Throughout the journey, Jason pretended to have a grudge against Leopold, but Delisha forcibly calmed him down.
During this time, Delisha gave the eight Fiend a brief introduction to the Rhine Clan.
"Delisha Theresa, is there a general direction for your family's migration this time?" a Fiend asked.
"First head northeast to enter the Undead Realm, then east, and then make further plans. The entire journey shouldn't take more than a thousand years."
The internal strife in Bone Dragon Prefecture affected the entire western border of Northbone Prefecture, and heading northeast was the right choice, to which the Fiend had no objections.
Another, more arrogant Fiend asked, "What are the strengths of the Highgod of your Rhine Clan?"
Delisha frowned and said, "Elder Jason and I are both Six-Star Fiend, and there are three other Highgod Refine Divine Spark."
Upon hearing this, the surrounding Fiend immediately became serious. They had originally thought that only Jason, who dared to oppose Leopold, possessed the Six-Star Fiend, but they hadn't expected Delisha to also have considerable strength.
Upon hearing this, Delisha continued, "Furthermore, recently, due to some reasons, we have been clashed with the Green Tree Tribe near our family's territory on several occasions. Considering the possibility of being ambushed during our family's migration, we hope that you can help us wipe out this tribe in the first place. Afterwards, each person will receive 600,000 Nether Stone."
"That's not in the mission description!" Fiend immediately objected.
"This is an optional mission. You can choose not to accept it, as long as you provide protection for our family's base while we are on our way to wipe out the Green Tree Tribe."
In the end, four Fiend agreed to go together.
After communicating with Leopold through their minds, Jason decided that Leopold should not participate in the matter. It would be better to be cautious since bloodline information would inevitably be exposed during the battle. Besides, with a Six-Star Fiend in the Rhine Clan, Jason and Delisha had no worries.
The Rhine Clan's Metallic Airship is now much better than it was back then, and it returned to Jason's long-lost family in less than a month.
The Blue Crystal Cave is still filled with colorful magic crystals, and the Underground Rainbow River still flows endlessly; but Jason is no longer the cautious and timid Midgod he once was.
"Is everything ready?" Delisha inquired about the family's preparations for the relocation.
"The staff have all been gathered back, and all the materials have been packed up and stored away. But what about the monsters we've been raising?" The elders and council members gathered together.
"Kill them all." Delisha waved her hand. Although cautious by nature, the Violet-Eyed Bladewing Fiend's true nature remained tyrannical.
Jason made no comment; after all, this was the Netherworld. Delisha at least gave them a quick death, and there were plenty of perverted and cruel Deity-level in the Netherworld.
These small things should be done within a few days.
"Then, shall we go and wipe out that Green Tree Tribe now?" Delisha suggested.
Jason nodded. "The sooner we finish, the sooner we can set off."
Jason, Delisha, and the four Five-Star Fiend flew together toward the location of the Green Tree Tribe.
"Just the six of us?" a Fiend asked.
"Isn't that enough?" another Fiend joked.
"I'm not afraid of danger, I mean, how about we bring Midgod to clean up the battlefield--"
The Rhine Clan actually hired a bit too many Fiend this time; they only needed to relocate their tribe, yet they brought in so many Fiend. Keep in mind that in the vicinity of Falling Rain City, Five-Star Fiend is already considered a high-level expert.
Delisha said, "This time, we only need to destroy the high-ranking combatants of the Green Tree Tribe. As long as they don't disturb our family's migration, nothing else matters. As for you all, anything we capture during this time is yours."
"Understood," the four Fiend said in unison.
Two Six-Star Fiend leading four Five-Star Fiend could easily take down a tribe.
From afar, the group could already see the symbol of the Green Tree Tribe —a towering giant tree.
A tree that could be called a towering giant in the Netherworld — Jason estimated its height to be at least a thousand meters! Moreover, the trunk of this giant tree was straight, and it appeared quite slender relative to its height.
This tree is not a rare species, but it is extremely old, and all the other trees around it have grown from this giant tree, forming a forest.
Later, this giant tree gained sentience, cultivated itself into Highgod, and gathered the surrounding creatures to establish the Green Tree Tribe in this forest.
"This giant tree is the leader of the Green Tree Tribe, Six-Star Fiend. I'll deal with it." Jason wanted to see if the tree's true form could be used to create Divine Artifact.
There were only two Six-Star Fiend present. Delisha didn't compete, and naturally, the others had no intention of competing either.
Since the group made no attempt to conceal themselves, the other party had naturally reacted immediately.
Six people were flying straight at us!
The leading Highgod, depicted as an old man, said, "Just this many people? What, planning to ambush us?"
Upon hearing this, Jason and the others realized that the other party knew that the Rhine Clan had recruited Fiend.
Jason scanned the group of people in front of him; four of them possessed considerable auras.
The other party arrogantly said, "Hmph, this is Lord Archmonde's subordinate, dispatched to assist my Green Tree Tribe in pacifying the surrounding rebels! Your Rhine Clan will be the first family to be wiped out!"
"What should we do? Should we retreat first and then make a plan?" The four Fiend already sensed that the other party was not to be trifled with, including the leader of the Green Tree Tribe, who was suspected to be a Six-Star Fiend.
"Stop talking nonsense! Leave the four stronger ones to us. You two kill the two weaker ones and disperse the Midgod to assist us!" Jason said confidently to Delisha, "Leave the leader and the one with the strong aura to me."
Wielding the Bloodflame Saber "Weeping Blood," he charged straight ahead.
"You're getting more and more reckless!" Delisha shouted, but still rushed over after him.
Upon seeing this, the four Five-Star Fiend split into two groups and attacked the two weaker Highgod. They planned to put on a show and flee as soon as they realized something was wrong.
The first person to greet Jason was not the Green Tree Tribe chief, but a man holding a halberd.
The sword clashed with the halberd, Jason was thrown back a distance, while the man's face turned deathly pale.
Since Jason's several clones merged, he believed that he had reached the peak of Six-Star Fiend in all aspects, and because of the Soul Defense Divine Artifact, he had an advantage in dealing with powerful people who were good at souls.
The man in front of me specializes in the Edicts of Destruction. His attack just now contained extremely powerful physical and soul attacks. Obviously, his weaknesses are also very obvious. His defense is very poor, especially his soul defense.
Two Six-Star Fiend who did not belong to the Green Tree Tribe seized the opportunity to surround and kill Jason, the one who had stood out.
Jason didn't care. He unleashed his Thunderwing Angel form. Although he hadn't found a way to activate this Divine Beast Bloodline, the Thunderwing Angel's talent was already powerful enough for Highgod. This was Jason's strongest form at the moment. If he could combine his main body and Water Clone, he was confident he could fight against ordinary Seven Star Fiend.
"Arc Flash" unleashed a dozen bolts of lightning around him, and before the astonished eyes of the three Six-Star Fiend, he flashed behind the man wielding the halberd, his longsword slashing down with Weeping Blood.
Sensing the danger from behind, the man hastily retaliated, barely blocking Jason's attack. However, due to the haste, his soul was injured again, and his body was also sent flying.
Just as Jason was about to give chase, a dark figure suddenly darted out from the shadows, and the dagger Final Return with Jason's golden glove, causing both of them to stagger backward.
That was another Six-Star Fiend, and the vivid figure that had been standing where he was instantly disintegrated. This was his ultimate technique: using the Profound Mysteries of Shadow to create a vivid phantom while he hid in the surrounding shadows, waiting for an opportunity to assassinate. The phantom did not move in sync with the real body.
The remaining Six-Star Fiend arrived late, raising Water Element shield to protect its two injured teammates.
Clearly, these three are skilled in attack, defense, and assassination respectively. Their coordinated actions would make it quite difficult for even a typical Seven Star Fiend to defeat them.
"Do you need help?" Delisha asked telepathically. Having just engaged in a brief battle, her speed, which was not fast among Six-Star Fiend, had been blocked by the leader of the Green Tree Tribe.
"No need, you deal with that guy first. I need his tree core to make Divine Artifact!"
Jason is not afraid now. Since he has already decided to leave the Netherworld, it doesn't matter if he reveals a few more of his trump cards.
His pupils shimmered with brilliant colors, and the Water Element Shield in front of him was filled with lines representing "Annihilation" in Jason's vision.
The Six-Star Fiend Water Element demon, still waiting for its teammates to recover from their injuries before launching another attack, was surprised to find that its prized Water Element Shield was suddenly torn apart by a longsword wreathed in blood-red flames, as easily as slicing through a sheet of paper.
"Ah!"
The other two were still focused on recovering from their injuries when they heard their teammate's scream. They looked up and saw a blood-red longsword embedded deep in the skull, and the person holding the sword was also looking at them.
Behind the "Golden Angel," the Water Element Shield shattered, unleashing a torrential downpour that refracted into a seven-colored rainbow.
Without the Water Element Shield to block it, Jason's Arc Flash spread out again.
"He's Quasi-Seven Star Fiend!" The two exclaimed in disbelief. If they had known Jason was this strong, the three of them would have had a chance to escape if they had fought with all their might, instead of being so reckless as to let one of their companions face a Seven Star Fiend alone!
"We are Lord Archmonde's men, spare us!" the two pleaded, back to back, defending themselves.
They had already witnessed Jason's uncanny speed; without a partner specializing in defense, they had no chance of escape.
Jason answered them with his longsword.
He had already realized that although these three were all Six-Star Fiend, their individual strength was not strong, or rather, each of them had a fatal flaw. No matter how powerful their area of expertise was, their respective weaknesses limited them to the peak of Six-Star Fiend, and they were not comparable to Quasi-Seven Star Fiend.
If the three of them had teamed up and gone all out from the start, Jason wouldn't have been able to take them down so quickly. Now, there's no need to waste time with them.
Darkness Element Six-Star Fiend conjured hundreds of phantoms, a number that already reached the threshold of Seven Star Fiend; the six-star Edicts of Destruction Six-Star Fiend hid among its teammates' phantoms, attempting a counterattack.
Jason unleashed his Arc Flash to their maximum extent, shattering numerous phantoms before rapidly swooping down towards the Six-Star Fiend wielding a halberd.
The halberd and the longsword clashed again, and Jason was once again sent flying backward. His face was now completely bloodless, and his body was swaying precariously—his soul defense was not even up to the average level of Six-Star Fiend.
A dagger appeared behind Jason, aiming for the back of Jason head; golden Fate Divine Power flowed around Jason, and the dagger shifted its direction, stabbing towards Jason's left shoulder, leaving a scratch on the Defensive Divine Artifact "Evil Ghost Entanglement".
The Six-Star Fiend, whose main cultivation was destruction, abandoned the black halberd and hurled it directly at Jason.
The feeling of being locked in space made Jason's hair stand on end; he hadn't felt this way in many years. The Weeping Blood Saber remained in front of his chest, and the peak Six-Star Fiend, specializing in attacks, struck with hatred, colliding with the Weeping Blood Saber.
The flames on the blade, which had not yet fully developed into Divine Artifact, were extinguished instantly, and Jason was sent flying by the powerful inertia.
Realizing that the opponent's dying blow might pose a threat to him, Jason instantly switched to his Life Clone dressed in "Frost Chill".
However, the expected follow-up attack did not come. The two Six-Star Fiend turned around and charged towards Delisha.
"Die!"
The two of them actually wanted to kill Delisha before they died.
Delisha and the Green Tree Tribe chief were evenly matched, but now they were caught in a pincer attack and were in grave danger.
Unexpectedly, the old-looking chief of the Green Tree Tribe did not take advantage of the situation to hold Delisha back as expected, but instead turned around and fled underground.
The relationship between them was purely based on mutual benefit; even the descendants of the tribe were not worth risking his life for. Taking advantage of the situation and escaping was the best option.
Jason extended his Arc Flash, attempting to stop the two.
However, it was too late; Delisha had already made contact with the two.
Delisha gritted her teeth. "Damn it, don't make me waste a single drop of Sovereign’s Might on such a trivial matter!"
A crimson greatsword, longer than Delisha's body, swept across with all its might. "Ah!" With two "poof" sounds, the two figures in front of Delisha shattered.
"That's so simple?" Delisha was a little incredulous.
Jason's voice rang out. "Watch out, only one is dead!"
Delisha looked closely and, sure enough, there was only one person's remains. The six-star Darkness Element Six-Star Fiend who was skilled in assassination had disappeared; what had just happened was his illusion!
"Damn it, he escaped." The two quickly scanned their surroundings, but the six-star Darkness Element Six-Star Fiend had vanished without a trace.
Jason, bracing himself against the backlash, used "Annihilation Eye" again, his surroundings enveloped in complex colored lines, but the Six-Star Fiend was nowhere to be seen.
"Damn it, we made a blood feud but didn't kill him, now we're in trouble," Delisha complained. She was always cautious, and this kind of thing made her uneasy.
Jason said to Delisha, "You go back to the Yuan family first and set off immediately. I'll kill that old tree and then join you."
As he spoke, he handed Delisha a Divine Artifact that had been bound to him, to be used as a coordinate for locating her.
"Alright!" Delisha didn't waste any words. If a Six-Star Fiend skilled in assassination were to infiltrate the family, the losses would be immeasurable.
The two Five-Star Fiend reunited with Delisha and flew away. They had already dealt with the other two Highgod of the Green Tree Tribe. One of them was a refined Divine Spark, and the other was Four Star Fiend. They were no match for them.
Jason plunged into the ground and chased after the Green Tree Tribe chief who had run away.
