Revenge, sixteen years overdue
After several Apparition to confirm that he was not being followed by a wizard, Grindelwald finally stopped.
As time passed, his appearance suddenly changed drastically, eventually transforming back into a handsome young wizard.
That's right, the first Dark Lord who met with Voldemort was William.
Grindelwald has gone to the Underworld, and his fate is now unknown. It's impossible for him to return and meet Voldemort.
Fortunately, when they parted ways in Northern Europe that year, William had taken a lot of Grindelwald's hair, which could be used to make subsequent Polyjuice Potion to continue fooling Voldemort.
William is quite skilled at role-playing.
Over the years, he has become no fewer than a dozen wizards, and his stockpile of hair is even greater.
He is particularly good at playing Hermione, imitating her movements and tone of voice perfectly.
Tom, whom he plays, is usually the scapegoat who attracts hatred, and he has a wide range of roles.
William's performance of Grindelwald was so-so, but having spent some time with the elderly, his short-term imitations were quite good.
He would definitely be exposed in front of someone like Dumbledore who knows Grindelwald inside and out.
But Voldemort and Grindelwald had only met once, so they would never have noticed anything amiss.
After William returned to his original form, Apparition once again and arrived at the agreed location.
There was already a tall figure there, waiting anxiously.
"Little Black Robe, or perhaps I should call you the Dementor Leader..." William said with a smile to the Dementor. "Long time no see."
Two years ago, when William went to Vienna to attend the International Confederation of Wizards, he released the Little Black Robe that he had been "carefully" taking care of for a long time.
Send him to infiltrate the Dementor as an undercover agent.
William also killed the Dementor leader during the Azkaban breakout, allowing the Little Black Robe to take over.
Just as William couldn't distinguish the faces of the Merpeople in the Black Lake, Voldemort couldn't distinguish the Dementor either.
He didn't care who the leader of the Dementor was, as long as they obeyed. Thus, the Little Black Robe smoothly became the Dark Lord's confidant.
Thanks to the Dementor ' inherent dark nature, Voldemort trusted them implicitly. After several years of breeding, these trusted confidants gradually grew into his trump cards.
Yes, you read that right... The leader of Voldemort's most important legion was actually controlled by William.
However, considering that Snape is Dumbledore's man; Wormtail is Tom's eye; Draco recently became William's little bird; and even Grindelwald, who met with Voldemort, is a fake...
It's not an exaggeration to say that one of his legions was William's trump card.
Calling the Death Eaters the "drinkhouse" of the Wizarding World is no exaggeration.
William was seen, Little Black Robe looked very well-behaved. (Image attached)
How could he dare to be disobedient? He has a deep memory of those "happy times".
for example:
The woman used it to practice her Patronus Charm; after months of hunger and without the absorption of human souls and emotions, its body shrank, and it became about the size of House-elf.
Of course, what the Little Black Robe feared most was the demon before him, who had demonstrated the ability to kill Dementor.
Therefore, he really dared not betray him, and immediately recounted in detail all the orders Voldemort had given him when he summoned him.
William was speechless after hearing this.
What a cunning Voldemort!
I thought Voldemort would only turn against Dumbledore at most if he wanted to get rid of him.
I never expected they'd be preparing to launch a surprise attack by Dementor so soon.
How despicable!
But now...
William narrowed his eyes and gave the order:
"Little Black Robe, I need you to cooperate with the wizards of the Ministry of Magic to attack the Death Eaters."
After killing them all, return to Hogwarts for a complete annihilation.
Since Voldemort was planning to make the Dementor turn against him, William decided to turn against them again and give him a surprise.
The Little Black Robe meekly agreed.
William looked at him and said coldly:
"Little Black Robe, you're incredibly strong now, with nearly two thousand Dementor under your command, while Voldemort's army only numbers a few thousand."
If, under these circumstances, the Death Eaters are still allowed to escape, thus delaying the war, you should know the consequences...
The Little Black Robe shivered.
"Of course, if successful, I will grant your people a completely new continent to thrive on."
After giving him a warning, William offered him a sweet treat.
As for which continent... the Underworld is a good place, isn't it?
Hogwarts Castle
When William returned, a military conference had already ended.
On his way, he also encountered Sirius.
Having impersonated Karkaroff for several years, he took this opportunity to return to the United Kingdom.
William chatted with him for a while, without mentioning Harry, before going to the Headmaster's Office.
He shared the information he had gathered with Dumbledore.
"Is Voldemort planning to make his move on the first night of school?"
"Yes!" William nodded. "Voldemort wants to draw some of our forces to the Hebrides for defense, and tie down the rest at the Ministry of Magic."
Then, while keeping us both occupied, we'll attack Hogwarts when its defenses are breached.
"If we can take those students hostage and occupy this castle, we'll be forced to act with trepidation."
Voldemort's plan was brilliant, but unfortunately, it's no longer possible for it to be realized.
"I suggest we simply give up Hogwarts," William said.
"Once the Death Eaters enter the castle, we'll surround them here and, together with the Dementor, wipe them out in one fell swoop!"
William now needs more than just defeating the Death Eaters; he needs to achieve his goal in one decisive battle.
"Of course, the Hogwarts Express must also depart on time to take the students to school," William said.
"If we don't follow the usual procedure, Voldemort will sense it beforehand, assume the information has been leaked, and cancel the operation immediately."
Dumbledore tapped his fingers on the table, pondering the risks involved.
After a moment, he said:
"But to ensure the students' safety, we need to produce a batch of Portkey to send the young wizards away in time when the war begins."
William nodded. Of course, the young wizard's safety was of utmost importance.
"Once the war begins, the Horcrux hidden in Gringotts must be destroyed immediately," Dumbledore continued.
"William, have you decided on someone?"
William nodded slightly. "I will have Hermione and Phoebe lead the team, with wizards, to infiltrate Gringotts."
With the two of them around, there shouldn't be any major problems.
He hesitated for a moment, then said softly:
"Professor, even if you destroy Hufflepuff's Cup, there's still one last Horcrux left—the Runespoor."
We don't yet know whether Voldemort will carry it with him when the war begins, or whether he'll be hiding it somewhere.
"No, William, I've just received the intelligence." Dumbledore raised his cup, took a sip, and said:
"Voldemort is preparing to place his treasure with Pettigrew Peter."
"Wormtail..." William was taken aback. This was an unexpected yet reasonable choice.
When Voldemort was at his lowest point, it was Peter found him and resurrected him.
If there was even one person Voldemort could trust, he would definitely choose Peter.
It's only natural to entrust the most important things to him now.
"Is the intelligence accurate?" William finally confirmed.
"Tom came to Hogwarts alone not long ago, and he told me that," Dumbledore said, looking up.
"Tom?!" William was extremely surprised.
"Yes, I killed him on the spot, and as you said, he came back to life." Dumbledore's eyes were deep.
"He told me the location of the Wormtail and instructed us to destroy the Horcrux."
William fell into deep thought.
Regardless of the extent of their animosity, both sides share one thing in common: they both wish for Voldemort's death.
Therefore, Tom's words are credible.
William couldn't help but sigh, realizing that failing to kill Peter back then wasn't entirely a bad thing after all.
"But why doesn't Tom do it himself?"
"They probably destroyed the Horcrux because they were afraid we wouldn't believe them," Dumbledore said.
Have you decided on a candidate yet?
"Snape!" Dumbledore, "I'll send him to kill that snake."
William hummed in agreement, then suddenly burst into laughter.
"It seems that for some reason we don't know, Tom is preparing to give up Wormtail."
"I think we need to add two more people to this operation, to take care of Peter while we're at it."
"Who?"
"The people who hate him the most are Sirius and Lupin!"
The revenge, sixteen years overdue, should finally come to an end.
