Tuoji City called in Arkham, the Esoteric Order of Dagon, and the Foundation after losing contact with a town where Pestilence and an Abomination urban legend had appeared. Inside the town, a strange plague doctor confronted a resident and identified the resident’s young daughter as another case of “Pestilence.”

• Tuoji City raised its alert and requested support from Arkham, the Esoteric Order of Dagon, and the Foundation.
• Arkham sent its Magic Energy squad, while the Esoteric Order of Dagon and the Foundation dispatched potion masters and a Mobile Task Force.
