Size Technique to crush a mass of beastmen beneath him.
  • Sōretsu healed Choji, and Kyōai told Kankuro to withdraw with him before the air support arrived.
  • Sōretsu threw a shuriken and used Flying Thunder God to appear on the far side of the beastman horde.

Ch. 188There seemed to be people on the missile

Shirofukuji and two elders rode a missile toward the Land of Rivers, while Kyōai and his team trapped more than a thousand beastmen in a pit. The missile struck the pit and annihilated the beastmen, leaving Kyōai and the others wondering why people had been riding it.

  • Shirofukuji learned that the Land of Rivers had requested air support and launched himself and Kikin and Ainz on a missile.
  • Hieimon ordered Inuyasha to take the remaining members of the Thirteen Nuclear Guardian Pillars to the Land of Rivers and leave the newcomers' training to Captain Jack.
  • Kyōai, Sōretsu, Kendon, and Ujin used Moving Earth Core to trap more than a thousand beastmen in a deep pit.
  • Shirofukuji and the other missile riders steered their missile toward the pit as Kyōai and his team marked the target.
  • The missile exploded in the pit, reducing the beastmen to ash, while Kyōai and the others wondered why people had been riding it.

Ch. 189Have You Heard of the Iron Crotch Technique?

Kyōai explained that the Nuclear Ninja Village’s only chakra missile had destroyed the beastmen, while its three elders emerged unharmed and began cultivating senjutsu. Kikin offered to catch wild boars for Choji, and the chapter left Kankuro accompanying him to learn more about the village.

  • Kyōai told Kankuro and Choji that the explosion came from the Nuclear Ninja Village’s Dongfeng Type 1 Chakra Missile, launched from the Land of Spring.
  • Shirofukuji, Ainz, and Kikin emerged from the crater unharmed, and Kyōai identified Shirofukuji as the Nuclear Shadow and Ainz as the intelligence chief.
  • Sōretsu, Kendon, and Ujin began practicing Nuclear Ninja Style Senjutsu, but the elders’ chatter nearly disrupted Sōretsu’s training.
  • Kyōai promised that the Nuclear Ninja Village would share its missile technology with its allies and repeated that a common enemy of the Shinobi World was coming.
  • Kikin warned Choji that taking more Meng Medicine Pills could kill him, then claimed the elders had survived the blast using the Iron Crotch Technique.
  • Kikin offered to catch wild boars for the hungry Choji, and Kankuro agreed to go with him while seeking more information.

Ch. 190The antidote

After the group shared a meal, Kyōai and the others explained their encounter with Mizuki and the beastmen to the elders. Kendon developed an initial antidote for Beast Seal Transformation, and Ainz discovered that it had made the affected Yamakawa Castle residents more receptive to natural energy.

  • Kikin cooked wild boar soup, and the group ate together while Ujin reminded Kendon about the captured beastmen.
  • Kyōai and the others described their battle against Mizuki and the beastmen, and Shirofukuji tried to intervene before they stopped him.
  • Choji and Kankuro recovered their strength after Kikin revealed that his soup contained a chakra-restoring secret ingredient.
  • Kendon used an initial antidote to suppress Beast Seal Transformation in nearly a hundred residents of Yamakawa Castle.
  • Ainz used Sealing Technique: Absorption Seal on the residents and discovered their altered physiques had gained some adaptability to natural energy.
  • Kendon realized that a complete antidote might allow many more people to practice Senjutsu.

Ch. 191Return to the village

Hongshi returned to the Katabami Gold Mine and found Choji training to control the Multi-Size Technique. After helping Choji understand his problem and suggesting Senjutsu, Hongshi left him to seek instruction from Kyōai.

  • Hongshi and the others returned from Sunagakure as the village was taking shape, while Kikin trained Choji and Rock Lee in Taijutsu.
  • Choji practiced shrinking his enlarged body, and Rock Lee's bodysuit tore during his boulder squats before he fled in embarrassment.
  • Kikin challenged Hongshi with a long barrage of serious punches, but the exhausted Kikin failed to hurt him, and Saitama vanished using Flying Thunder God.
  • Temari confirmed that the problem in the Land of Bears was resolved, then left with Kankuro; Hōryūsai went to report to Kairyū, and Shino departed to find Kendon.
  • Hongshi explained that Choji needed better Yang Release control and recommended learning Senjutsu from Kyōai; Han warned Hongshi not to stir up trouble after Hongshi asked about the Five-Tails.

Ch. 192A meeting

Kyōai announced plans to defeat the orcs and formally establish the Blade Ninja Village, but a message from Konoha turned the meeting into a discussion of its new leader. The Thirteen Nuclear Guardian Pillars chose Kyōai as the First Blade Kage, Kyōai Shūsui.

  • Kyōai told the gathered factions that the Nuclear Ninja would defeat the orcs, with chakra ninja tools from the Land of Spring and support from Konoha and the Sand Ninja.
  • Kyōai announced that the village would be named the Blade Ninja Village after Mizuki was defeated, and the gathering celebrated around bonfires.
  • Kyōai warned the Thirteen Nuclear Guardian Pillars to stay alert because Mizuki might attack after transforming people in the north into orcs.
  • Choji brought a message from Konoha inviting the new village to the Chunin Ninja Exams and the Fifth Hokage's inauguration in a month.
  • The Thirteen Nuclear Guardian Pillars chose Kyōai to become the First Blade Kage, naming him Kyōai Shūsui.

Ch. 193Underground ruins

Zetsu led Haidō and Mizuki to an underground Gelel Stone Vein, where they planned to refine ore and seize the Land of Rivers. Meanwhile, Ainz and Kamiaka Hieimon’s team melted captured Gelel vessels to build Gundams near the Nuclear Ninja Village.

  • Haidō recognized the underground murals as the site of the Gelel Stone Vein and explained that he and Mizuki could extract the ore without activating the ancient weapon.
  • Zetsu agreed to help gather ore with his spore clones, while Haidō promised to refine it and said Temujin was waiting with a warship and equipment.
  • Mizuki and Haidō pledged to offer Zetsu the Land of Rivers within twenty days, and the group returned to the surface as the clones began mining.
  • At a research site in the Land of Spring, Kamiaka Hieimon’s team finished dismantling captured Gelel warships and fortresses to build Gundams.
  • Ainz raised a Four Red Yang Formation, used Chibaku Tensei to gather metal, and melted it with Crimson Lotus Hellfire so Hieimon’s team could begin making mechs.

Ch. 194Mass-producing Gundams

The Nuclear Ninja Village’s research team completed twenty Gundams powered by Chakra Furnaces and Thermonuclear Orbs. Hongshi and the elders boarded their mechs and flew out, while the other Gundams and their intended pilots remained behind.

  • Twenty researchers shaped molten iron into Gundam parts, and Hieimon assembled them while Ainz maintained the Four Red Yang Formation.
  • Captain Jack demanded a Gundam, but Ainz blasted him away; Hieimon then carefully installed a Thermonuclear Orb in the first mech.
  • Hieimon and the research team completed and armed all twenty Gundams, including five Turn A Types, thirteen V2s, a DX, and a Wing Zero Custom.
  • Shirofukuji and Kikin arrived to claim their mechs, while Ainz tried to board one before Hongshi could arrive.
  • Hongshi used Flying Thunder God to reach the village, boarded Wolf Fang Type One, and flew off towing the DX and Wing Zero Custom.
  • Shirofukuji, Kikin, and Ainz activated their own Gundams and flew into the sky as the village watched.

Ch. 195The entire army moves out

Kairyū and the Thirteen Nuclear Guardian Pillars received fourteen Gundams, but their first attempts to pilot them descended into chaos. When the beastmen attacked near Blade Ninja Village, Kyōai chose three Gundams to launch a counterattack toward Gold Mine Mountain, with Kendon tasked with undoing the Beast Seal Transformation.

  • Hieimon arrived at Golden Shovel Beach with fourteen Gundams and explained that Hades had warned of an imminent Shinobi World war.
  • Kairyū jumped into Asura Type One, and the other members rushed into their Gundams before Kyōai could explain the controls, causing a chaotic series of mishaps.
  • Kyōai eventually taught the group to operate the Gundams, but a red flame signal from the direction of Blade Ninja Village announced a beastmen attack.
  • Kyōai decided to send Kaname Seisen, Sōsuke, and Kendon to battle and use Kendon's antidote to rescue residents of Yamakawa Castle before the Beast Seal Transformation consumed them.
  • Kaname Seisen, Sōsuke, and Kendon boarded their Gundams and flew toward Gold Mine Mountain.

Ch. 196That Was a Bit Reckless of You

At the gold mine, Mizuki led more than twenty thousand Gelel-enhanced orcs against the surrounded ninjas and miners. Hongshi empowered the defenders with his chakra, and Choji opened a path through the encirclement with a devastating attack before Hongshi secretly healed him.

  • Shino reported that over twenty thousand orcs, including twenty red-haired ones, surrounded the mine, and Mizuki emerged with Haidō and Temujin to offer Hongshi a chance to join him.
  • Hongshi refused Mizuki, revealed he was a shadow clone, and transferred his chakra to the defenders before vanishing.
  • Shino assigned the defenders to break out as Choji, Rock Lee, and Temari attacked the southern and airborne orcs.
  • Rock Lee launched Choji skyward, and Choji used the Super Multi-Size Technique and Hardening Technique to crush nearly two thousand orcs, creating a gap in the encirclement.
  • Choji collapsed with near-fatal injuries, and Hongshi secretly appeared and healed him with Super Creation Rebirth.

Ch. 197Rock Lee Style Taijutsu

The blade ninjas and their allies broke through Mizuki’s beastmen encirclement with Ranmaru’s Red Eye, Rock Lee’s attacks, and coordinated fighting. As three Gundams arrived, Choji and Rock Lee launched another assault while the others prepared to cover Uncle Rokusuke.

  • Ranmaru shared his vision with the group, allowing the blade ninjas to navigate the dust and flee south while Mizuki ordered the beastmen to pursue.
  • Rock Lee shattered the red-haired beastmen’s Gelel Stone barriers with Daytime Tiger, then escaped Temujin as the blade ninjas continued their retreat.
  • Temari and the Takumi ninjas held off the pursuing beastmen, while Shino sent insects underground and the group reached Choji’s crater.
  • Choji recovered and chose to stay behind to fight, then reunited with Rock Lee as the allies broke through the encirclement.
  • Three Gundams appeared, and Choji and Rock Lee launched Human Bullet Lightning Tank while Temari, Shino, and the Takumi ninjas attacked the beastmen to buy Uncle Rokusuke time.

Ch. 198Assembly

The allied ninja and Gundam pilots attacked Mizuki’s beastman army with powerful techniques and weapons, while Mizuki ordered the Gelel-powered forces to resist and counterattack. As more fighters joined the battle, Kendon’s mech headed toward the gold mine to retrieve the stored antidote.

  • Choji, Temari, the Craftsman Ninja, and Shino’s insects devastated the beastman ranks with lightning, wind, explosions, and insect attacks.
  • Mizuki sent red-haired beastmen after the strongest ninja, while Raiga Kurosuki, Takuden, and Shikin Shinma fought through the horde using lightning armor.
  • Kaname Seisen’s Enma Cricket used sound waves to make beastmen collapse, but their Gelel Stones formed barriers to resist the attack.
  • Ujin summoned a towering earth-and-stone warrior, and Kin Ichimaru’s extended Bankai struck Mizuki, who blocked it with golden scales.
  • Kaname Seisen fired explosive weapons and Gatling guns from Enma Cricket as two more mechs arrived, prompting Mizuki to send flying beastmen against them.
  • Kyōai and other sword fighters unleashed their Bankai and sword techniques, Kendon’s mech headed for the gold mine, and Hongshi urged the Sword Ninja to charge.

Ch. 199Everyone assembled

The Thirteen Nuclear Guardian Pillars overwhelmed the beastmen, but Mizuki activated a secret technique that made them transform into stronger, berserk forms. As Kyōai, Choji, Rock Lee, and Sōsuke regrouped aboard a Gundam, the returning Demonic Womb Subduing Seal Gundam approached for another move.

  • The Thirteen Nuclear Guardian Pillars unleashed their attacks, killing many beastmen and disrupting Mizuki’s attempts to encircle them.
  • Zenhō used a homing missile to kill a red-haired beastman, while Kyōai and Chinchiku revealed their Sharingan and fought alongside the others.
  • Mizuki called Haidō into battle and activated Secret Technique: Beast Seal Rampage, transforming the beastmen into stronger, spiked berserkers.
  • Rock Lee struck Temujin down, then developed horns after absorbing natural energy as Kyōai flew to help him and Choji.
  • The berserk beastmen wounded Choji, but Kyōai protected him and Rock Lee with a tornado until Sōsuke arrived aboard Kyōka Suigetsu and brought them aboard.
  • Kyōai told Sōsuke to use their next move as the Demonic Womb Subduing Seal Gundam flew back toward them.

Ch. 200Didn't see that coming, did you?

Kendon’s team trapped the beastmen inside a Four Red Yang Formation while Sōretsu defeated Mizuki with her blood-based senjutsu. The antidote subdued most of the beastmen, but the red-haired fighters remained standing and required a separate medicine.

  • Kendon launched four metal pillars around the battlefield, and the Thirteen Nuclear Guardian Pillars split up to protect them.
  • Sōretsu confronted Mizuki while Hōryūsai protected their duel with a ring of fire.
  • Sōretsu’s blood senbon corroded Mizuki and stopped him from healing; Black Zetsu appeared and killed him.
  • Kendon activated the Four Red Yang Formation and released antidote gas that subdued the beastmen inside it.
  • Kokuya pointed out that the antidote had not affected the red-haired beastmen, and Kendon said they needed a separate medicine.

Ch. 201The Blade Ninja Village Is Founded

At Gold Mine Mountain, Kyōai negotiated with acting daimyo Daiyama Ichirō over the future of the rescued people and the remaining rebels. They agreed to establish the Blade Ninja Village, with the rebels placed under its supervision and artisan ninja helping rebuild Yamakawa Castle.

  • Kyōai thanked Haidō for the Gelel Stones and warship, then offered the restored residents a choice between joining the Blade Ninja Village or leaving.
  • Daiyama Ichirō proposed a third choice: kill the remaining missing-nin and return with the civilians to rebuild Yamakawa Castle before recognizing the Blade Ninja Village.
  • Kyōai stopped Kashirō from objecting and, after conferring with Chinchiku, demanded that the rebels remain in the village under supervision.
  • Kendon threatened the thirteen red-haired former rebel leaders with a remote, prompting them and nearly three thousand rebels to dance before Daiyama Ichirō.
  • Chinchiku agreed to lead a hundred artisan ninja to repair Yamakawa Castle, and Daiyama Ichirō announced the founding of the Blade Ninja Village.
