Chapters 526–550 Vol. 6 Read

Ch. 526Expedition to Marsh World (4)

Interstellar Wanderer attacked Marsh World’s barrier while Leo used the Godslaying Wizard Robe to bypass it and enter the world. Suppressed by Marsh World’s will, Leo confronted the hidden World Lords and used his six domains to expose one of them in the clouds.

  • Interstellar Wanderer transformed into his Elemental True Body and pierced Marsh World’s barrier with starlight, injuring two World Lords who vanished into clouds.
  • Interstellar Wanderer and Leo realized the World Lords were repairing the barrier and agreed to breach it before reinforcements arrived.
  • Leo had Yaoyao cling to him and used the Godslaying Wizard Robe to pass through Shadow World and appear inside Marsh World.
  • Marsh World’s will suppressed Leo’s strength, and the two World Lords sent clouds surging toward him.
  • Leo activated his six domains, dispersing the clouds and revealing a huge World Lord hidden within them.

Ch. 527Expedition to the Marsh World (5)

Leo used twelve domains and his Earth Giant bloodline to kill Lijialuo, one of the Marsh World's World Lords, while another World Lord fled. As more World Lords approached, Leo joined Interstellar Wanderer in tearing open the world barrier so the mothership could descend.

  • Leo revealed the concealed World Lord with Spatial Distortion and suppressed him with twelve domains, weakening his strength by 35%.
  • Leo activated his 270-meter Earth Giant form, overcame the World Lord's slowed reactions, and tore Lijialuo's head from his body.
  • Leo collected Lijialuo's blood as the surviving World Lord cried out in grief and fled into the clouds to evade Leo's attack.
  • Interstellar Wanderer warned Leo that more World Lords were approaching and called for him to attack the world barrier from inside.
  • Leo unleashed Nuclear Fusion Grand Witchcraft through the Godslaying Staff, slicing open the barrier as Interstellar Wanderer and the mothership tore through from outside.

Ch. 528Expedition to Marsh World (6)

Leo killed a second Marsh World Lord by striking his soul with the Soul Splitting Technique, while Interstellar Wanderer’s mothership arrived and shielded them from Marsh World’s will. As the three surviving World Lords faced them, Leo prepared to fight the last Level-Four opponent while Interstellar Wanderer took on the two Level-Five World Lords.

  • The World Lord launched an ambush against Leo, but Leo used the Soul Splitting Technique to incapacitate him and seize him as three other World Lords approached.
  • Interstellar Wanderer and the mothership arrived, and Leo killed the captured World Lord after confirming that his corpses belonged to him.
  • The three surviving World Lords raged and stirred Marsh World’s will against the invaders, but the mothership’s Wizard Will blocked its suppression.
  • Leo asked whether Interstellar Wanderer could handle the two Level-Five World Lords while he fought the remaining Level-Four World Lord.
  • Interstellar Wanderer told Leo to fight the Level-Four World Lord and said he would talk with the two Level-Five World Lords.

Ch. 529Expedition to the Marsh World (7)

Leo and the Interstellar Wanderer arrived in the Marsh World after driving off its World Lords, then deployed their expeditionary armies against the gathered Water Marsh People. The chapter ended as both motherships opened fire, vaporizing vast stretches of sea and everything beneath it.

  • Heritos and two other World Lords fled after Leo killed two of their number, and the Interstellar Wanderer praised Leo and proposed future expeditions together.
  • Leo revealed to Yaoyao that using the Soul Splitting Technique against a World Lord had drained his soul, while the Shadow Space began consuming the two World Lords’ corpses.
  • Leo ordered Commander Luoluojia to issue a mission offering rewards for clues to the Marsh World’s missing World Lords.
  • The two motherships released their slave armies, warships, and wizards as the Water Marsh People gathered in the sea to defend their world.
  • Both motherships fired two hundred thousand secondary-cannon beams, vaporizing the sea and its inhabitants beneath their strikes.

Ch. 530Expedition to the Marsh World (8)

Leo’s expeditionary army used its mothership cannons, slave troops, and twenty million wizards to devastate the Water Marsh People and destroy a vast frozen mass of their kin. The command center ordered another Ice Seal operation, while covert toxin experiments continued aboard the mothership and the Interstellar Wanderer pursued the Marsh World’s water element essence.

  • The mothership’s two hundred thousand secondary cannons fired for five seconds, killing countless Water Marsh People before the slave army attacked.
  • Leo observed the slaves struggling underwater, and twenty million wizards froze the sea into a vast ice mass containing over fifteen million living beings.
  • The Water Marsh People tried to break the ice and interrupt the wizards, but the slaves held them back as the wizards formed their next array.
  • The wizards detonated the frozen mass, killing the beings trapped inside, and the command center ordered another Ice Seal operation.
  • Laboratories aboard the mothership tested toxins on Water Marsh People, while the Interstellar Wanderer focused on obtaining the world’s water element essence.

Ch. 531Expedition to the Marsh World (9)

Facing the wizard invasion, Hetoris hired the Interstellar Company to help the Marsh World, agreeing to pay one hundred drops of Water Element Essence after the invaders were driven away. Meanwhile, the wizard army kept crushing the Water Marsh People’s resistance, and the mothership reported a successful seawater-borne toxin experiment that could weaken them.

  • Heliao proposed seeking outside help, and Hetoris decided to contact the Interstellar Company that had previously offered trade.
  • Hetoris opened a spatial rift with Water Element Essence and learned the company would charge at least one hundred drops to repel the Wizard World’s forces.
  • Heliao objected to the price, but Hetoris accepted payment after victory and arranged for the company’s troops to arrive in four years.
  • After the rift closed, Heritos told Heliao that they could control the passage and eliminate the company’s forces if they proved untrustworthy.
  • On the battlefield, the wizard army detected and defeated Water Marsh People hiding underwater, overcame their attacks, and captured giant sea beasts for their energy crystals.
  • The mothership reported that a toxin experiment using seawater had succeeded, with infected Water Marsh People expected to fear the deep sea and lose 30–45 percent of their water elemental affinity.

Ch. 532Expedition to Marsh World (10)

The wizard army used a toxin to drive the Water Marsh People from the deep sea and gained control of Marsh World, while Leo’s Shadow Space evolved after absorbing another World Lord. After learning that several wizard squads had vanished, Leo set out to investigate.

  • The mothership laboratory deployed a toxin that made the Water Marsh People fear the deep sea, allowing the wizard army to trap them near the surface and drive them from the main battlefield.
  • The wizard army advanced across Marsh World, striking Water Marsh People whenever their gatherings grew large, while elite wizards searched unsuccessfully for the three World Lords.
  • Ten years after arriving in Marsh World, Leo saw Shadow Space complete its second evolution, expanding to 100 × 100 × 1.5 kilometers and gaining a lake resembling Marsh World's seawater.
  • Yaoyao suggested raising creatures in Shadow Space, and Leo considered using it to house rare species or serve as an experimental site.
  • Luoluojia told Leo that wizard squads had lost contact and that a Level Three Great Wizard and fifty thousand slave troops sent to investigate had also disappeared.
  • Leo received the coordinates, took the Godslaying Staff, and vanished from the mothership to investigate while several thousand wizards and a hundred thousand slaves waited on a small island.

Ch. 533Expedition to Marsh World (11)

Leo led reinforcements into an ocean trench to rescue Hu Jianxing and the besieged wizards, then destroyed the attacking robots with lightning. Hu Jianxing revealed that the machines were mecha piloted by small-bodied beings, while battle continued farther along the trench.

  • After Hu Jianxing and the other wizards disappeared during their mission, Luoluojia reported the emergency to Leo, who brought a wizard force to investigate.
  • Leo followed the lingering aura of a Level Three Great Wizard to a deep-sea trench where mental interference concealed what lay inside.
  • Leo found Hu Jianxing's squad surrounded by robots and rescued them by destroying the nearby machines with lightning.
  • Hu Jianxing explained that a deep-sea beast had lured his group into an ambush, and Leo ordered scouts to warn central command and other wizard squads about the robots.
  • Hu Jianxing opened a robot and showed Leo a small-bodied being wired inside it, suggesting the machines were piloted mecha.

Ch. 534Expedition to Marsh World (12)

Leo discovered that Marsh World's mech forces came from a world controlled by the World Tree, which had also controlled Homo Sapiens World. He warned Interstellar Wanderer that the wizards had to find and seal the connecting spatial rift, then joined the battle as the puppet army attacked the mechs.

  • Leo dissected a mech pilot and found a World Tree control fiber in its spine, confirming that Marsh World had contacted a world controlled by the World Tree.
  • Leo explained the World Tree's threat to Hu Jianxing and ordered him and the others to collect mechs, while Yaoyao's shadows secretly gathered many more.
  • Leo found no change in the World Tree branch in his sea of consciousness, then used the Godslaying Staff to raise the intact slave corpses as puppets and sent them into battle.
  • Leo contacted Interstellar Wanderer through the Fate Wizard Book and urged him to locate and seal the spatial rift connecting Marsh World to the technological world.
  • Leo joined the battlefield, destroyed the mechs in the trench with lightning, and disappeared beneath the seabed as Yaoyao's shadows collected the spoils.

Ch. 535Expedition to Marsh World (13)

After command ordered the wizards to locate the spatial rift, Leo realized the mech forces were growing rapidly and used the Godslaying Staff to control a Water Marsh Person. He followed the puppet to its tribe and began investigating Marsh World’s recorded history, finding legends about its Creator God and five gods.

  • Command ordered every wizard to search for the spatial rift and report its location, offering a Second-Class Wizard Medal for its discovery.
  • Leo assessed reports showing that more mech units were appearing each day and that their numbers were increasing.
  • Leo subdued a group of Water Marsh People, turned their surviving level-two member into a puppet, and learned that the God of the Ocean had told them to lie low until the wizard army was driven back.
  • Leo ordered the puppet to take him to records of its civilization and followed it for three days to an underwater tribal cave.
  • The Water Marsh Person explained the cave’s inscriptions, which described the Creator God, the five great gods, and their legends.

Ch. 536Expedition to Marsh World (14)

Leo uncovered God's Dwelling at Marsh World's easternmost point and discovered that the World Lords were using it to teleport a Mecha army into Marsh World. He contacted Interstellar Wanderer and summoned reinforcements, but the three World Lords saw that Leo was alone and prepared to attack him.

  • Leo found wall records identifying God's Dwelling and the site of the divine manifestation as likely locations of the spatial rift, then told Interstellar Wanderer.
  • Leo ordered the wizard army to search Marsh World's myths and records, and their findings placed God's Dwelling in the east, where daylight never faded.
  • Leo traveled east and searched the sea with Yaoyao's shadows until he sensed powerful spatial fluctuations near a small island.
  • Leo exposed the World Lords' hiding place, contacted Interstellar Wanderer, and called the wizard army for reinforcements.
  • The three World Lords emerged from God's Dwelling, revealing a Mecha army and a spatial rift to Mecha World; when they found Leo was alone, Yaliso urged them to kill him.

Ch. 537Expedition to Marsh World (15)

Leo escaped Heliao and Heritos, then used their pursuit to return to God's Dwelling and kill Yaliso. He reached the spatial rift and began searching for a way to close it before the Level-Five World Lords returned.

  • Leo activated his Earth Giant bloodline and fled after Heliao and Heritos's attacks tore through his defenses and grazed his arm.
  • Leo lured the two Level-Five World Lords several thousand kilometers away while Yaoyao anchored a shadow teleportation point.
  • Leo vanished from Heliao and Heritos's pursuit, then used the brief opening to return to God's Dwelling.
  • Leo overwhelmed Yaliso with thirteen domains, tore out his heart, and stored his corpse in his wizard ring.
  • Leo crushed the mechs near the spatial rift with his Gravity Domain and inspected the rift for a way to close it.

Ch. 538Expedition to the Marsh World (16)

Leo stole the Water Element Essence and closed the spatial rift, but a World Lord-class mecha reopened it and trapped him inside God's Dwelling. He escaped through a shadow anchor point and ordered the wizard army to teleport in before the World Tree-controlled World Lords could overwhelm them.

  • Leo collected the Water Element Essence from the altar, causing the spatial rift to begin healing.
  • Heritos and Heliao returned and discovered that Leo had killed Yaliso and taken the Water Element Essence.
  • A red level-four World Lord-class mecha punched the Earth Giant through the spatial rift and tore the nearly healed rift open again.
  • Leo escaped God's Dwelling through a shadow anchor point and told Yaoyao that World Lords controlled by the World Tree had thwarted his plan.
  • Leo contacted the Interstellar Wanderer and ordered the mothership to teleport as much of the wizard army as possible to the Marsh World.

Ch. 539Expedition to the Marsh World (17)

Leo and Yaoyao watched the mecha army gather while Leo waited for reinforcements, and Interstellar Wanderer arrived with a vast wizard force. The two armies launched an all-out battle across the sea, leaving the Water Marsh People overwhelmed.

  • Heritos and Heliao opened the small plane of God's Dwelling and deployed millions of mechas, including a powerful red level-four mecha, while Leo stayed out of reach.
  • Leo admired the red mecha and discussed combining mechas with wizard formations with Yaoyao.
  • Interstellar Wanderer arrived, followed by more than two million wizards, twenty million slaves, and over a thousand star warships.
  • Interstellar Wanderer ordered his forces to kill every enemy, and the wizard army and mecha army exchanged devastating attacks.
  • Heritos and Heliao sent about a hundred thousand Water Marsh People into the battle, but the slave army quickly wiped them out.

Ch. 540Expedition to the Marsh World (18)

Leo fought the red level-four mech while the Interstellar Wanderer held off Heritos and Heliao, and the wizard army pinned down the mech forces. Leo left the mech dismantled into its original components as the battle around the spatial rift continued.

  • The Interstellar Wanderer engaged Heritos and Heliao, drawing their battle away from the small plane while Leo was tasked with dealing with the red level-four mech and closing the rift.
  • The Interstellar Wanderer kept the two Level-Five World Lords occupied, while the wizard army trapped the smaller mech force near the small plane's entrance.
  • Leo activated his Stigmata True Body and Earth Giant bloodline, then struck the red level-four mech and sent it crashing into the sea.
  • The mech fired lasers and attacked Leo with its greatsword, but Leo endured the barrage, severed both of its arms, and stored them with its weapons in Shadow Space.
  • Leo battered the mech until its systems failed, then dismantled it into its original components.

Ch. 541Expedition to the Marsh World (19)

Leo fought off the Mecha World’s forces and tried to close the spatial rift, but a branch of the World Tree emerged from the ruined city and reached his forehead. The chapter ended with Leo facing an immediate threat from the World Tree.

  • Leo dismantled a level-four mech, captured its pilot, and destroyed the control fiber in his spine without sensing the World Tree’s will.
  • Leo crushed incoming mechs with his Gravity Domain and collected about twenty drops of water element essence before the spatial rift began to heal.
  • A laser mech tore open the nearly healed rift, but Leo dragged it through, destroyed its control center, and killed its pilot.
  • As the rift neared closure again, a branch of the World Tree erupted beneath the city across the rift and sent an afterimage toward Leo.
  • The World Tree’s slender branch stopped just short of piercing the Earth Giant’s forehead.

Ch. 542Expedition to Marsh World (20)

The World Tree halted the battle in Marsh World and demanded that Leo’s forces leave, but Leo persuaded it to wait because the world was intended to become a battlefield in the war between Wizard World and the Returning Breath World Cluster. The World Tree agreed not to intervene and offered Leo help in future danger, leaving him to consider its terms.

  • The World Tree appeared through a spatial rift and pressed a branch against Leo’s forehead, freezing the battle and terrifying both armies.
  • Leo entered his mental space and heard the World Tree demand that the wizards leave Marsh World.
  • Leo explained that Marsh World had been selected as a battlefield in the coming war between Wizard World and the Returning Breath World Cluster, and warned that the Supreme Lords might oppose the World Tree’s occupation.
  • The World Tree accepted Leo’s account, agreed not to intervene in the war, and dismissed the destruction of its mechas as insignificant.
  • The World Tree offered to teleport troops to Leo if he faced danger, using the branch fused into his staff to locate him, and Leo asked what conditions it wanted.

Ch. 543Expedition to Marsh World (21)

Leo drove the World Tree from Marsh World and returned with Yaoyao to God's Dwelling, where he explained that the World Tree might seek to use him to find more worlds. As the wizard army continued its conquest, Leo left to bring in the mothership while Interstellar Wanderer fought Heritos and Heliao.

  • The World Tree withdrew from Marsh World after agreeing to a verbal cooperation arrangement with Leo, and the spatial rift closed.
  • Leo escaped with Yaoyao as the remaining beings recovered from the World Tree's terrifying presence, and Interstellar Wanderer berated Heritos and Heliao before their battle resumed.
  • Leo and Yaoyao noticed that a shadow had been removed from Shadow Space and that a new rope had appeared on the soul statue in Shadow World.
  • Leo told Yaoyao he suspected the World Tree wanted him to locate valuable worlds and said he was willing to cooperate in exchange for protection.
  • Leo watched Interstellar Wanderer hold off Heritos and Heliao, taunted the two World Lords, then left to bring the mothership and their forces to the battlefield.

Ch. 544Expedition to the Marsh World (22)

Leo searched the Marsh World's God's Dwelling, collecting rare creatures for the Shadow Space, then used two motherships' main cannons to attack Heliao during the battle against the World Lords. As the cannon beam closed in, Leo transformed into an Earth Giant and unleashed thirteen domains to keep Heliao from escaping.

  • Leo ordered both motherships to teleport to the battlefield while he and Yaoyao explored the God's Dwelling and found rare, endangered creatures.
  • Leo and Yaoyao collected creatures, including Red Tai Fish, and moved them into the Shadow Space to breed.
  • After Luoluojia reported the motherships' arrival, Leo ordered their main cannons to charge and taunted Heritos and Heliao during their fight with Interstellar Wanderer.
  • Leo told Interstellar Wanderer to hold Heliao in place, then secretly ordered both fully charged cannons to target Heliao.
  • Interstellar Wanderer used Starlight Lockdown Greater Witchcraft, but Heritos broke it and Heliao prepared to dodge the cannon beam.
  • Leo transformed into an Earth Giant and activated thirteen domains beneath Heliao, consuming most of his mana as the attack approached.

Ch. 545Expedition to the Marsh World (23)

Leo and Interstellar Wanderer killed Heliao by redirecting the motherships’ main cannon beams, then fought Heritos as he burned his life to invoke a curse using the Marsh World’s rules. Leo joined the battle to stop the curse, but Heritos continued chanting despite severe injuries as the two wizards battered him.

  • Thirteen domains briefly hindered Heliao, and Leo redirected a mothership’s main cannon beam so it struck him from behind while Interstellar Wanderer trapped him in a starlight cage.
  • Two mothership main cannon beams engulfed Heliao, killing him and leaving Leo to collect his remains.
  • Heritos burned his life and drew on the Marsh World’s power to curse Interstellar Wanderer and Leo, driving Interstellar Wanderer back before he regained the advantage.
  • Leo realized Heritos’s curse could kill him, rushed into the level-five battle, and fired Nuclear Fusion Grand Witchcraft at Heritos.
  • Heritos shattered Leo’s attack with a headbutt and continued the curse despite losing half his face, so Leo unleashed thirteen domains and joined Interstellar Wanderer in beating him nearly to a skeleton.

Ch. 546Expedition to the Marsh World (24)

Leo and the Interstellar Wanderer killed Heritos, ending the Marsh World's last World Lord threat, then agreed to slow the conquest by capturing survivors. Leo planned to use the return voyage to evolve his Shadow Space and sent Yaoyao to retrieve abandoned mechas for a wizard army.

  • The Interstellar Wanderer erased Heritos with Starlight Fall Greater Witchcraft, stopping his curse just before it could kill them.
  • Leo recovered from his injuries, and the Interstellar Wanderer raised his share of the expedition's net profits from twenty to thirty percent.
  • Leo and the Interstellar Wanderer ordered their forces to capture Water Marsh People alive and prolong the conquest after the World Lords had been killed.
  • Leo assessed the Marsh World and Mecha World corpses he had collected, then decided to evolve the Shadow Space during the twenty-five-year journey back to the Wizard World.
  • Yaoyao urged Leo to seize the abandoned mecha armies, and Leo sent him with academy wizards and Gulu Beasts to bring back as many machines as possible.

Ch. 547Expedition to Marsh World (End)

Leo transformed Shadow Space into a thriving habitat for rare fish, then spent years studying Marsh World's mechs and developing wizard-improved designs. As the expedition wound down, the Interstellar Wanderer opened a spatial passage so Wizard World merchants could remove the enormous number of captives and pay with energy crystals.

  • Leo poured Water Element Essence into Shadow Space's lake and adjusted its rules so the rare fish, including the fire-dependent Red Tai Fish, could thrive.
  • Leo planted available rare varieties and planned to turn Shadow Space into a collection of precious materials and species.
  • Leo spent a year mastering level 1-3 mechs and four more years studying level 4 mechs, then developed improved designs that could greatly increase their strength.
  • Leo created miniature nuclear fusion generators for wizard-operated mechs but stopped after establishing the theoretical foundation for others to develop.
  • Leo ordered the captives transferred because they were consuming the ocean's food, and the Interstellar Wanderer opened a spatial passage for Wizard World merchants to take them away.
  • The merchants moved the captives in batches, easing pressure on the expeditionary army while bringing energy crystals aboard the mothership.

Ch. 548Blue Dragon Bloodline Stigmata Wizard

After a long expedition to the Marsh World, Leo returned to the Wizard World with wealth, captured mechas, and a battle-hardened Gulu Beast army. Back at his demiplane, he learned that a neighboring academy had appeared in the former territory of the Black Skull Stigmata Wizard, and its name astonished him.

  • Leo and Interstellar Wanderer ended the expedition after capturing the Marsh World's remaining captives and returned through the spatial passage with fourteen million surviving Gulu Beasts.
  • Leo kept the mechas Yaoyao had seized, compensated wizards whose battle merits had been taken, and received his share of the expedition's profits.
  • During the return journey, Leo's Shadow Space began evolving with the corpses of four World Lords inside it.
  • Twenty-five years later, Leo returned to his demiplane and asked Meng Jie about the academy's progress.
  • Meng Jie reported that the academy had improved its Official Wizard promotion rate, begun saving money, and lost access to resources in the former Black Skull territory because a new academy had been established there.
  • Meng Jie named the new institution the Blue Dragon Bloodline Stigmata Wizard Academy, and Leo reacted with disbelief.

Ch. 549Orders and a century

After returning from his expedition, Leo learned about a powerful Body Refinement Wizard neighbor, reviewed the war against the Returning Breath World Cluster, and received orders to join the fighting in a century. He began studying the enemy and the battlefield intelligence while cautiously establishing contact with Blue Dragon Bloodline.

  • Meng Jie told Leo that Blue Dragon Bloodline Stigmata Wizard had founded a neighboring academy, and Leo placed his mecha research and equipment in the academy library with steep exchange prices.
  • Leo learned from the Fate Wizard Book that Blue Dragon Bloodline belonged to Bloodline Controller Supreme Lord, chose to stay neutral, and sent him a brief congratulatory message.
  • Leo spoke with Beast Blood Boiling, who estimated that Leo had about a century before deployment and sent him intelligence on the war's casualties, forces, and rotation strategy.
  • Blue Dragon Bloodline contacted Leo about coordinating their academies over their Wizard Apprentices, and Leo agreed in principle before ending the conversation.
  • Three years after returning, Leo received orders to join the war in one hundred years with at least 30% of his forces and began studying detailed intelligence about the Returning Breath World Cluster.

Ch. 550World cluster war (1)

After a century of recuperation and study, Leo ended his leave and led an army to Mothership No. 118 for the war against the Returning Breath World Cluster. There, he joined a team of powerful Stigmata Wizards who recognized his formidable strength.

  • Leo memorized intelligence about the war, including the forces on both sides, and continued studying his Stigmata powers until his century of recuperation ended.
  • Leo praised the academy’s progress, including Hu Jianxing’s advancement to a Level-Two Mecha Wizard, and agreed to let him join the war.
  • Leo received orders to depart and took seven million Gulu Beasts and forty thousand academy wizards through teleportation to Mothership No. 118.
  • Leo met the Purple-Gold Vine Stigmata Great Wizard, the Soul-Devouring Seal Stigmata Great Wizard, his former master Interstellar Wanderer, and the Boiling Blood Tyrant Body Stigmata Wizard.
  • Interstellar Wanderer revealed Leo’s past victories, while the other Stigmata Wizards recognized that Leo was far stronger than an ordinary Level Four wizard.
