What a Waste Not to Become the Dark Lord!
Voldemort, clutching a very short wooden stick, was completely bewildered.
It was like a freshly bought popsicle that melted away before you even had a chance to take a bite, leaving only the stick.
But you know, he was actually very lucky.
During the time loop, William practiced martial arts skills; even outside the loop, he would be a master of physical combat and swordsmanship.
He plays Quidditch all year round, is young, physically strong, and his fencing speed is really fast.
At such a critical moment, at such close range, most people wouldn't be able to dodge, given the wizard's physique and reflexes.
Voldemort, this "old man," not only saved his Runespoor but also avoided being hit and poisoned again; his luck was truly exceptional.
But he certainly doesn't think so, because his wand, having become a "Stand User", was cut off.
The significance of a wand to a wizard is self-evident, especially the first wand, whose importance is profound.
That was the "white moonlight" that no matter how many more were acquired later, it could never be replaced.
The wand was also perfectly obedient to its first master.
Of course, there are exceptions, like William... who has seven or eight wands and uses the spare one when he does bad things.
The Elder Wand is also a wand-wielding sea monster, fond of attaching itself to powerful wizards, and prone to betraying its master at any time, throwing itself into the arms of the next.
Some wizards even take pleasure in conquering other people's wands, stealing them and then fighting against their original owners... That's old NTR too.
But Voldemort was different; he remained faithful to his original intentions.
Or rather, although our Dark Lord has recently been preoccupied with obtaining the Elder Wand, which is known as the "most beautiful woman in the Wizarding World."
But my physical strength isn't up to par, so I still love this purple yew staff for now.
After all, it had been with him for sixty years, and he had almost worn it out from handling it so much that it was his most important treasure, second only to the Horcrux.
And now, his old buddy, his beloved little brother, has been broken by William!
After examining the wounds of the Runespoor, the Dark Lord slowly turned around and looked coldly at William.
He did indeed turn that snake into Horcrux.
The snake's head in the middle was the most conspicuous and easy to cut off, so he took it into consideration and did not seal his soul on that head.
Fortunately, I had a backup plan back then, otherwise I would have truly lost the Horcrux by now.
I can only say I was careless.
Of course, this was also his mistake.
His mindset hadn't completely shifted, and he still considered the snake Horcrux... After all, it was the first living Horcrux.
It's understandable that I'm not used to it.
But after that night, Voldemort learned his lesson and vowed never to bring snakes out again, instead instructing his most loyal servants to keep them under strict guard.
Now that the snake was alright, Voldemort began to feel sorry for his little wooden stick.
Every broken wand was probably a fallen angel in its past life, right?
William ignored the Dark Lord's murderous gaze, bent down, and picked up the broken wand.
He grasped the yew wood wand and gently played with it... rubbing, caressing, and turning it with his fingertips.
William's smile gradually turned sinister. Sure enough, it's always more comfortable to play with someone else's magic wand.
The wand was broken like this; even Ollivander couldn't repair it. Only Dumbledore's Elder Wand could do it.
After this, the Dark Lord's desire to obtain the Elder Wand will likely become even more intense.
It seems I need to hurry up and make an "Elder Wand" for Voldemort.
"Shall we continue fighting, Tom?" William glanced up at the ravaged land ravaged by the battle and asked loudly:
"You shouldn't have come tonight! You'd better run away quickly and cut your losses, otherwise the losses will only get bigger..."
Voldemort's expression suddenly changed; he sensed again the familiar summoning of his servants requesting support.
He turned his head to look, and immediately fell silent.
The second Dark Mark tonight illuminated the sky like a flare!
This suggests that, like the first wave, the second wave of Death Eaters was most likely also... wiped out.
Are you trying to set up a sting operation on Christmas Eve?!
Voldemort's blood surged instantly, and he was consumed by rage.
The Runespoor was beheaded, its wand was broken, and it lost no fewer than two hundred servants...
The losses in the past six months haven't been this great!
Voldemort glared at William with hatred, but didn't utter a single harsh word.
We've been defeated; anything we say now sounds like an excuse!
His black robe began to flutter and dance, Runespoor floating beside him. His figure transformed into a cloud of black mist and flew towards the sky.
Everyone watched as the Dark Lord departed.
Unexpectedly, he suddenly accelerated, turned back, and swept away Auror.
William, who had anticipated this counterattack, raised his wand, and a trench was instantly torn open in the earth as he collided with the Dark Lord.
A huge circular crater instantly appeared in an area spanning tens of meters.
After the attack, Voldemort paused briefly, shifted his position, and ran off to the other side, finally disappearing into the darkness.
Long after the black mist disappeared, the Auror finally came to their senses, trembling with fear, and began to heal their wounded companions and collect the bodies of the dead Auror.
William stamped his foot, shook off the snow, and looked into the distance.
Mr. Weasley and Kingsley walked over and stood behind him, gazing into the distance together, each sighing with emotion.
Kingsley hesitated for a moment, then said nervously, "William, those Death Eaters Death Eaters who infiltrated your house..."
"Most of them are dead. A few were left, but I captured them," William said calmly.
"So..."
"I can give you the dead, but not the living!"
Kingsley hesitated for a moment, and William glanced at him, then said bluntly:
"Don't tell me it doesn't comply with the ministry's laws; that's your problem."
From any perspective, these Death Eaters should indeed be tried and imprisoned, not here with William.
But if he kept these people in the Ministry of Magic, they would be kidnapped in three days. All that hard work to capture them would just make him look like a joke.
Besides, William also wanted them to undergo "glorious labor reform."
Kingsley, the current Head of the Auror Office, had no objection to William's words.
He nodded honestly and said:
"Okay! We'll do it your way."
The Auror came to their aid during the attack, but accomplished nothing and lost many wizards.
This is detrimental to both public opinion and subsequent efforts to stabilize public sentiment.
With those Death Eaters corpses, it will be much easier to spread the word.
After all, the dead are sometimes more useful than the living.
This certainly diminishes William's credit, but then again, given his current prestige, would he care?
Killing any number of Death Eaters is just icing on the cake.
William didn't care at all; he needed a compliant Ministry of Magic much more.
Kingsley is a good young man.
The Auror remained outside, while William, Kingsley, and Mr. Weasley crossed the bridge and entered the area filled with checkpoints.
Mr. Weasley was speechless as he watched the corpses appearing on the ground.
No wonder these people sent out distress signals.
They died such a horrible death.
When they arrived at the cabin, Lucius was disciplining a few disobedient brats.
After he was captured, he became the target of ridicule from the Death Eaters. A newly joined Pure-blood wizard even dared to mock him.
Upon seeing the Dark Lord Stark appear, Malfoy immediately bowed and scraped, showing none of the so-called Pure-blood demeanor.
That's understandable; he knelt down and kissed Voldemort's feet without any pressure, let alone submitting to William.
The only thing that's really upsetting is that Arthur actually came too.
If I manage to get out, I'm afraid I'll never be able to hold my head up high again!
William remained expressionless, ignoring the group of Pure-blood wizard kneeling on the ground, and simply said:
"A motley crew hoping to end this war and eliminate Tom this summer."
Mr. Weasley and Kingsley were both incredibly excited and lost in their fantasies.
Lucius couldn't help but sigh inwardly:
"What a pity he didn't become the third Dark Lord!"
