Dath'Remar's lieutenant led 10,000 Highborne troops to the front lines.

He then told Daren Theron and Snyder Ryan everything that had happened at the camp.

"I have temporarily brought order back into control of the camp, and all the gaps in the defenses have been filled."

"Upon receiving Troll' renewed attack, I led my troops here," said Dath'Remar's lieutenant.

"Yes, you did a good job," Daren Theron nodded and said.

"When are we going to attack those Forest Troll?" Dath'Remar's lieutenant asked.

His eyes were now burning with rage; he was consumed by anger and guilt.

"Our mission is to defend against the Forest Troll here," Daren Theron said.

Daren Theron's words were like a bucket of cold water, completely chilling Dath'Remar's lieutenant.

"Now is not the time to attack; we know nothing about the Forest Troll."

"A hasty attack would only result in our Warrior sacrificing their lives in vain."

"So what we need to do now is hold our ground and send out sentries to scout out the Forest Troll ' movements."

"So you understand?" Daren Theron's words calmed the Dath'Remar's lieutenant down, though it was clear he was barely suppressing his anger.

But just a spark could reignite the anger he had been suppressing.

"Understood, we will obey your orders now."

After speaking, Dath'Remar's adjutant temporarily handed over command of the troops to Daren Theron.

"But sir, if the Forest Troll attack again, you cannot stop us from our revenge."

Dath'Remar's lieutenant stated his terms.

"Sure, if the Forest Troll attack again, we'll make them pay."

Daren Theron made a promise to Dath'Remar's lieutenant.

"Now you lead your Warrior to take over the Hand of the Bright Moon," Daren Theron commanded.

Upon receiving the order, Dath'Remar's adjutant led the troops to carry out the mission.

"Lord Snyder, please have all the Hand of the Bright Moon withdraw."

"After all, you are an ally we invited here, so let us handle these matters."

"Now that the adjutant has brought sufficient manpower, you can withdraw the Hand of the Bright Moon."

Daren Theron said respectfully to Snyder.

Daren Theron's words were partly intended to persuade the Hand of the Bright Moon to withdraw and rest, since the Highborne soldiers would have suffered even greater casualties without their help.

Another reason is that they don't want the Highborne to owe too many Eternal Elves favors; favors are the hardest to repay, and if they're too many now, they'll never be able to repay them later.

"Alright, now that you have enough manpower, I'll take my men and go rest."

After Snyder finished speaking, he instructed the guards beside him to inform all the Hand of the Bright Moon to go and rest.

Snyder understood that Daren Theron was doing this to avoid owing too many favors, so he went along with it and accepted Daren Theron's suggestion.

After gathering all the Hand of the Bright Moon, Snyder led his team down to rest.

After Daren Snyder the Hand of the Bright Moon away, Daren Theron continued Theron direct his troops in repairing defenses.

The Shadow Hunter who escaped from the Highborne camp are beginning to approach the original camp of Kaostin.

Instead of heading to the harassment force as originally planned, he returned to his original camp in Kaostin.

He wanted to try his luck here, hoping to run into Kaostin.

The Shadow Hunter moved swiftly through the shadows, leaping over tall trees as he made his way to his destination.

He discovered the footprints of other Forest Troll in the forest, and he followed the footprints to find the other Forest Troll.

Finally, the Shadow Hunter found Kaostin and his gang resting in a forest.

The Shadow Hunter removed his shadow disguise and entered Kaostin's makeshift camp.

The Forest Troll, who were hiding in the forest on lookout, did not stop him from entering when they saw that he was Shadow Hunter from their own tribe.

The Shadow Hunter found Kaostin resting among a group of Forest Troll.

"General," the Shadow Hunter said, walking up to Kaostin, who was resting with his eyes closed.

"What's wrong?" Kaostin opened his eyes and looked at him.

"Didn't I tell you to go harass the troops and wait for Bandersson's orders after you finished your mission? Why are you back?"

Kaostin recognized them from their clothing as members of his Shadow Hunter squad.

"My lord, we have completed our mission. We disrupted the elves' supply lines, killed a Highborne, and another was poisoned by the daggers we used; he won't survive without the antidote," the Shadow Hunter said.

"Oh, they sent you to report to me."

"You've done a good job. Your meddling will surely throw the elves into chaos."

"Losing supplies and top leadership gives us a significant advantage."

Kaostin was delighted to hear of the Shadow Hunter's success, as it would greatly increase the Forest Troll 'Shadow Hunter advantage.

"Alright, you can go and rest now."

"Someone, let our hero get some rest."

Just as Kaostin was about to have someone take the Shadow Hunter to rest, the Shadow Hunter suddenly knelt down on one knee.

"General Kaostin! Because of my negligence, all my teammates and the captain, except for those who retreated first, were killed by the elves!"

"Shadow Hunter shouted, unable to control his emotions, tears began to fall," he said.

Kaostin heard the Shadow Hunter' words, he was taken aback for a moment, but then showed no further emotion.

"Stand up! No one survives on the battlefield."

"We are Warrior, and this day will come sooner or later for us!"

"Warrior battlefield is our final resting place!"

"You're still young! They chose to let you live, and you need to understand that! From this moment on, your life no longer belongs to yourself, but to your captain! Your seniors! Your teammates!"

"Got it, kid?!" Kaostin yelled at the Shadow Hunter.

The Shadow Hunter was clearly not yet convinced and still seemed somewhat dazed.

"Kid, you're still young. Everyone has impulsive moments. You need to learn from your mistakes and think things through more before you act."

"Your predecessors taught you lessons learned through blood; you need to understand that, do you?"

"Alright, go and rest for a while, you're tired too."

Kaostin patted the Shadow Hunter on the shoulder, signaling him to go and rest.

The Shadow Hunter had to process this on his own; it was his first time on the battlefield, and this incident made it completely different from what he had initially imagined.

"This is the head of the elven high command, and proof of our actions."

The Shadow Hunter retrieved the old nobleman's head and handed it to Kaostin.

After finishing, he went to rest. Kaostin looked at the elf's head and a plan came to mind.

"Someone come here!"
