Dumbledore always had his own plans.

What he called a surprise was, in other people's eyes, a shock.

In recent years, his "frights" have become increasingly skewed towards the terrifying.

So what if it's scary? At least William will cover for us.

After the Ravenclaw Bronze Ring incident, Dumbledore adjusted his core ideas and formulated a completely new plan.

Therefore, this Champion roster is highly debatable.

William couldn't allow all his students to participate. Otherwise, the Triwizard Tournament might continue until he graduated.

Think about it, normally the Triwizard Tournament is held every five years... This year it's been five years, the champion has just been decided, and the next one has already begun...

That would truly be a thrilling three-way battle of "infinite nesting dolls".

Moreover, this list of Champion does not include Harry Dumbledore has been trying to "test" all along.

The reason is simple: Peter found Voldemort and tortured Bertha, so he most likely knows about the Triwizard Tournament.

Voldemort didn't cause any trouble in the Quidditch World Cup, but the Triwizard Tournament is likely to be different. And the goal is most likely to be resurrection.

Given Dumbledore's past behavior, he would definitely have gone all out to kill Harry... cough cough, to test him.

It would be best to go in and out of him seven times, leaving him with a bunch of bloody holes.

But the fact that Little Tom was resurrected clearly told him that even a time loop could go wrong.

So, instead of doing anything, let's just leave Harry alone and let him play in the mud.

As long as he doesn't become Champion, the Triwizard Tournament is largely safe.

Besides, Harry is just an egg in a separate basket. The eggs in the other basket need to be hatched too.

The principal hoped that William could practice the trumpet and train more future helpers.

In that case, even if the Harry Potter name is ruined, there's nothing to worry about.

Therefore, considering all factors, Harry is not among the Champion.

Since Harry isn't participating, and William decides the spots himself, Hermione will definitely be the first one chosen.

He himself didn't want to participate, and there was absolutely no need for him to participate, but he could let Hermione participate.

Help her win the championship and hone her skills. William wants to kill Little Tom and take down Arya; he'll need Hermione's help from now on.

Besides these, William has other potential candidates for the Champion. Ravenclaw should get one of those spots, right?

My good friend Qiu... just in time for a chat.

There are also twins.

Similarly, other schools should also increase the number of participants.

Otherwise, if people see that Hogwarts has so many Champion and we only have one, who would want to play with us next time!

A steady, gradual approach is best. William aspires to be the school principal someday, so we can't afford to ruin the school's reputation first.

But these spots can't be given away for free, so you have to... buy them with money.

Akali's Mystery Shop: Prices are clearly marked, honest and fair!

William was in the scalping business, making money by buying and selling tickets!

The next morning, William and Hermione woke up a little late and found the Great Hall already full of students when they arrived.

Everyone's eyes are on the Goblet of Fire.

The cup was placed in the center of the Entrance Hall, on the stool where the Sorting Hat was usually placed. A thin gold line, ten feet on each side, was drawn on the floor, encircling the cup.

Upon seeing William arrive, Cho and Cedric quickly approached.

"Did you put your name in?" William asked, sitting in his chair.

"Not yet." Cedric shook his head.

He finally completed his meditation of silence and spat out the Mandrake.

This completes the second step of the Animagus.

Next, the Mandrake must be placed in a small crystal bottle, which should be placed in a location where it can be exposed to pure moonlight.

It also needs to include its own hair, dew from places that have not been exposed to sunlight or trampled for seven days, and the pupa of the skull hawk moth.

Once all of this is complete, when the storm arrives, Cedric will be able to Transfiguration into Animagus.

"All of Durmstrang's students have been admitted." Qiu flicked her ponytail and asked:

"William, have you figured out a way to crack the Age Line?"

"I've got it." William lowered his voice. "Choi, do you want to replace Ravenclaw as the Champion?"

Qiu was slightly taken aback, staring into William's eyes.

She realized that William wasn't joking, but genuinely asking her if she wanted to be Champion.

Hermione, standing to the side, also appeared calm, as if she had known all along.

Champion... who wouldn't want to be one!

But Qiu glanced at Cedric, hesitated for a moment, and then shook her head regretfully:

"Forget it, Hogwarts only has one spot. I believe you can make me Champion, but if I take up the spot, Ced probably won't be able to be Champion."

"Qiu... you're so good to me!"

Cedric's sycophantic tendencies flared up again; it was already in its late stages. He said in a trembling voice:

"I will carry your expectations and keep running until I win the championship."

William felt unwell; goosebumps rose all over his body. He rubbed his arms and said:

"Alright, stop being so annoying. Who told you there was only one spot?"

"What do you mean?" Both of them were surprised.

Just then, a commotion arose in the distance.

William turned around and saw Fred and George hurrying down the stairs.

Ron was trying to slip away in the crowd when Fred grabbed him by the collar.

George handed Ron a blue bottle. "Drink it quickly."

"What is this?" Ron shrank back.

"Your potion, your Ageing Potion, you idiot," Fred said.

Ron looked distressed and reached out to take it.

"I'll drink the whole bottle!" George rubbed his hands together gleefully. "You'll have to be four years older to be considered an adult."

"That's right." Fred put his arm around Ron's shoulder. "If it succeeds, I'll forgive half of your debt; you'll only need to be a drug addict for six months."

"What if we fail?" Ron picked up the cup, sniffed it, and made a disgusted face.

"Failed... at worst, I'll just get expelled from school," George said with a grin.

"..."

"Alright, drink up, don't hesitate," Fred urged.

Tempted by the twins, Ron drank the Potions.

"Ready?" Fred asked, trembling with excitement. "Come on—go in!"

With a gentle push, he brought Ron to the edge of the Age Line.

Under the watchful eyes of everyone in the Entrance Hall, Ron took a deep breath and crossed that Age Line.

For a moment, everyone thought Ron had succeeded, and he thought so too, excitedly waving his fist.

But then, a hissing sound rang out, Ron was sent flying backward like a kite with a broken string, crashing heavily to the ground.

He lay painfully on the cold stone ground, then another explosion occurred, and a large amount of long white beard sprouted from his chin, his hair turned gray, and his forehead suddenly became bald.

The people in the Entrance Hall burst into laughter. Fred and George helped Ron up, and they couldn't help but laugh too.

"I warned you," a deep, amused voice said.

Professor Dumbledore walked out of the Great Hall, his eyes gleaming as he looked Ron over.

"I suggest you go to Madam Pomfrey's; she's already taking care of Miss Fawcett in Ravenclaw and Mr Summers in Hufflepuff."

They were determined to increase their age a bit.

However, I must say, your beard is far less impressive than theirs.

Ron was taken to the Hospital Wing by Harry, while the twins surrounded William.

"It failed." Fred said dejectedly. "I didn't expect the Ageing Potion wouldn't work."

"It's up to you now, William," George said, patting him on the shoulder.

William leaned back in his chair, took a sip of his goji berry tea, and said, "Spread the word to the other two schools that we're selling Champion spots."

"What?" The group stared at William in shock, seemingly not understanding what he was saying.

"Two thousand Galleon per spot," William said, holding up his finger.

"But... the prize money for winning the Triwizard Tournament is only one thousand Galleon."

Qiu clicked her tongue slightly, almost calling William a shrewd businessman.

William pressed his hand on the table and smiled, "Autumn, can the number of Champion ' spots be measured in Galleon?"

This is an honor.

It is a qualification to bring honor to the school.

This is a highly anticipated opportunity!

Two thousand Galleon is a steal!

William tapped the table.

"Remember, we should still use the method of attracting customers through acquaintances, and we can't let the teachers and principals find out."

Just like our previous answer key service!

Everyone nodded.

"Autumn, Cedric, you two go and make contact with the Slytherin students."

George, Fred, you two go and make contact with Durmstrang's students.

"I'll arrange for Anne and Gabrielle to meet with Beauxbatons ' students."

"Go ahead," he waved his hand dismissively. "Spots are limited, first come, first served!"

Everyone ran away in a flash.

William finished the goji berry tea with satisfaction.

Hermione, sitting next to her, suddenly narrowed her eyes and asked, "Like our old answer key business?"

William, don't tell me... the answer key that's been circulating in the school, you guys sold it?"

"..."

Oops, I got carried away... I let it slip.
