Mike stared at the club handed to him, its tip still stained with specks of dark red blood. His fingers trembled almost imperceptibly. He took a deep breath, suppressing the churning in his stomach and the intense nausea, and reached out to take the heavy metal club, which seemed to still carry the warmth and screams of the previous victim.

The handle was icy cold to the touch, carrying Lin Feng's body heat. Mike felt a layer of cold sweat instantly break out on his palms.

He gripped his club and walked up to the burly, dark-haired caddie. When the caddie saw it was Mike, a final, desperate glimmer of hope flashed in his eyes. He looked at Mike, his lips trembling, as if he wanted to say something.

But Mike avoided his gaze. He dared not look, afraid he would soften, back down, or... incur Lin Feng's displeasure. All he wanted now was to end this nightmare as soon as possible!

He mimicked Lin Feng's earlier movements, gripping the club with both hands and adopting an unorthodox swing posture. He could feel his arms trembling and his wrists going weak.

"Mike, relax." Lin Feng's voice sounded behind him, calm as if instructing him on how to hit a normal bunker shot. "Just treat it as practicing your chip shot. Keep your wrist steady and your power decisive."

Mike gritted his teeth, closed his eyes, then suddenly opened them, and with all his might, slammed the club down hard on the outstretched hand on the ground! He dared not use a standard swing, fearing he might lose control and kill someone, so he could only use a "smash" method.

"Bang!"

A slightly duller, but equally teeth-grinding, impact sound followed.

"Ah--!!!"

The sturdy, black-haired caddie let out a piercing scream, his body falling backward violently. He clutched his hand, which was instantly swollen and bruised, with his finger bones visibly twisted and deformed, and rolled on the ground howling in pain. Although not as badly injured as the freckled caddie (his bones might not have been completely shattered), he was definitely badly hurt, with several fingers hanging grotesquely.

Mike stood there, gripping his club, his chest heaving, his face deathly pale, and his forehead covered in cold sweat. He looked at the second caddie screaming on the ground, and at his own club, now stained with even more blood. His stomach churned violently, and he almost vomited on the spot.

"Not bad," Lin Feng commented casually from behind him. "Your strength control is decent. However, your posture isn't quite right; you'll need to improve next time."

Mike's throat was dry, and he couldn't speak.

Lin Feng walked over to him and took the bloodstained golf club back from his hand. Then, his gaze swept over the remaining two caddies who were already terrified and the pale-faced foreman.

"And these two too." Lin Feng pointed with his club at the remaining two caddies, his tone casual, "They didn't make any faces, but they did smile. Want to play a bit?"

Upon hearing this, the two caddies were so frightened that they collapsed to the ground. One of them even started gagging and couldn't even beg for mercy.

Mike felt like his blood was freezing! Another round?! He was on the verge of a breakdown!

Just then, Lin Feng suddenly smiled. That smile was completely different from his previous coldness, carrying a hint of... ease, even a sense of triumphant mischief.

"Haha, Mike, look how scared you are." Lin Feng laughed, patting Mike's stiff back with his unblemished hand. "I was just kidding, why did you take it seriously? We're friends, you know. How could friends really hurt each other? I was just trying to scare these clueless kids, to teach them a lesson and not to look down on others."

He spoke casually, as if the bloody and cruel scene just now was really just a harmless "prank".

Mike froze, his mind blank for a moment. A joke? That was just... a joke? Losing an arm, was that a joke?

He looked at Lin Feng Lin Feng, who had a smile on his face and seemed much "gentler" than before. But for some reason, the chill in Mike's heart didn't dissipate; instead, it intensified! This ability to switch between violence and "jokes" at will was more terrifying than pure tyranny! Because you never knew whether he would smile at you or raise a knife against you the next moment!

"Yes... yes... Mr. Lin, you're so funny..." Mike forced a smile that looked more like a grimace, nodding repeatedly. Cold sweat had soaked through his clothes. All he wanted now was to leave this place immediately, to get as far away from this Madman as possible!

"It's not exactly humorous, just something to add a little fun to life." Lin Feng casually tossed the blood-stained golf club to Lü Yi beside him, then, as if suddenly remembering something, he quickened his pace and approached Mike's two new bodyguards, who looked like they were facing a formidable enemy.

He sized the two men up and down, his gaze lingering particularly on the bodyguard whose hand was still unconsciously resting on his holster.

"You're too damn afraid to pull out a gun," Lin Feng suddenly spoke, his tone tinged with impatience and disdain. His voice wasn't loud, but it clearly reached everyone's ears. "What the hell are you pulling out there?"

Before the words had even finished --

Before anyone, including the bodyguard himself, could fully react, Lin Feng moved suddenly! He was no longer the lazy or calm man he had been moments before; instead, he moved like a cheetah hunting its prey, his explosive power astonishing! He snatched the blood-stained golf club from Lü Yi's hand, and then, to everyone's horrified surprise, with all his might, swung it down hard and in a wide arc on the side of the bodyguard's head, whose hand was on his holster!

"Bang--!!!"

A heavy, chilling thud, like metal striking flesh!

The bodyguard didn't even have time to parry or dodge effectively. He felt an indescribable pain and dizziness in his temple, and everything went black. Without uttering a sound, he collapsed limply to the ground, like a lump of mud. Blood gushed from the spot on his head, staining the grass red. His body twitched twice, then lay still, his fate unknown.

Everything happened too fast, too suddenly! From the moment Lin Feng spoke to the moment the bodyguard collapsed, less than two seconds had passed!

The other bodyguard, filled with shock and rage, roared and drew his pistol from his waist with lightning speed, instantly pointing it at Lin Feng! But just before he pulled the trigger—

He suddenly felt a cold, hard, round, tubular object pressing firmly against his lower back! At the same time, a voice, cold and devoid of any human emotion, rang out close to his ear:

"Let go. Or die."

It was K. He had appeared behind the bodyguard like a ghost, the muzzle of his silenced pistol pressed precisely against the man's kidney. A single pull of the trigger would instantly destroy the bodyguard's internal organs.

The bodyguard froze, his finger on the trigger, but dared not move an inch. He could feel the palpable killing intent emanating from the man behind him—the aura of someone who had truly crawled out of a mountain of corpses and a sea of blood. He knew that if he made the slightest move, he would become a corpse in the next second.

"Bang! Bang! Bang!"

Lin Feng seemed oblivious to the bodyguard K had pointed a gun at, and to his companion lying on the ground, his fate unknown. He swung his golf club, stained with blood and possibly brain matter, like a madman, repeatedly slamming it down on the fallen bodyguard's head and body! Each blow was incredibly heavy, producing a chilling thud. The metal shafts of the golf clubs bent and deformed slightly from the immense force!

"You fucking don't dare to pull out your gun! What the fuck are you pulling out for! What a piece of trash!" Lin Feng cursed under his breath as he smashed the gun. His expression was somewhat ferocious due to the force he used, but his eyes were unusually calm, even carrying a kind of venting pleasure.

Lin Feng only stopped, panting, when the bodyguard who had fallen to the ground was completely lifeless, his head a bloody mess. He clattered the completely deformed golf club, stained with red and white matter, next to the corpse. Then, still breathing heavily, he looked at the other bodyguard, who was being held at gunpoint by K, frozen in place, his face deathly pale, veins bulging on his forehead.

"And you too." Lin Feng pointed at him, then waved to Lü Yi.

Lü Yi immediately understood, took another brand-new, gleaming wooden pole from the cart, and respectfully handed it to Lin Feng.

Lin Feng, carrying his new golf club, walked step by step toward the bodyguard who was being held at gunpoint.

The bodyguard's pupils contracted, his muscles tensed to the extreme, and his fingers gripping the gun turned white from the force. He wanted to resist, to fire, but the cold touch on his lower back and the premonition of death made him unable to move an inch.

Just then, Mike finally snapped out of the series of unimaginable violent attacks. He looked at the bodyguard lying on the ground, his life hanging in the balance (most likely already dead), at another bodyguard held at gunpoint, about to face the same fate, and at Lin Feng walking towards him like the Grim Reaper, carrying a brand-new golf club. A huge wave of emotion, a mixture of fear, anger, and despair, overwhelmed him!

"No! Mr. Lin! Stop! Please!" Mike screamed hoarsely, almost kneeling down. "He's my man! I just hired him! He didn't do anything! Let him go! I beg you! I'll give you anything you want! Don't kill him anymore!"

He was in tears, completely losing his usual composed, extravagant, and wealthy demeanor, and was reduced to a pitiful, terrified beggar.

Lin Feng stopped a few steps away from the bodyguard, looking at Mike's disheveled appearance, and then at the bodyguard who was being held at gunpoint by K, his eyes filled with terror but trying to remain calm.

He suddenly felt a bit bored.

"Tsk." He curled his lip and casually tossed the new golf club on the ground with a clatter.

Then, without looking at anyone, he turned and walked towards the electric scooter parked not far away. K immediately put away his gun and, like the most loyal shadow, silently followed. Lü Yi also grinned, glanced at the horrific scene on the ground and the terrified crowd, and swayed as he followed.

"Mike," Lin Feng took a few steps without turning his head, his voice carrying a hint of weariness, yet as if nothing had happened, "It's too hot. I'm going back to take a shower. You take care of things here."

After saying that, he, K, and Lü Yi got into the electric cart. The cart started and slowly drove away from the tee box area that had just been turned into a battlefield, following the path of the golf course.

Mike was left standing there, utterly dejected, staring at the two bodies of his bodyguards (one dead, one seriously injured), at the two caddies groaning in pain with severely crippled hands, at the other caddies and supervisors collapsed to the ground in terror, at the glaring blood and mangled golf clubs scattered everywhere...

The sun still shines brightly, and the scenery remains magnificent.

But Mike Anderson's heart felt as if it had sunk into the coldest ice cave in Siberia, completely overwhelmed by fear and despair.

He knew that from this day forward, he was no longer the "market maker" or "predator" who thought he was in control of everything.

He was merely a pathetic creature in the palm of that Eastern demon, someone who could be crushed, toyed with, and used as a "joke" at any moment...

The sound of the electric scooter's engine gradually faded into the distance and eventually disappeared.

The stadium fell silent again, save for the sound of the wind and intermittent, faint groans of pain.

And the overwhelming, nauseating stench of blood.
