The United Kingdom Auror riding the Nimbus 2000 was quickly driven away by the enraged France Auror.

William recalled his meager knowledge of Europe history and thought to himself:

Is this the only victory France has ever achieved against England since Napoleon?

Fortunately, Cregan was unaware of William's thoughts, otherwise he would have blown the head off this number one anti-French activist.

At that moment, Cregan was secretly regretting his actions, wishing he could have taken those brooms away from him.

You should know that their Auror are still using the outdated Cleansweep Seven.

It looks so shabby, it's almost a joke.

Didn't you fail to catch even a shadow of William and Hermione when you were chasing them in Paris that year?

Sure enough, Fudge is rich; even Auror come standard with Nimbus 2000.

Cregan was clearly unaware that the brooms were bought with money donated by Malfoy.

Two years ago, during Azkaban's visit, Minister Fudge made various hints to Malfoy:

The department's transportation is inadequate, but the budget is insufficient.

Although Malfoy was forced to agree, he was very unwilling and wanted to delay for a few days. Little did he know that this delay would lead to trouble.

A few days later, Azkaban reported Sirius's escape.

Fudge then put the hat on Malfoy's head.

Why? He had just visited Black a few days ago.

Malfoy couldn't afford such a large hat. So he had to donate some of the money for the maintenance of Azkaban prison on top of what he already had.

Although Fudge was greedy for money, he knew he couldn't be too obvious about it, or people would easily find fault with him.

Umbridge orchestrated the laundering of the money.

How do I wash it?

Naturally, I bought a flying broom.

But the price... hehe.

Who said we bought Nimbus 2000? It's clearly Nimbus 2000 Plus limited edition patriotic version.

By doing this back and forth, the apparent price has increased several times over.

On the other hand, if the Ministry of Ministry of Magic is making a large-scale purchase of brooms from Nimbus Racing Broom Company, how can you expect them not to offer a discount...?

Back and forth like this, the little money Malfoy donated was gone after buying some brooms.

The Auror definitely made money, getting new brooms; the minister also made money, laundering a lot of cash; Nimbus Racing Broom Company also made money, clearing out a lot of inventory.

Everyone else is making money, only Malfoy is getting beaten up.

Cregan is clearly not a master at making money; in this respect, he's far inferior to Fudge.

However, he has a keen political sense and knows who the next big thing in the Wizarding World is.

That's right, Cregan hooked up with William, this big spender, hoping to take advantage of him and advance his career to become the French Ministry of Magic.

Otherwise, why would a department head like him, who is extremely busy with official duties every day, personally come here?

William and Hermione disembarked and walked toward Phoebe.

"What happened with those Auror? Why were they chasing you?" Phoebe asked with concern.

"I captured some Dementor, and the Auror from the Ministry of Magic discovered it and have been chasing us ever since, forcing us to stop the ship," William explained.

Madame Maxime seemed to recall something and snorted, "Just like when they stole my Abraxan that year?"

William looked distressed and didn't know how to argue.

Phoebe didn't try to smooth things over with words; she just grinned at him.

Footsteps sounded; Cregan strode over.

He usually has a serious expression? Now he's forcing a smile, which looks worse than crying, as if he's wearing a mask of pain.

"What happened, William?"

Without a second thought, William said, "We were accidentally swept by the storm near Azkaban? Those Dementor attacked Durmstrang's students."

Cregan looked righteous:

"That was definitely Dementor, wasn't it? I'll talk to Minister Fudge and testify on Durmstrang's behalf."

To testify... wouldn't that confirm Karkaroff's capture of the Dementor?

This help is amazing! It's a one-step solution to the stomach problem.

William asked in a low voice, "Where is the person I asked for?"

"I brought it to you." Cregan gestured behind him.

Soon, two witches approached.

Leading the way was a beautiful witch with wine-colored hair.

"Hi, William, long time no see," Costa said with a slight smile. "Do you remember me?"

William was stunned for a moment.

Of course he knows him.

The Paris incident that year? Costa had just graduated from Beauxbatons and was working as a receptionist in the French Ministry of Magic's hall.

When William and Hermione broke into the prison, Hermione even impersonated him and kissed Costa.

Later, I heard from Cregan that Costa was going to be transferred to Auror. I never thought I would have the chance to meet him again.

Two years had passed, and the childishness in her eyes had completely faded, replaced by maturity.

Behind Costa stood an elderly witch, who was curiously observing William.

"This is my wife, she's about to be promoted to Head of the Auror Office," Cregan introduced.

"She will help you with this mission. Don't worry, with her there, there won't be any problems."

William glanced at Cregan suspiciously. "You're not trying to gild your wife's lily, are you?"

Cregan seemed to know what he was thinking and explained softly, "I'm telling you, this kind of mission would be very dangerous without her help."

Well, they've even sent their wives, what can William say?

At his signal, Hermione quickly pulled out a map, with a special mark in a certain place.

William pointed there and said quickly, "Phoebe, do you remember Mormont?"

"That female Werewolf?" Phoebe thought for a moment and asked.

Two years ago, during summer vacation, William and Hermione rescued a female Werewolf at a circus.

Later, when Anne and Gabrielle were kidnapped, she helped guide them and rescued them.

When they finally parted, having nowhere else to go, she pledged her allegiance to William and became his woman.

For the past two years, William has practically left her to her own devices, giving her Galleon when she wanted Wolfsbane Potion and Galleon when she wanted Wolfsbane Potion, allowing her to gather Werewolf throughout France.

The initial goal was to infiltrate the Werewolf' ranks so that they could be managed and prevented from biting people indiscriminately.

She successfully completed her registration at the Ministry of Magic, which became one of Hermione's achievements as Minister.

But once Voldemort is resurrected, he will surely send Death Eaters to contact the Werewolf and recruit them as his servants.

Mormont, like the Little Black Robe, came in handy.

Phoebe and her companions' mission was to help Mormont eliminate the troublemakers among the Werewolf and, incidentally, unify the Werewolf tribes throughout France.

Mormont needs a sufficient number of Werewolf to attract Death Eaters to her.

William could then use this opportunity to send her into the United Kingdom and eliminate the Werewolf army led by Fenrir Greyback.

William casually placed a piece back then, not expecting it to necessarily kill a dragon, but now it can at least take down some of Voldemort's important pieces.

"This is armor made by Goblin. It's very lightweight and can protect vital areas from Werewolf bites."

William gave the Goblin armor, which he had bought from the Goblin before coming, to Phoebe and the other two.

William repeatedly warned, "Be careful, and never go near Werewolf during a full moon."

Maxime glared at him and said irritably, "You know it's dangerous, yet you still sent Phoebe and Costa?!"

These are all my students!

William sighed cautiously, but did not refute it.

When war comes, no one is truly safe. William was simply preparing for it and trying to minimize casualties in advance.

Within a year and a half, find all the Horcrux, completely defeat Voldemort, wipe out United Kingdom, and then you can turn your attention to Little Tom.

This is his ideal schedule.

Just as Maxime was about to continue his lecture, William quickly said, "I have a few more words to say to Mr. Cregan."

Seeing William's expression, both Phoebe and Costa couldn't help but chuckle to themselves.

The two walked towards the shore. Cregan squinted and said seriously, "So, the Dark Lord... really has been resurrected?"

"Yes, Voldemort has really come back to life. I saw it with my own eyes," William replied in a deep voice.

Please help spread the word.

Cregan's expression was grim. "I will. And don't let the Dark Lord cross the ocean; just take care of him in the United Kingdom."

William didn't answer, but simply smiled and said, "I heard you're going to become the Minister of French Ministry of Magic?"

"Well, that's just a possibility; the competition is fierce." Cregan patted William on the shoulder, looking forward to it.

"I've been waiting for this wave of reputation."

William and Cregan each got what they wanted.

William needs to send the Werewolf in France to wipe out the Werewolf in the United Kingdom.

Cregan, on the other hand, needs the reputation of "France Werewolf zeroing" to become a minister in one fell swoop.

Cregan's appointment as a France minister also benefited William.

A win-win situation.

Having received Maxime and assigned him the task, William and Hermione boarded the ship again and left.

Watching the two disappear completely off the coastline, Phoebe slowly turned around, took Costa with her, and drove away in the carriage.
