The Ninth Deathly Hallow
The You-Know-Who is dead.
He was killed by Stark and Dumbledore.
This shocking news spread to every corner of the United Kingdom at breakneck speed.
When people heard about this, their first reaction was... fake news!
A major battle had just ended a little over a month ago.
Despite the victory, even the most optimistic international view is that it will take one to two years to completely dismantle the Death Eaters' forces.
As for Voldemort, after his second resurrection, many wizarding experts gave interviews claiming:
"The You-Know-Who may never die; we must be prepared to coexist with everyone for a long time."
If you didn't know better, you'd think Voldemort was a virus.
Therefore, after news of the Dark Lord's death spread, many wizards condemned it:
Today's journalists need to improve their professional skills and stop trying to create sensational news.
But then, on WWN's Wizarding Wireless News Broadcast, the current Minister for Magic, Madam Bones, announced this exciting news to the nation.
Furthermore, Stark also appeared on the radio, personally confirming that Voldemort was dead and would not be resurrected.
Britain was shocked.
This means that the Second Wizarding War... is over!
Countless wizards wept with joy and took to the streets to celebrate.
They also put up banners with William and Dumbledore's names on them.
Many wizards even knelt and wept, holding photos of William and Dumbledore, praying for them... to be forever healthy and live forever.
They are willing to give up a single second of their lives to ensure that their loved ones live to be a hundred years old.
(Dumbledore: Who the hell are you cursing to die?!)
Many wizards even Apparition to Hogsmeade, hoping to get a closer look.
However, upon landing, he was immediately taken control of by the Auror.
This area has been temporarily designated as a military control zone.
Diagon Alley was incredibly popular, but most people were crowding in front of Akali's Mystery Shop, waving Galleon, wanting to buy things to give back to the Stark.
Owls deliver messages in flocks during the day.
Friends and relatives are concerned for each other's safety and sharing in the joy of this moment.
The owls were so numerous and unusually active during the day that even Muggle noticed this strange phenomenon.
This undoubtedly violated the International Statute of Secrecy, and the representative of the International Confederation of Wizards in the United Kingdom immediately issued a warning about this matter.
However, Minister Bones rejected this warning.
She also quoted former minister Millicent Bagno:
"I firmly uphold everyone's right to revel!"
As the greatest contributor to ending the war, William did not participate in the celebrations. Instead, after issuing some follow-up orders, he slept for a whole day.
He was already exhausted, and Voldemort's death allowed him to temporarily relax his tense nerves.
Although there are still thorny issues involving Tom and Death to deal with, it's a rare moment of relaxation.
William didn't know how long he had slept. When he groggily woke up, his whole body ached.
He sat up and found Hermione standing beside him.
She had probably been sitting for too long and was feeling sleepy. She curled up on the sofa and dozed off slightly.
There was a document next to her that fell to the ground.
William got out of bed and picked up the documents.
It concerns the plan for the subsequent resettlement of the Werewolf.
Not just Werewolf, but also Giant, Dementor... all the Magical Creatures involved in this war must be dealt with properly.
At the very least, the pre-war alliance agreement should be fulfilled, instead of going back on one's word.
Otherwise, the backlash from these Magical Creatures would be a major problem.
Defeating Voldemort is only the first step; there are still many problems to be solved after the battle, which need to be handled carefully.
William placed the documents on the coffee table and gently covered Hermione with his blanket.
He walked to the window, gently pulled back the curtain, and looked outside.
Countless students were celebrating on campus, parading around holding banners with William's name on them.
Fireworks were still going off in the sky, but they were blocked out by magic.
Hogwarts Castle was mostly destroyed in the battle, but with Dumbledore there, nothing was a problem.
He only needs to take the Elder Wand and use "Reparo" to restore the damaged building.
The Elder Wand is truly powerful; it lives up to its reputation as Deathly Hallows. It can easily do things that ordinary wands cannot.
Of course, not all buildings can be repaired; houses severely damaged or crushed by Dark Magic can only be rebuilt.
William watched for a while before drawing the curtains, walking over to sit next to Hermione, and gazing down at the girl.
After being busy for so long, and then going to the Underworld with William, Hermione's face had become much thinner.
She was probably dreaming; her long, slender eyelashes trembled slightly.
William quietly reached out and gently stroked the girl's forehead with his finger.
Hermione, who was already a light sleeper, suddenly woke up, looked at William's profile, and exclaimed in surprise:
"William, you're awake?"
William smiled, reached out and pulled her into his arms, asking softly, "Shall I carry you to bed?"
Hermione sniffed his chest deeply, then stretched and grinned broadly:
"I've had a good sleep. Are you hungry? I left you some food. Would you like to eat now?"
William hummed in agreement.
Hermione worked quickly, heating up the food and placing it on the table.
She also moved a small chair and sat next to William, watching him eat slowly out of the corner of her eye.
William, carrying the half-empty bag, asked softly, "How's the situation now?"
"I've followed your instructions and taken control of those Death Eaters families... but Minister Bones is worried about a backlash..."
"Don't be afraid of a backlash. If there's resistance, just lead the Werewolf and the Europe coalition to suppress it," William said nonchalantly.
"Now is the time to use the momentum of our great victory to force these Death Eaters families to bow down."
If someone steps forward, that'll solve the problem.
The Ministry of Ministry of Magic's army, the Werewolf legion, the Giant legion, the Centaur legion... it can be said that the strongest forces in Europe have been gathered together, and they are all under William's control at this moment.
Let alone a small Pure-blood families, they could easily Cleansweep the European continent.
It can only be said that some Pure-blood families still don't understand the current situation.
Even their master Voldemort was no match for them, so what are they to even try and negotiate?
If you want to talk, you can... first put down your wand, and we can talk slowly in prison.
These deep-seated problems must be eradicated with swift and decisive action in order to prepare for future reforms of the Wizarding World.
Unlike the First Wizarding War seventeen years ago, Death Eaters families were not thoroughly wiped out but instead allowed to rise again.
They even stole the fruits of victory in the war.
"Those Death Eaters who have been reformed well can be used as the vanguard when necessary," William said, taking a sip of his red tea.
"These people might not be good at fighting, but they're very effective at dealing with their own people."
Don't let Lucius's cowardly appearance fool you; he's quite the bully when he's with his own people.
In any case, William intends to eliminate any Pure-blood families forces that are hostile to Half-blood Muggle.
Then, ensure Hermione's smooth transition to become the youngest Minister for Magic.
He had developed a five-year plan, and at that time, Minister Bones had just finished a seven-year term.
"Oh, right, William, there's something else I didn't have time to tell you before," Hermione said, handing her a small gold cup.
"The Hufflepuff's Cup." William took the cup and immediately recognized the artifact.
Voldemort was quite formidable; he managed to acquire all the treasures left behind by the Four Founders, except for the Sword of Gryffindor.
It's such a pity for an archaeologist.
"Voldemort's soul has been destroyed," Hermione said softly.
"And having compared it with the Book of Alchemy, it does indeed seem to be a Deathly Hallows."
This is not surprising.
In the Hogwarts Kitchen, there is a painting called "The Last Supper," depicting the scene of the Four Founders having their last meal together.
After years of confirmation, the items appearing above are basically all Deathly Hallows.
The Hufflepuff's Cup is one of them.
It also has a high probability.
"So, which Deathly Hallows is it?" William asked curiously.
Hermione placed the golden cup on the table, picked up her wand, tapped the two handles of the cup, and whispered:
"I need Potions that can restore my energy."
She raised the golden cup again, shook it three times, and Potions quickly appeared inside.
Hermione poured the Potions into two small teacups, one for herself and one for William.
After William finished drinking it, he felt refreshed and his back pain and soreness disappeared.
All my energy has been replenished.
"Is this a cauldron that can automatically brew all kinds of Potions?" He was somewhat surprised.
Of the nine Deathly Hallows, three form a set:
The Death's Finger Bone; a wreath representing infinite wisdom; and a cauldron for brewing all kinds of Potions.
The Death's Finger Bone is the Ravenclaw Ring, Ravenclaw's Diadem is about to become a new wand.
This golden cup is precisely that crucible.
It is also the only one of the nine Deathly Hallows that William did not obtain.
William never imagined he would one day collect them all, but... the Diadem were reset to factory settings and put into production again.
Has he collected the entire set, or not?
In William's opinion, the Golden Cup, this Deathly Hallows, was no less valuable than the Book of Alchemy.
Book of Alchemy can indeed be used to create Philosopher's Stone and Azoth, two precious items of Alchemy.
However, the subsequent Elixir of Life and rejuvenation require Potions recipes.
Without the recipe, even with the Philosopher's Stone and Azoth, it cannot be brewed.
However, once you have the crucible, you can skip this step and directly request both Potions.
William could achieve the same kind of immortality as Nicolas, while also maintaining physical youth and avoiding aging.
Fortunately, Hufflepuff did not choose to destroy the Deathly Hallows like Slytherin and Ravenclaw did.
Instead, they stayed!
The two chatted excitedly for a while, especially Hermione, who was very excited.
Rather than living to be over six hundred years old like Nicolas, she valued being like Professor Babbling more.
Despite being several hundred years old, she still looks like she's eighteen.
She doesn't want to become an old woman.
Hermione was about to say something when William suddenly raised his hand, looked towards the corner, and said:
"Since you're already here, why hide?"
A witch slowly emerged.
