• A group of four exhausted humans followed a strange sound through the caves and fell into a vast underground chamber.
• The humans saw the ratmen’s tower and a wave of aberrant rats led by upright ratmen, then died as the bell tolled.
• The Skaven Ratmen built their tower to answer the being that granted them intelligence, and the bell had tolled nine times so far.
• Over the following years, the bell tolled eleven times as the rats evolved into increasingly humanlike, cunning Skaven Ratmen.

After years of fighting humans, the Skaven Ratmen completed their final evolution, founded an empire, and named their ruined wilderness city their capital. Shen Hui watched the race’s history unfold and considered creating its god, the Great Horned Rat, but judged the Death World too weak to support him.

• Francis joined a Foundation task force and Miskatonic School investigators as they discovered the ratmen and clashed with them, prompting a human campaign that became a prolonged war.
• The Skaven Ratmen grew in number, developed technology and magic, and learned to survive beyond the Land of New Life, frustrating humanity’s efforts to eliminate them.

He learned that a large auction was planned for a shipment returning from the Chaos Forbidden Domain, though its location had not yet been announced.

The cultists mistook the attention for favor, and after Shen Hui’s enforcer explained his place in the organization, the ritual ended and the high priestess faced a dilemma over distributing the Titan God’s power.

• The Titan God’s gaze fixed on Shen Hui, and he realized it was anger over his having devoured the god’s divinity, not favor.

• Sky Tentacle’s evolution promoted its quality to Saint Ascension, breaking the world’s rules, unlocking the divinity lock, and granting the Death World the Heart of Divinity.

After their Creation Worlds collapsed, Shen Hui summoned the Father of Sharks, leaving the White Night members barely alive and unprotected.

The Lord of Night invited Shen Hui to join the Red Night Organization, offering his support and resources while warning him that the White Night Organization might retaliate. Shen Hui agreed on the condition that he could leave at any time and receive an invitation to the upcoming underground auction.

Shen Hui and Leng Zimeng were confronted by candidates for Lord of Night, whom Shen Hui defeated without using his Creation World. The Third Elder arrived to deliver resources promised by the Lord of Night and revealed that Shen Hui had been invited to join the Red Night Organization.

• The candidates mocked Leng Zimeng for saying the Lord of Night had invited Shen Hui, then tried to attack him as they left.

Shen Hui received resources from the Red Night Organization and chose a special card that could help him create an immortal Hero based on SCP-682. After learning he was only a free agent with a minimum resource allocation, he headed for the lounge, unaware that the other preselected candidates planned to use his reputation as a shield.

• Leng Zimeng explained how the Red Night Organization distributed resources, and the Third Elder gave Shen Hui potions, basic cards, and coordinates for three Unclaimed Creation Worlds.

A black vortex then opened in the Death World, but Shen Hui’s forces destroyed the enormous claws reaching through it before the creature behind them could emerge.

• Shen Hui detailed 682’s Undying and Indestructible nature and his ability to evolve his form and gain new powers.
• The creation of 682 drew on all the world origin power and resonated with the will of the Death World.
