Morris didn't know why Harry had drawn Barty Crouch Jr. Crouch Jr.

Barty Crouch Jr.. is dead; that is an undeniable fact.

If what Harry saw was indeed Voldemort's perspective, then there are only two possibilities.

Either Barty Crouch Jr.. is alive, or someone is impersonating him.

Morris leans towards the latter.

Upon hearing Morris's answer, Harry scratched his head, his confusion deepening.

" Mr. Crouch's son? Why him?"

"I don't know," Morris said, "But this must be told to Dumbledore."

Harry nodded.

Of course he would do that.

The two left the classroom.

Morris walked toward the Black Lake, lost in thought.

Harry's ability to share Voldemort's vision means that Voldemort has now been resurrected.

Even if he wasn't truly resurrected, at least he had a body, enough for him to move freely, give orders, and even cast spells.

Compared to this information, Barty Crouch Jr. Crouch.'s reappearance is less important.

So, what will happen next?

Finally, the day arrived for the final match of the Triwizard Tournament.

June 24th, dinner time.

The atmosphere in the Great Hall was completely different from usual; the students were chattering excitedly about the upcoming competition.

By the way, the Champion ' family and friends are welcome to attend the game.

Morris saw Phoebe's mother, Apolline Delacour, who was a very easygoing person.

She has half Veela blood and possesses the same captivating appearance and allure, but strangely, she gives Morris the impression of being just an ordinary person, unlike Phoebe, who unintentionally unleashes the unique magic of the Veela.

Morris judged that the other party was definitely a powerful wizard.

There's one hour left before the match.

Kyle's voice came from the side, " Morris, are you nervous?"

"A little."

Morris nodded.

However, he wasn't nervous about the match itself, but rather about what might happen next.

Kyle reached into his pocket, pulled out a dusty gray stone, and placed it in front of Morris.

Morris paused, stopping his eating. "What is this?"

"My dad gave it to me," Kyle said. "He said the scent on it can ward off some wild animals, and I thought you might need it. An extra layer of protection is always good. Oh, and remember to return it after you're done; it's expensive."

Morris looked at the unremarkable stone and wanted to say it wasn't necessary, but in the end he accepted it anyway.

"Thank you," he said.

Kyle grinned and patted him on the shoulder.

After a while, Ludo stood up from the table at the front, walked to everyone, and said clearly, " Champion, please follow me to the arena."

Amid applause, Morris and the others stood up and walked out of the Great Hall with Ludo.

The group arrived at the Quidditch Pitch, which looked different from what they had seen a few days earlier.

The low walls became very high, and the whole area was surrounded by hedges.

Mrs. Heap stood at the entrance to the maze.

"How did the checkup go, darling?" Ludo asked with a smile.

"No problem," Mrs. Heap said curtly. " The Surveillance Crystal Ball is already installed."

Upon hearing this, Morris looked around and indeed saw several large spheres floating in the air.

The scene inside has been revealed: a small open space with a gleaming golden trophy placed on a stone platform in the center.

"Twenty minutes left," Ludo said to the Champion, his smile widening. "The game is about to begin."

Are you ready?

None of the four answered; they simply gazed at the dark maze before them.

Ludo seemed to sense the tense atmosphere as well, and stepped aside, giving the Champion space.

Morris walked over to Harry and patted him on the shoulder.

"What's wrong?" Harry, who was concentrating intently, was startled and quickly turned his head.

"Take this." Morris handed him a wooden plaque about the size of a fist.

The wooden sign looked plain and unremarkable, with smooth, polished edges and no patterns.

Harry took the wooden plaque and examined it twice, turning it over and over.

"What is this?" he asked, somewhat puzzled.

"An insurance policy," Morris said. "Hopefully we won't need it."

Harry nodded and put it in his pocket.

Although he didn't know what it was, he chose to believe Morris.

Seeing that the other party accepted the gift, Morris smiled slightly at him, "Be careful. For both of us, life is more important than the game."

"I understand," Harry replied.

Phoebe noticed what was happening and leaned closer to ask, "What are you doing?"

"Just a little preparation," Morris replied.

Phoebe glanced at Morris but didn't ask any further questions.

Time passed slowly, and the referees and spectators entered the stadium one after another. The stands became increasingly crowded, and the sky grew completely dark.

The deans of the four colleges walked up to them.

"If we encounter danger, we'll fire red sparks into the sky," Professor McGonagall said. "We'll patrol around the maze."

"Be careful," Professor Flitwick added. "The maze gets very dark at night."

Everyone expressed their understanding.

Why was the match scheduled for the evening?

Ludo stood before the crowd and raised a golden whistle.

A sharp whistle rang out throughout the entire stadium.

The audience fell silent instantly.

"Ladies and gentlemen—" Ludo's voice Sonorus throughout every corner, "The final match of the Triwizard Tournament now begins!"

The cheers erupted like thunder.

"Based on the score, the first to enter is Champion from Hogwarts — Morris Black!"

Morris immediately went to the entrance of the maze.

"Go ahead." Ludo twirled the golden whistle around and said with a smile, "You're the first one."

Morris nodded, without giving it much thought, and entered the maze.

The hedge's shadow immediately engulfed him.

In an instant, the surroundings fell silent; the walls of the maze must have had some soundproofing.

Not knowing the way, Morris randomly chose a direction and started walking.

The little Bone Dragon poked its head out of his pocket, shaking its head.

"Quiet down," Morris said.

The maze was clearly fraught with threats.

After walking for only a few minutes, Devil's Snare appeared on the surrounding hedges.

The soft vines reached Morris almost instantly.

"Call!"

The little Bone Dragon breathed out a ball of fire.

The Devil's Snare immediately retracted and stopped approaching.

Perhaps because of the firelight, just as Morris was about to continue forward, a giant spider appeared in front of him again.

"What a hassle."

Morris waved his hand, imprisoned him with his bone cage, and then walked around him.

The spider rampaged through the bone cell, but to no avail.
