A Brand-New Hogwarts Acceptance Letter

Half an hour later, Hermione's magic was exhausted.

William gave her some Potions to relieve her fatigue and then took out Potions to help her quickly recover her magic power.

For ordinary junior wizards, once training is over, they simply wait for their magic to recover naturally; few are as extravagant as William.

But for a Potions Master, this is nothing; he can drink all sorts of expensive Potions at will.

Plenty!

Hermione rested for another twenty minutes before demanding to continue fighting.

Previously it was just basic training; now it's real combat practice.

William pulled out a copy of "The Quibbler Summer Holiday Special Edition," a gift from Luna, and began reading it with his left hand while pulling out his magic wand with his right.

He's acting like Kakashi.

"Come on, hit me with a spell, and you win."

William stood there lazily, simply reading a book. He appeared flawless, but in reality, he was full of flaws.

Hermione flicked her wand, sending out a beam of light, but William easily dodged the attack by simply moving half a step to the right.

Hermione rushed over and fired another spell.

William turned the pages with his right hand, his eyes on the magazine, then lightly flicked his wrist.

His wand fired the same spell, easily breaking Hermione's spell and even brushing past her hair.

Hermione gritted her teeth and persevered, refusing to lose the proud demeanor she had cultivated over the years, even though she was almost attacked.

In the basement, soft shouts of "Expelliarmus" suddenly rang out, and spells flew everywhere. Spells that missed their mark hit alchemical items next to the shelves or crashed into the ceiling, scattering Mars.

Half an hour later, William vanished from the spot, Apparition behind Hermione, his wand aimed at her waist.

"A wizard should never ignore what's behind him," William advised.

Hermione nodded, panting, and wiped the sweat from her forehead.

William let out a cold snort in surprise; he had almost used the One Thousand Years of Death on impulse.

If that were to happen, it would truly be social death!

After the training session, Hermione returned to her room to rest, while William went up to the third floor to look at his Book of Alchemy.

After pushing open the door, I found a letter on the desk.

It's Nicolas's letter.

After William finished reading, he waited a while before turning around and going upstairs to knock on Hermione's door.

"The door's unlocked, come in."

Hermione, having just finished training and taken a shower, was wearing a thin sundress and drying her long, wet hair with a towel.

A few damp strands of hair clung to her flushed cheeks. She loosened her hair, tossed it aside, and asked, "William, what's wrong?"

"I need to go out for a bit," William said, turning a long brown hair on the ground into a chair as he sat down. "It's about that thing I told you about before."

Hermione paused, "Animagus?"

William nodded, took out his wand, and waved it, saying, "Ventus."

A warm breeze blew out of his wand, like a hairdryer.

Hermione put down the towel and sat down naturally on the edge of the bed, letting the warm breeze blow through her wet hair.

She peered through the gaps in her hair, staring intently at William, and asked, "Is it raining?"

William nodded and then increased the speed of the warm air.

The Animagus's first Transfiguration is a complicated process. Before Transfiguration, a Transfiguration Potions needs to be prepared and taken before the final Transfiguration can take place.

The prerequisite for the success of the Potions is waiting for the storm to arrive, which can take weeks, months, or even years.

William had been waiting for this moment.

Fortunately, Nicolas was able to Prophecy; he could deduce when the storm would occur.

This will greatly shorten William's waiting time.

After drying her hair, Hermione blushed and handed her a delicate comb.

William sat in the chair, with Hermione resting her head on his lap. He gently parted the girl's messy hair and carefully combed the tangled strands.

Hermione had her eyes closed, as if she were asleep, and after a moment she asked softly, "Am I alright? What if something happens?"

"Okay, Animagus usually seeks out people they're close to to prevent them from losing their minds after turning into animals."

"Then what should I do?"

"After I perform Animagus, if you lose your mind, you must keep calling my name."

Hermione tapped William's knee aimlessly with her left hand, then suddenly opened her closed eyes, her eyelashes trembling slightly, and said, "William, thank you for trusting me so much."

William simply smiled and continued to patiently comb her unruly long hair.

William thought it was possible to brew a Potions specifically for hair.

Commercially available smoothing shampoos aren't very effective for Hermione's frizzy, long hair.

Just then, the half-closed door was suddenly pushed open.

Anne burst in, a letter in her hand. Seeing her brother combing Hermione's hair, her smile froze, and she asked warily, "What are you doing?"

"You had me comb my hair this morning, didn't you?" William replied matter-of-factly. "What else could I do?"

Hermione jumped to her feet, her face turning even redder.

Anne glanced at the two of them with a suspicious look.

"I'm young, so don't try to fool me! I might write to my mom!"

William rolled his eyes and asked, "What are you doing here? Weren't you supposed to be at Luna's?"

"Yes, and then the owl came and delivered my acceptance letter," Anne said excitedly.

William took Anne's notification letter and gave her a mysterious smile.

The notification letter stated:

Ottery St Catchpole

Stoatshead Hill

Miss Anne Miss Stark, inside the Lovegood family chimney.

Wait... putting aside the letter issue for now, what the heck is "Anne in the Chimney"?

"I was playing hide-and-seek with Ginny and Luna, and I climbed up the fireplace into the chimney."

"..."

Urged on by Anne, William opened the letter and began to read.
