Neville Longbottom
As instructed by Nicolas Flamel, William will stay at the St Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries for two weeks.
He was staying for so long not because his injuries were that serious, but because the hospital needed to give him a thorough medical check-up.
The inspection items alone number 37 major items and 900 minor items.
Fortunately, Nicolas paid the entire bill; otherwise, William would probably be just as bewildered as a student who had been in a car accident in the US and woke up to find an ambulance had already been called.
During this period, his twin brothers and Cedric both visited him and were relieved to see that he was alright.
The group discussed the pricing of goods after the start of the school term before leaving.
When William had nothing to do, he lived the life of a retired old man, spending his days reading newspapers, drinking Potions, teaching Hermione lessons, and chatting with the wizards in the hospital.
St. Mungo's Hospital is home to all sorts of patients.
On the second floor, there were always rows of witches and wizards sitting in wobbly wooden chairs, looking perfectly normal, reading outdated copies of "Witch Weekly"... their minds were all a little off.
There are also many loyal readers of "The Quibbler" here.
William had been wondering why this magazine sold so well; apparently, all the readers were in hospitals.
If Cedric were here, he would definitely have something in common with these people.
Besides these interesting people, the elderly men in the hospital are also full of hidden talents... a retired Auror, a former Quidditch national team Chaser, an alchemist... you name it, they've got it here.
Once, William played Wizard's Chess with a bald old man and lost twenty games in a row... He eventually found out that the old man was a three-time Wizard's Chess champion.
So he began his life of stealing skills.
William also saw a portrait of Dilys de Winter in the hospital.
She is a healer at St. Mungo's's and the Headmaster of Hogwarts.
William had a long talk with her in the Headmaster's Office, discussing many things about Potions.
However, she was always busy, wandering around the various picture frames, and sometimes even relaying messages for Dumbledore.
William and Hermione also met a boy named Neville at the hospital.
Like Hermione, he was a soon-to-be student wizard.
William was instructing Hermione on Transfiguration in his hospital room when Neville knocked on the door.
Neville is looking for his toad, Trevor, who, according to him, has probably been caught and eaten by some madman at the hospital.
After searching for a long time, they finally found the toad hiding in his crotch.
Neville's parents are on the fifth floor, in the ward for the Spell Damage Department.
Neville seemed to be a regular at the hospital, spending almost the entire month of August there with his parents.
After the three of them became more familiar with each other, William and Hermione decided to visit them together with gifts.
Neville's father lay on the bed, his face full of sorrow, staring at the ceiling and counting the patterns on it.
Neville's mother, with her hair disheveled and her face hidden beneath, stared intently at everyone who came to visit her.
"Neville, lift your head! You should be proud to have parents like these!"
Mrs. Longbottom, who had been there the whole time, said sternly.
Mrs. Longbottom looked like a terrifying old witch; she wore a long green dress, a worm-eaten Scabbers cloak, and a pointed hat that was undoubtedly decorated with a well-fed vulture.
She exuded a powerful aura, like an old lion.
Neville kept his head down, staring at his toes, and mumbled softly, "I know."
"Then you should tell your friend, Neville!" Mrs. Longbottom looked at William and Hermione.
"Neville's parents were both driven insane by the Death Eaters using the Cruciatus Curse," Mrs. Longbottom said proudly.
But there was more sadness in her voice.
Hermione covered her mouth, tears welling up in her eyes. Neville hadn't mentioned it before, so they didn't know it was for this reason that she was hospitalized.
"Neville, do you remember who hurt your parents?" Mrs. Longbottom asked suddenly.
"Bellatrix..."
"Speak louder!"
"Bellatrix Lestrange, and Rodolphus, Rabastan!" Neville roared, his face flushed red.
"What would you do if they escaped from Azkaban?"
"I will kill them with my wand!"
"Very good." Mrs. Longbottom was extremely satisfied.
William squinted and began to think. He was familiar with the name Rodolphus. He had previously examined Dumbledore's memories, and the part about Tywin performing the Death Eaters ritual came from this Death Eaters.
William found it somewhat absurd that such heinous Death Eaters were not sentenced to death but were still imprisoned in Azkaban.
Mrs. Longbottom stared at William for a moment, then suddenly stretched out her wrinkled, claw-like hand to him.
"Child, thank you for capturing a Death Eaters and stopping another Death Eaters at Gringotts."
William raised his eyebrows, shook hands with her, and then asked doubtfully, "You know?"
After William received sufficient compensation for the Gringotts incident, the authorities naturally sidelined him.
"Of course I know," Mrs. Longbottom said proudly. "Our family is Auror family. I have many students, friends, and relatives within the system. My information network is much better than you think."
Neville glanced at William in surprise, never expecting the young wizard he'd met at the hospital to be so powerful.
"Minerva mentioned you to me. She spoke highly of you, saying you're a good kid. I saw you tutoring Hermione in first grade?"
"Yes." William nodded.
Mrs. Longbottom's stern gaze fell upon Neville again. "I hope Neville will also become Auror, to inherit the family's glory."
But I'm afraid I have to say he didn't inherit his father's talent. While you're tutoring Hermione, could you also help Neville?
William nodded immediately. "Of course, I'm quite free lately. If he needs help at school, he can come to me."
Just then, Mrs. Longbottom suddenly turned her head to look at the sickbed.
"Oh, Alice, darling, what's wrong?"
Neville's mother, dressed in her pajamas, slowly walked over.
It was an extremely thin and haggard face; her eyes appeared large, and her already white hair looked dry and fragile.
She seemed unwilling to speak, or rather, incapable of speaking. She reached out cautiously toward Neville, holding something in her hand.
"Not again?" Mrs. Longbottom said in a tired voice. "Very well, Alice, dear, very well."
Neville, take it, whatever it is.
Neville had already held out his hand, and his mother tossed the wrapper of Drooble's Best Blowing Gum into his palm.
"Very good, dear." Mrs. Longbottom said, feigning delight, and patted Neville's mother on the shoulder.
Neville forced a smile. "Thank you, Mom."
His mother walked unsteadily back to the nursing bed and began to mutter to herself.
"Neville, throw that candy wrapper in the trash. She's given you enough wrappers to cover your bedroom," Mrs. Longbottom sighed, seemingly weary.
"You guys go and have some fun, I'll stay and chat with them for a bit longer," Mrs. Longbottom instructed.
William, Hermione, Neville, and the others headed downstairs.
Once out of Mrs. Longbottom's sight, Neville didn't throw the wrapper in the trash can. Instead, he smoothed it out again and carefully put it in his pocket.
William took a small box from his pocket, enlarged by Undetectable Extension Charm, and handed it to Neville.
This was the space he used to store Potions; it was about the size of two large chests.
"It's convenient to store the things your mother gave you," William said.
"Thank you, William!" Neville hurriedly took it.
Hermione clung to William's arm, her eyes still brimming with tears.
William, however, was thinking about something else.
Since Lily can use the power of Prehistoric Mysteries to deflect Avada Kedavra and protect Harry.
Can this power undo the effects of the Cruciatus Curse and save Neville's parents?
William's first desire to learn this magic was not out of curiosity or to broaden his horizons, but simply to help others.

I'm one chapter behind now, well, three chapters behind, but I'm not worried at all.
