The twins left, and William and Cho left with them.

Harry hesitated for a moment, then said, "Ron, you shouldn't have talked to Fred George like that. They didn't do anything wrong..."

Ron didn't answer, he just stared blankly at the twins' backs.

In his pocket were a map and a new wand; the map was a gift from George, and the wand was a gift from Fred.

But... none of that matters anymore, because he now seems like a joke.

Harry sighed, still watching the group's departing figures. He hadn't even had a chance to introduce himself to Cho Chang. What a great opportunity!

Harry glanced at Ron's expression and decided to put the matter aside for now, and find another opportunity to have him apologize.

Harry changed the subject, asking, "Ron, what is a wizard's duel? And what do you mean by saying you want to be my assistant?"

"It's a one-on-one fight between two wizards," Ron finally answered. "If you die, your assistant will take your place."

Harry gasped.

Noticing Harry's expression, Ron quickly added, "But you know, people only die when they have a proper duel with a real wizard."

You and Malfoy can only exchange sparks at best. Don't be fooled by how many things he bought from William; we saw them, they were mostly household items.

"You two know too little magic; you won't actually hurt each other."

"But I really don't know any magic." Harry scratched his head in frustration, wishing he could run to Fred right now and learn a thing or two from him.

Of course, it would be even better if I could strike up a conversation with Qiu.

"It's okay if you don't know magic, just throw away your wand and punch him in the nose," Ron said, clenching his fist. "Don't be afraid, I'm here!"

Despite Ron's words, Harry's worries did not lessen; in fact, they increased.

Crabbe is a big guy; probably only his cousin Dudley can fight him.

Harry had never missed Dudley as much as he did now.

"So, you've decided to cause trouble again?" An angry voice suddenly came from behind them.

The two turned around and saw that it was Hermione.

"I overheard your conversation. You're going to duel Malfoy tonight?"

"You absolutely cannot duel at night. Just think how many points Gryffindor would lose if you got caught!" Hermione said worriedly.

"This really has nothing to do with you," Harry said.

"Yes, we're annoyed right now," Ron said impatiently. "We'd be much more comfortable if you didn't bother us."

"I'll tell George and Fred..." Hermione said, displeased.

Ron's expression changed, and he said coldly, "They both already know. Are you satisfied now? Stop meddling in other people's business. Our affairs are none of your concern."

Hermione gritted her teeth and ran away immediately.

Walking down the corridor, Qiu whispered comfortingly, "Do you two need some tissues?"

William comforted them, saying, "If tissues aren't enough, you can lean on my shoulder for a while."

But we need to find a secluded place, otherwise strange rumors will start circulating tomorrow.

"Okay, thank you all." Fred smiled as usual. "We wouldn't get angry over something so trivial."

"That's right." George feigned indifference.

"Ron is a complete idiot. He's the biggest idiot in our family, and we all know that, including Ginny."

That's true. Judging from the few Weasley William has met, Ron isn't really "Weasley".

Charlie and Percy go without saying, and the twin brothers are also outstanding. Compared to them, Ron seems unusually ordinary.

"So, are you planning to go out tonight?" William suddenly asked.

Fred feigned ignorance and asked, "Where to?"

"Don't lie to me," William laughed. "Malfoy is obviously trying to fool those two honest guys. Only they would fall for it. You think you can't see through it?"

"Yeah, he really is an idiot." George shrugged. "We're even more of an idiot; we have to go help them tonight to prevent them from getting caught and losing points for Gryffindor."

"We can't let Ron find out yet," Fred said wistfully. "Otherwise, he'll think we know we were wrong and are apologizing to him."

"Exactly!" George nodded. "He's delusional!"

"Helping two newbies go for a night stroll," Qiu clapped and laughed, "That's no easy task."

"It's about challenging myself." Fred was extremely satisfied; he had finally found a reason to convince himself.

What reason... She's clearly a brother-supporting demon.

William had only ever seen female "brother-supporting demons," this was the first time he had encountered a male one.

"If you could go in our place tonight..." Fred put his arm around William's shoulder.

"A nanny?" William raised an eyebrow. "Don't even think about it. I have other things to do, millions of Galleon to trade every minute, I'm very busy."

"Besides, you have a map. Even if you don't know the Disillusionment Charm, you definitely won't be discovered."

The Marauder's Map, being the most crucial item in the Hogwarts Magical Map, was no longer used by the group and was instead stored away.

They are now using the Advanced Hogwarts Map, which is identical to the Marauder's Map in terms of content and can show secret passages and the locations of other people.

However, the names of William and the others were all removed.

"What do you have planned for tonight?" Qiu asked curiously.

"I need to go to the fourth-floor Restricted Section again."

"What are you doing there?" the twins asked curiously.

"I actually go every day," William laughed. "Professor Snape's Potions are too difficult to analyze. The Potions I took away before were simply not enough for research."

Every night I would steal a bottle, and when I went back the next day, Snape would always have replaced it with a new one.

Of course, the rate at which the fire dragon is being consumed is also increasing.

In Snape's words, it was an equal exchange, though the two of them kept it to themselves.

What tacit understanding? William has been plotting to steal Snape's medicine pantry lately, otherwise he'd be at a huge loss.

It was 11:40 PM.

After his roommates had all fallen asleep, William put on his robes and left the Ravenclaw Common Room.

Bobocha has been very busy lately, dating Mrs. Norris. William feels that something bad is bound to happen sooner or later.

Walking through the empty castle, William knew his way around easily. Having done so many nighttime outings, he often encountered other students.

William had run into Penelope, an upperclassman, several times. She and her four roommates, masked and like groundhogs, would sneak into the kitchen to get food.

If it weren't for the map, William wouldn't have recognized them.

The most basic rule for nighttime outings is to not reveal who you are.

In the pitch black, they exchanged hand gestures by the moonlight to confirm there was no traitor among them, and then went their separate ways.

Soon, William reached the fourth-floor Restricted Section and was about to open the door when he suddenly heard a loud noise.

--Clang, crash, bang!

"Run!" came another shout from afar, sounding like Harry.

William was speechless. Was this the kind of protection the twins were supposed to provide?

William pulled out a map and quickly spotted Harry and Ron, who were moving rapidly from the third floor toward the fourth.

Wait... he also saw Hermione and Neville on the map.

William quickly couldn't stand it anymore; the group was actually running towards him, with Filch following them at a distance.

What could William say? He only wanted to ask one question: Was it you who led the enemy here?
