The Last God
Arjuna, the great hero of the India mythology Mahabharata, is a divinely ordained hero. The Mahabharata is a magnificent and splendid story that brings together various heroes of India, but it is no exaggeration to say that Arjuna is the central figure.
But no matter what, it's still somewhat unbelievable that Arjuna has become like this. Ritsuka had seen Arjuna in Singularity before, and they even fought side by side in Chaldea.
"No, that's Arjuna? He was the last god after the disappearance of the gods in the India Lostbelt? He wasn't even a god, was he?"
Ritsuka immediately uttered a sound of incomprehension, and Parvati also frowned, but within Arjuna's body, she truly sensed the divine nature and power of Shiva.
"I see. Indeed, if it were Arjuna, it's quite possible he could have accomplished all of this. But..."
Bai Mo understood perfectly. If an entity could devour and assimilate all the gods in India mythology, then Arjuna certainly possessed that capability.
His identity is very special: first, he is the son of Indra, and through asceticism he can receive the help of his father; second, Krishna Vishnu close friend. With the support of these two, other gods are not to be feared.
Shiva, the god of asceticism, can be moved by his asceticism, and Shiva has a good relationship with Vishnu. As for Brahma... he probably doesn't care. With the help of Indra, the king of gods, and Vishnu, an avatar of Krishna, the other gods are basically no problem.
But it's unlikely that Arjuna would do such a thing, because according to mythological accounts, he was a rather passive hero who needed someone to push him along.
"Don't just stand there, this guy's charging towards us."
Bai Mo immediately snapped everyone out of their daze. The Arjuna before them was clearly not the hero who had fought alongside Ritsuka and the others, but a deity.
If this deity were to launch an attack, Bai Mo couldn't guarantee that everyone present would survive the aftermath of their battle.
"Wait, Brother Bai, let me negotiate with him. We're not in a life-or-death situation with the Lostbelt."
Ritsuka volunteered and then released her past memories through the Raven Runes. Everyone stared intently at the raven, as if a ship lost at Dahai had spotted a lighthouse.
Arjuna, standing atop Vimana, didn't even glance at the raven flying towards him; he simply stared at Parvati, his tone as flat as a machine reading a prepared script.
"Why is there also the aura of other India deities... the Parvati goddess?"
The raven landed on his arm, but in Arjuna's eyes, it seemed as if there was nothing there at all. As the Raven Runes transformed into a streak of light, Arjuna received the message transmitted by Ritsuka.
Having experienced the Fifth Singularity, they were subsequently summoned to Chaldea and fought side by side.
"Arjuna, perhaps you don't know, but I've always firmly believed that we are partners who share life and death! Arjuna, you should know whether these memories are true or false, so if you're going to fight, please read these before you fight!"
Ritsuka's words were incredibly persuasive, but Arjuna he was talking to, remained completely expressionless, which made Ritsuka feel somewhat awkward.
"Arjuna, are you going to ignore all these things from the past?"
As Ritsuka spoke these words, Arjuna closed his eyes, his voice remaining completely devoid of emotion.
"They're all... trivial matters."
Upon hearing Arjuna's words, Ritsuka's expression froze. She had poured her heart out, and now he was telling her, "It's all trivial stuff, huh?"
You're finished! This Gudako is petty, but I'll definitely torture you properly when I get back to Chaldea!
Before she could finish speaking, a large hand grabbed Ritsuka Bai Mo, as if carrying a roll of leather, carried her at full speed toward Shadow Border.
"Get in the car quickly, you'll be in danger if a fight breaks out."
At this moment, Bai Mo couldn't care less about the summoning circle he was only halfway through; the enemy was already in front of him. Now, he could only quickly have Ritsuka board the Shadow Border for Imaginary Number Dive.
The thing Arjuna was gathering power in his hand was in a very bad way in every sense.
"Wait, Brother Bai, where are the seniors?"
Ritsuka looked around but couldn't see any of the A-Team members. She immediately shouted in a panic, while Bai Mo replied irritably, "They got on the bus the moment you were trying to persuade Arjuna."
I don't understand what you're insisting on. That Arjuna clearly acting strangely; he's even ignoring Karna.
"What did you say? So none of you think I can convince that guy?" A hint of relief flashed in Ritsuka's eyes, but her expression was one of grief and indignation.
After all that, these seniors never expected to be able to persuade him. That Arjuna, I'll have to give you a good beating when we get back!
"Alright, at least you bought some time."
Bai Mo's words did not lessen the grief and indignation on Ritsuka's face. She quickly shoved her through the car window, and Karna, inside, pulled Ritsuka back. Upon seeing Karna, Ritsuka asked with some confusion:
"What's wrong with you, my nemesis? And Karna, aren't you being a little too calm by ignoring Arjuna?"
"A warrior should clearly see the target of his arrow and understand what will happen after the arrow is shot. If I go to fight Arjuna now, it will only put you, Master, in danger."
Normally I would have gone without hesitation, but now I am your Servant.
The hero who offered alms looked out the window and whispered, "And I believe... Mr. Bai Mo."
"Ugh, Karna, you're so much better. I'm going to give Arjuna a good talking-to when we get back. We wasted so many kinds of fire on him, and now he says our experiences are all trivial."
Ritsuka put on a crying face, while on the other side, Bai Mo pushed Shadow Border far away, then took a deep breath and immediately began to calculate Arjuna's attack in her mind.
Shadow Border needs about five seconds to enter Imaginary Number Dive, and judging from the opponent's power fluctuations, it only has about a thousandth of a second left before it can unleash its power.
The thing Arjuna held was extremely strange and terrifying. Bai Mo had no doubt that it could directly cover the entire Lostbelt. Therefore, he had to at least buy Ritsuka time to complete their Imaginary Number Dive.
With this thought in mind, the Armor of Hell covered it, and the sharp Blade of Hell resembled the fangs and claws of a wild beast. Bai Mo unleashed all his power, merging the Triple War God into one.
Arjuna's energy transformed into a sharp sword piercing the sky, its tip invisible from afar. Bai Mo also soared into the sky, like a rising star.
"Maha Pralaya!" (The Maha Pralaya)
The sword tip collided with the fist, and the entire world was engulfed by the light of their collision in that instant; time seemed to stand still.
And on the summoning circle that was used for summoning before, the summoning circle that should have been interrupted and stopped started to operate automatically at some point, and a beautiful figure appeared.
