Ch. 1Martial Soul Awakening

Six-year-old Xu Qing, a transmigrant living in the Dragon King era, entered Red Mountain Academy for his Martial Soul Awakening, anxious that his ordinary parents’ weak Martial Souls meant he might have no Soul Power. The awakening began, and the Spirit Transmitter detected that Xu Qing had associated Soul Power.

  • Xu Qing worried about his Martial Soul Awakening while his mother, Tang Xue, tried to comfort him despite her own and Xu Yan’s ordinary Martial Souls.

  • The Spirit Transmitter saw a white light shine from Xu Qing’s lower abdomen and recognized that he had associated Soul Power.

Ch. 2Twin Martial Souls?

  • Xu Qing's awakening caused him intense pain as golden scales appeared and he absorbed all the female Spirit Transmitter's Soul Power.
  • Xu Qing manifested Blue Silver Grass, and the female Spirit Transmitter suspected he had twin martial souls because of the earlier signs.
  • Xu Qing could not sense a second martial soul, and the female Spirit Transmitter's examination detected only one.
  • The female Spirit Transmitter tested Xu Qing and found he had level-three innate Soul Power.

Ch. 6The problem of using his cheat

Xu Qing considered how to use his parallel-Earth cheat to develop his Blue Silver Grass Martial Soul, but worried that zombies and a lack of primordial energy could thwart his plans. At the Soul Master class, he recognized Tang Wulin but chose not to approach him.

  • Xu Qing rejected becoming an Evil Soul Master and reasoned that he might cultivate Blue Silver Grass by spreading it across the parallel Earth and gathering its faith.
  • Xu Qing worried that the parallel Earth’s zombies could be especially dangerous in major cities and that the world might lack the energy needed for Blue Silver Grass to become Soul Beasts.
  • Tang Xue brought Xu Qing to the academy gates, reminded him to study hard, and left.

  • Xu Qing opened his eyes after breaking through to rank six Soul Power.

Ch. 16The night market, cultivation through division

After school, he asked Tang Wulin to forge a huge chopping saber for him, while he planned how to face the zombie on his next return.

  • Xu Qing probed an ordinary crystal core with his Spiritual Power, and a destructive force invaded his mind until the Five-Clawed Golden Dragon drove it away.
  • Xu Qing passed out, and a faint golden light covered him as golden scales grew on his neck and arms and his body strengthened.
