As Huaxia Civilization conquered the Aus Empire and dominated the Milky Way, the Devil Race broke into the Azure Billows Realm and tried to kill Liu Yi in the past. Liu Yi survived, reached the Ruler Realm as Xuanyi, and his breakthrough transformed the connected worlds.

• Liu Yi prepared Dao Source to reshape his Dao Body while Huaxia Civilization brought its fleets home to Earth and Zhang Wei returned with ten thousand citizens to help guard the civilization.
• Wang Yang and Zhang Wei planned to keep Earth as Huaxia’s core and relocate other countries, while Hua Country’s fleets destroyed the Aus Empire and Zhang Wei declared Huaxia the Milky Way’s sole hegemon.
• Zhong Lingxiu unveiled the Puppet Sect’s Great Dao War Weapons and Devil-Slaying Battlesuits, while the Devil Race learned that Liu Yi’s system was helping humans grow stronger.
• Black Abyss Devil Lord used forbidden artifacts to break the Azure Billows Realm’s formation and suppress its Heavenly Dao, allowing the Devil Race to invade as system hosts and cultivators rushed to defend the realm.
• Xie Tong discovered that the Devil Race intended to travel through time and kill Liu Yi before he became an Immortal Emperor, but ten thousand Devil Kings entered the Long River of Time while Bai Qianqian fought the Devil Lords.
• Bai Qianqian used her special clones to crush Nether, Blood Bone, and Annihilation, and the Devil forces retreated as reinforcements and system hosts routed them.
• Liu Yi awakened with a transformed Dao Body, drew his 129,600 inner worlds into his Divine Apertures, and broke through to the Ruler Realm as Xuanyi.
• Liu Yi’s breakthrough repaired and expanded the Mysterious Firmament Realm, Azure Billows Realm, and Xuanyi World, while its benefits spread through the myriad worlds and Qian Duoduo celebrated his friend’s new status.

Liu Yi became a Ruler, restored worlds devastated by his battle with the Devil Saints, and prepared the Mysterious Firmament Realm for a coming invasion. After spreading and upgrading the Fairness System across many worlds, he launched a cross-realm championship that ranked contestants by combat power.

• Liu Yi defeated Devil Saint Kongming after repeatedly destroying his body, then learned that the Rulers and Devil Saints were preparing for a war between their realms.
• Liu Yi restored the ruined worlds, built the Realm Wall, and explained the battlefield, Merit system, and resurrection to the system hosts.
• Liu Yi revived Su Yuxuan, spread the Fairness System through other worlds, and restored the people sacrificed by Hun Tiandi in the Battle Through the Heavens World.
• Chen Jie returned to the Heavenly Artifact Realm, erased Wang Li after she confessed to betraying him, and began spreading the Fairness System.
• After a billion years of cultivation, Liu Yi concluded that surpassing the Ruler Realm required extending his Great Dao across the Chaos Sea and all time, then released upgraded systems and prepared a championship.
• Liu Yi opened the All Heavens and Myriad Realms Championship in the Virtual World, where contestants survived Devil Creature attacks and fought arena matches for places on the Combat Power Ranking.
• Bai Qianqian defeated Ye Qingxue, and Liu Yi reviewed the rankings as contestants including Lin Feng and Liu Qian placed high while Ye Fan ranked 6,372nd.
• Wang Qiang congratulated Fengyun Wuji and Zhong Yue on their rankings, then insisted to Chen Yan that he would make the Combat Power Ranking after reaching the Immortal Emperor Realm.
