Amidst the students' fearful gazes, Moody slowly lowered his wand.
He turned his head and stared intently at Morris with his conspicuous magical prosthetic eye.
"You're late, sir," he said calmly. "Find a seat, and I'll demonstrate the incantation again."
Morris then realized that the other party had indeed used the Killing Curse.
Are this semester's courses really that bold?
That's a bit unexpected!
He immediately became interested, and although it was unlikely, he still asked, "Professor, are we learning the Killing Curse today?"
Moody shook his head, explaining like a normal professor, "You can't learn this. I'm demonstrating it to show you what it looks like, not for you to try it yourself. It's illegal for any wizard to learn this magic on their own, unless you're a high-ranking Auror."
After he finished speaking, he even spun his prosthetic eye around, revealing large patches of white, which looked extremely terrifying.
Upon hearing this, Morris said with a hint of regret, "What a pity... uh, I mean, it was very interesting."
Moody glanced at him, then called out loudly, "Go back to your seat, kid."
Morris obediently walked to the very edge of the room and sat down next to Kyle. The room was empty, seemingly reserved for him.
"Isn't it a bit much to demonstrate the Three Unforgivable Curses in class?" Kyle whispered.
"I think it's alright," Morris replied.
After all, the instructor this time was a retired old Auror, a ruthless character who had once filled half of Azkaban.
It was just demonstrating a few Dark Magic; nothing particularly unexpected.
"Oh, right," Morris suddenly asked, "Where's Sirius?"
" Professor Moody told us that Sirius is in charge of grades one through three," Kyle sighed. "To be honest, I'd rather take Sirius's class."
Morris nodded.
From this perspective, Sirius and Moody's positions are quite clear.
At this moment, Moody slammed his hand on the table and reminded everyone, "Next, I'll demonstrate the Three Unforgivable Curses again. Anyone want to see them up close?"
The classroom fell even quieter instantly, Morris felt that Kyle beside him was even breathing softer.
Moody slowly scanned the students from left to right.
"It seems you still have much to learn," Moody said. "You will have many more opportunities to see this magic in the future."
Then, he took a spider out of the glass bottle.
" Imperio!"
" Cruciatus Curse!"
Avada Kedavra!
He demonstrated it again, taking turns.
Morris sensed that his classmates didn't seem very enthusiastic.
Even when he led the applause, no one responded.
That's strange.
These kinds of spells, which are rarely seen, should be of interest to most Ravenclaw students.
After the second presentation, Moody walked around from behind the podium and leisurely approached Morris.
The prosthetic eye stopped moving and stared at him along with the normal eye.
"What's your name?" he asked.
Although somewhat puzzled, Morris answered, " Morris Black."
Moody nodded.
" Black, very good."
He reached out and patted Morris on the shoulder twice. "You're interested in Dark Magic?"
Morris looked somewhat helpless upon hearing this question.
how?
Could he possibly answer that he's interested?
If he did that, Dumbledore would definitely have a good talk with him.
Some things are best left unsaid; you just need to know them in your own heart.
So Morris could only put on a sincere expression, "No, Professor. I just think it's better to know what the enemy is like than to know nothing at all."
"Hmm." Moody responded softly, then returned to the podium without saying anything more. "Now let's get to today's main topic. I'll teach you a few useful defensive spells..."

Moody's Dark Magic Defence Class has received very mixed reviews.
In Ravenclaw, most students are terrified of the course, or rather, of Moody.
In the following lessons, Moody went even further, demonstrating more Dark Magic. Although none of it was as powerful as the Three Unforgivable Curses, it was all strange and varied.
Morris could only recognize about half of them.
This was very useful to him.
If he encounters it again in the future, he can deal with it by using the appropriate methods to break the curse or counter the curse.
Unfortunately, Moody's demonstration of Dark Magic only lasted for three days and was never performed again.
It's very regrettable.
The rumor that Morris heard was that some students' parents had written to Dumbledore, accusing a professor of teaching dangerous magic in class.
But what the real situation is, nobody knows.
Before they knew it, the first weekend at Hogwarts had arrived.
In the morning, Morris had breakfast in the restaurant as usual.
Toasted bread, fried bacon, and Pumpkin Juice, steaming hot, are arranged on a plate, looking incredibly tempting.
But Morris's mind wasn't on that.
He was pondering a question – where exactly did his current abilities stand?
Compared to ordinary students, it was more than enough, and dealing with two novice Auror was also incredibly easy, but that was ultimately just a minor skirmish.
He wanted to know just how far he was from being a top wizard without the assistance of undead creatures.
This also reflects Scrape's strength to some extent.
Thinking of this, Morris immediately stood up.
"What's wrong?" Kyle asked from the side. "Is there a problem?"
"I have to leave for a bit," Morris said. "Goodbye."
After he finished speaking, he quickly left the restaurant.
Seeing this, Kyle blinked in surprise.
Judging from Morris's expression, it's probably something very important.
In fact, Morris just wanted to find a few professors to conduct a practical test to see if he would be as powerless as he was against Scrape.
The first person that came to his mind was Moody.
Moody is a retired Auror, and judging from his past experiences, he must have an incredibly rich combat background.
Although I'm getting old, age is not a problem.
Soon, Morris arrived at Moody's office, which was right next to the classroom.
After knocking, the door opened quickly.
"It's you, Black."
Moody peeked out and looked around the corridor for a while before stepping aside to let Morris in.
He then closed the door tightly and locked it.
The room was dark, and the curtains were drawn tightly shut.
Morris was surprised to find Sirius there, sitting lazily in a plain chair by the table, sipping his coffee.
"Good morning," Sirius said. "You've come at a bad time. Professor Moody and I are discussing the course."
Moody fiddled with the large Sneakoscope on the table, gave a soft hum, and said, "The course can wait. Morris, what are you doing here?"
