During the Short Horn Star’s journey, the Boneless Bird scavengers attacked to seize Kerlodd, and Han Xiao and the players repelled them after discovering DarkStar had hired the gang.

• Han Xiao searched the Somar Desert for the missing Hannes, then returned without finding him as Bennett warned him about the Inhumans and Goddoran investigators.
• Han Xiao established his own faction plans and prepared to leave Planet Aquamarine, while Long Sky and other players advanced through the tournament and Frenzied Saber rose to prominence.
• Kerlodd’s spaceship crashed in a snowy mountain range, and Han Xiao defeated him, stole his communicator, and forced him to lend money for passage off the planet.
• Han Xiao told Bennett that the Mutation Disaster would strike in two or three years, invited Hila and Aurora to leave, and gave Hila access to his secret base when she refused.
• Han Xiao announced a combat test for players seeking to join him in space, recruited Frenzied Saber, Hao Tian, Meat Bun Hits Dog, and others, and issued [The Last Stand] to prepare players to defend the Third Sanctuary.

Han Xiao established the Black Star Mercenary Group, then brought it to Sunil to fight the Calamity and pursue the Sunil storyline. The Tide ended, but Fagorna led a large faction away, while Melos emerged as a hero and Han Xiao left with his reward.

• Han Xiao reached Juberly Hub, bought Advanced Detection Technology, registered as Black Star, and formed the Black Star Mercenary Group with the players.
• Han Xiao recruited players for a defense mission on Sunil, where he unlocked the Ordnance Engineer class through Delphis’s journal and began repairing Sunil armor during the approaching Calamity.
• As the beast tide battered Forest City, Han Xiao helped save soldiers by repairing their armor, while Nivelle died fighting a Thunder Leopard and Reldon survived another assault.
• Han Xiao told Melos he could foresee Sunil’s future, and Melos recovered Delphis’s hidden General-Grade Armor, [Shattered Splitting Light], when the defenses faced a final surge of beasts.
• Melos donned the armor and defeated the Hunter King Beast, helping turn the battle and becoming a hero as the Tide ended.
• Fagorna announced that he and forty percent of the Espers would leave Sunil, then led the independence faction away despite Melos’s attempt to stop him.
• Melos returned to the defensive perimeter and revealed his identity to the soldiers, while Sunil’s leaders publicized him as a hero and Han Xiao collected 16,000 Enas.

Han Xiao brought the Black Star Mercenary Group to Floating Dragon Island to rescue captured Silver Spirit People, but Ames forced him into Dragon Calm’s service. While Han Xiao worked on the island, DarkStar rescued the captives by force, and Han Xiao confronted Ashes as the arc ended.

• Han Xiao warned Melos about DarkStar and Sunil’s dangers, promised to bring Supers to help the planet, and recruited Melos into the Black Star Mercenary Group.
• At Juberly Hub, Han Xiao expanded his faction’s armor offerings, reached Grade B, and partnered with Sky Ring to travel to the Feven Star System.
• Han Xiao and allied mercenaries traced the missing Silver Spirit People to Floating Dragon Island and attacked Paiji’s group to free the captives.
• Ames stopped the mercenaries from escaping, then accepted Han Xiao as her subordinate after he used a message about a mysterious traveler to sway her.

Han Xiao disrupted DarkStar’s operation on Dragon Calm, rescued Aroshia, and secretly obtained the Whispering Bead. DarkStar pursued him and the mercenaries until Ames shattered its mothership, leaving Han Xiao with wider mercenary connections and a new instance on his NPC template.

• Han Xiao exposed the slave market attack, freed the captives, and recruited Aroshia and the Volga Three Brothers.
• Han Xiao impersonated a DarkStar representative to deceive Paiji and obtained the Whispering Bead from Li Ge.
• Han Xiao strengthened himself with Void Dragon marrow and survived Ashes’s ambush until Melos and his companions forced the attackers to retreat.
