Ming Xin first encounters Chaos-like conditions after awakening as the Slaughter Buddha Seal within the severely polluted core of the Western ley lines. The surrounding deep gray-black expanse is saturated with chaotic demonic energy that erodes his Buddha light and threatens to annihilate him within three hundred Primordial days 1. His survival begins with the construction of an unstable Buddha-Demon Balance Field, using Slaughter origin, nirvana Buddhist light, and trace environmental demonic energy 1.

As Ming Xin develops the Five Elements Great Dao, he recognizes Chaos as the source to which reversed Five Elements return. This insight becomes central to his cultivation path and the completion of the Chaos Five Elements Pagoda divine ability 18 26 33.

After attaining the Primordial Limitless Grand Unity Golden Immortal realm, Ming Xin enters Chaos directly. Rather than being immediately assimilated, he repels its currents through Primordial Unity Dao resonance, scans its exposed law fragments, and discovers the Myriad Star Ancestor Tree, a Mid-grade Chaos Spirit Root 73. His prolonged journey through the realm deepens his Dao foundation and raises his cultivation to the Third Heaven Peak 74.

Chaos remains both a route between worlds and a recurring survival trial. Ming Xin crosses it to reach the Myriad Worlds, returns through it to the Primordial World, and later re-enters the Endless Chaos Sea to recruit allies against the Epoch Tribulation 75 105 113. After the Origin Resonator's release and the Seeker's self-annihilation, he is cast into a chaotic law-ridden interstice, where he survives only through the Key frequency's residual anchor 268.
