Background / History
Foundation
Gu Yuan revealed to Spirit Hall’s leaders that Douluo Star and the Divine Realm were insignificant planes within the much greater Myriad Heavens and Myriad Worlds. He promised to take those who cultivated diligently with him when he eventually departed. In response, Bibi Dong proposed a dedicated organization named Myriad Worlds, where they could discuss the wider realms and gather further information from him 10 11.
Her proposal received unanimous support. Bibi Dong went to consult Gu Yuan, while the Worship Hall and Elder Hall began arranging personnel to organize information and devise plans. The organization was established while Spirit Hall also prepared for the political consequences of destroying the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan’s expedition 12.
Development and Recruitment
Bibi Dong brought Gu Yuan’s explanations back to Qian Daoliu and the others for recording and compilation. By the time Gu Yuan introduced Ah Yin to the wider realms, he regarded the organization’s accumulated information as a means for her to understand them after reaching Spirit City 13 16.
Qian Daoliu subsequently took an active role in developing the organization. He and Bibi Dong formulated a broader strategy: unite the Douluo World, then select outstanding talents to accompany Gu Yuan into the wider realms. Gu Yuan approved their plan 22.
After Huyan Zhen pledged the Elephant Armor Sect’s allegiance to Spirit Hall, Gu Yuan instructed Bibi Dong to appoint him as a full elder and grant him an opportunity to join Myriad Worlds. Ning Fengzhi’s interest was immediately drawn to the organization, prompting him to ask what it was 28.
